Keine Ahnung, woher hier die 9,0 Bewertung kommt. Im gebuchten Zimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht, also wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten was aber keine Fenster hatte. Daher wurde uns ein drittes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer und vor allem eins der Betten waren unfassbar dreckig, überall Haare und sonstiger Schmutz. Außerdem hat es absolut widerlich und faulig gestunken, das kam wohl aus dem Bad aber hat das ganze Zimmer eingenommen. Wir kamen sehr spät an und waren nur eine Nacht hier, sonst hätten wir definitiv die Unterkunft gewechselt. Selbst für kolumbianische Verhältnisse war das einfach nur ekelhaft. Zusätzlich war die Lage noch sehr unangenehm, da gegenüber ein Kiosk liegt das noch spät laute Musik spielt und wo einige Betrunkene bis nachts rumschreien.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The hotel is located close to the centre of Santa Marta, in a non touristic area. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The price is extremely convenient for the quality of the offering and we found the place really comfortable. They also held our luggage while we went two nights to Tayrona for just 25.000 pesos but this would have been free if we had stayed one extra night on our way back. Recommended for sure.

La habitación donde me quedé con mi mamá muy cómoda, dos camas matrimoniales , aire acondicionado, televisión por cable e internet . Excelente lugar si lo que buscas es algo solo para descansar.
Me quedé varios días y el desayuno no cambiaba mucho. Pero bueno.. también en el frente tienes un lugar donde comer algo si no deseas el desayuno del lugar. Otro punto a mejorar sería que al momento de pagar , en Booking te colocan el precio el dólares y ellos no aceptan dólares , así que ve con cambio en moneda local para evitar. Me quedé unos días extra fuera de lo de Booking y no me quisieron hacer factura la cual necesitaba para demostrar mi estadía en Colombia en el trabajo y me dijeron que no podían hacerla, les pedí un remito o algo y tampoco. Solo es un aspecto a mejorar. De resto muy bien !

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La atención es excepcional, Doña Flor es una excelente anfitriona y Valentina también, todo muy bien organizado, la limpieza es excelente y ellas están dispuestas a ayudar en lo que más puedan. Está muy bien ubicado cerca del mercado y cerca de la avenida principal lo que hace que desplazarse en la ciudad sea más fácil. Es un lugar al que volvería con los ojos cerrados, lo recomiendo.

Reviewed Nov 24, 2025La señora Flor es muy atenta. El lugar es comodo, y tiene lo nesario para pasar una o 2 noches. No tiene mayores comodidades, lo que es lógico por el precio. Desayuno muy básico, pero por una noche de 65 mil cop no esperaba algo diferente.
Tiene demasiados comentarios respecto a lo bueno que es el desayuno y la verdad es que solo son huevos revueltos con jamón, con pan blanco tostado, jugo de botella y en nuestro caso pusieron 2 bananos casi negros, poco agradables a la vista. Por el precio que se pago no esperábamos mucho del desayuno.

Queda un poco lejos de la bahía pero pasa un bus que te lleva hasta allá.

Muchos detalles de la infraestructura del lugar que pueden mejorar (arreglar los baldosines de la entrada al baño (tuve un accidente), mejorar la calidad de los jabones, no entregaron la copia de la llave de la habitación), en la recepción la libreta de ingreso se hace a lápiz (fácil de borrar), no generan ningún documento oficial sobre el pago y la estancia.

Además nos ayudaron cuando olvidamos un teléfono móvil en un taxi y con su colaboración conseguimos encontrarlo. El desayuno que nos ofrecieron estaba muy bueno e incluía fruta fresca. La habitación estaba muy limpia y se descansaba muy bien al contar con aire acondicionado. Si volviera a Santa Marta repetiría en este alojamiento sin dudar. Y la relación calidad/precio INMEJORABLE.

It's a short cab ride from the centre but just around the corner you can also find some decent places for a meal if you feel like staying close.
The room for the 4 of us was a little smaller than expected but we were told that it was an issue with the web page. It wasn't too much of an issue because it actually made us venture out sooner and longer! I wouldn't recommend walking into town on your own as it is a little sketchy along the way but this can all be bypassed with a quick cab ride.

Do not stay in this place. First of all, the area is everything but safe. Definitely the worst area we ever stayed in. I don’t get how it could get around 8.7 in Booking reviews, honestly. We wanted to stay here for one night and then move to Tayrona. After realisizing that we need to buy one more night or pay for storaging the bags for one night, we were simply in shock. Have stayed in more than 100 places in last two years and this was the first time I heard something like that.

The door knob was really really loose and the faucet handle was broken off. Also the bath was so small that I could not sit straight on the toilet. All other things were acceptable for the price (old TV, small room, hotel located outside of the center)

Reviewed Oct 22, 2023I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The receptionists Flor and her assistant Mary are such wonderful ladies, so helpful and attentive. The breakfast is amazing and there are different options for rooms. Beds are comfortable, I slept in different rooms and it’s quiet at night. The location is 20 minutes walk from the noisy Santa Marta Centro which is what I wanted. It’s located in a safe neighborhood and there is a connivence store right across from the hotel and nice restaurants couple of blocks away. Wifi works fast and the staff are so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here when in Santa Marta. Saeed
