Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Great BnB in Grand Falls. Very nice remodeled older home. Our bedroom was a good size and the layout allowed us to open up two suitcases easily. We had our own bathroom! We were able to meet and chat with other guests in the common areas. There was a total of 10 guests there that night and we did not hear others in their rooms at all. Breakfast was delicious and very nicely presented! Great Stay!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026This was our 3rd stay at the Hill Road Manor B&B. 2006, 2016 & 2025. While there were different owners each visit, the B&B has not disappointed. Great location, quiet, air conditioning, clean, roomy and superb rooms. The house has history, character and charm. The bed was very comfy making for a good night's sleep. Loved the separate little tables for guests to eat their breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Instructions for gaining access to house and room were excellent.
My only complaint is that for the price of the room and breakfast in 2025, it would of been nice if they had peanut butter for my husband's toast :) and if they could of made allowance for him to have over easy eggs instead of scrambled. Just a little tweak goes a long way.
