Clean, tidy and had everything we needed.

loved how clean it was and how friendly staff was. loved how they had clean towels ready and wash clothes

i didn’t like how i booked for two days and only stayed for 1 day an a half but other than that everything was good

Very clean tidy and comfortable. Good value and not far from airport. Return guest. Great for an overnight stay especially after a late night flight.Don’t judge a book by its cover. Looks a bit average on the exterior but rooms are surprisingly well appointed.

Rooms are a bit tight but they do make the measurements are clear on information. No problem if you are just staying a night though.

Tidy, clean and staff very accommodating when I needed to upgrade room

Room was compact but more than sufficient for my needs. Every thing was clean and operational.

Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful during our entire visit. We enjoyed our time here very much and hope to come back soon.

There was loud renovation work during the day. It started early in the morning and made it hard to rest or relax in my room.

Perfect location to where we needed to be for our competition. Have stayed here multiple times before because it is very conveniant. Very accomodating because I needed to book 7 rooms with different bed configurations and they were very accomodating and I was dealing with the manager. Beds are so comfortable, great size, pillows are great I have a great sleep when staying here

Just our far wasn't working in the bathroom on this stay to remove the heat after a shower but this is pretty minor. It can be loud outside with a nearby church however I have stayed here multiple times and though I've noticed it it doesn't bother me.

The rooms were very well equipped, tidy and clean. The TV had several Sky channels which was pleasing given how reasonably priced the rooms were

The location was great because I was going to a function nearby. The room was compact and clean and tidy.

We enjoy staying here, the rooms are modern n clean and suit our needs. Value for money. Its also close to Hunters Plaza, great for our shopping needs. Kolmar Inn is our favorite place to stay, thanku🤗

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Space within the room was very tight for 2 people. It was almost like a single person's room.

Convenient location

We loved how easy the check in process was, didn’t have to fuss with paperwork, it’s right across from the night market so it was just a short walk away and also right around the corner from multiple places to get food, parking was easily accessible and all in all a great experience!

How there wasn’t a sink for dishes, however there is the bathroom sink so pretty sweet with all

Our stay at Kolmar Inn was very comfortable. The room and bathroom was exactly like the pictures, clean, warm and modern. The location was excellent being that we were 3 mins walk to Hunters Plaza and shops along Great South Road. The vege market across the parking area was a bonus and there were plenty of parking spaces.

Some guests when leaving through the main entry would leave the door slightly open which posed a bit of a safety concern as I would get up and leave around 7am and find that anyone could've entered the property while we were sleeping.

We had such a great stay and would definitely book here again next time we're in Auckland. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfy, and the bathroom was much bigger than we expected. One of the biggest highlights was the room itself. It was the first affordable accommodation we've stayed at with a Smart TV that actually worked perfectly, complete with Sky Movies, which was a nice bonus. The air conditioning also worked flawlessly and kept the room warm and cosy, even during one of the coldest weeks of winter. We were in Auckland for a family wedding and ended up running a little behind for check-out. The team kindly let us extend our check-out until 10:30 a.m., which we really appreciated. Another bonus was that there was no security deposit required, making the whole check-in process simple and stress-free. The location was fantastic too. Countdown and Kmart are directly across the road, along with plenty of other shops and food options within walking distance, so everything you need is right there. The only suggestion I'd make would be to add a full-length mirror. The space next to the door under the air conditioner would be perfect for one. It would've been great for getting ready, checking outfits, or doing makeup while someone else was using the bathroom. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back!

Everything is always perfect. Beds are especially my favorite very comfortable in every room stayed in. Perfect location and money is 💯 worth it.

Staff were rude, hardly acknowledged on arrival, key given no milk etc for room, no staff to ask for milk, asked about parking got a half pie answer i had to ask him to repeat and got a filthy look when he did. Room was SUPER noisy, every time anyone was in the hallway or a door closed you knew about it. We drove in the driveway and honestly wanted to turn around just on that. Half the driveway blocked by a dumpster, rough dodgy looking driveway.

Love staying at Kolmar inn.....comfy as beds, only 5mins away from motorway off ramps, friendly staff, walking distance to a supermarket & a set of shops, 5min drive to Westfield mall.

Poor cleanliness, entrance way not welcoming, facility felt very stale and didn't feel very safe in the area.
