Piss stains on the bedding. Sticky floor and strange smell. Paid for extra hours to check out, once in the room realised we would not be staying longer, checked out 4 hours earlier no refund given. Loud could hear everyone coming and going.

I chose this motel because of it's proximity to the airport and this worked very well. A comfortable bed for a few hours sleep before a very early flight.

Everything is so close, the shopping malls the bars and markets, the people are friendly and I had no issues at all with the staff they were so helpful and also there’s free parking and we parked right near our room

"The first clue it was going to be a bad experience was about a week before arrival when we received a phone call asking us to cancel the booking through booking.com and to re book directly through the Conway website for a discounted rate, to which we declined, it felt a bit dodgy. Then on arrival found the rooms to be almost uninhabitable. Toilet seats unattached and located on the floor beside the toilet, sheets stained and the floors dirty. Unable to find anywhere else available at late notice nearby within budget was unsuccessful, I had no choice but to stay. Things got worse when the shower failed to drain and staff not coming to repair after multiple requests. I ended up just letting the floor of the bathroom flood after a week of waiting to be repaired and finally someone came up and sorted the issue. Unfortunately I had to stay a full three weeks in this motel. I had to ask to have the rooms serviced and were only done twice during our stay. The walls are as thick as single ply toilet paper meaning you get to hear every conversation, argument and fornication in rooms in every direction. Luckily there were super loud planes flying over every 40 minutes through the night to drown this out. Washing machines look as old as Noah’s ark and failed drain cycle. Conway motel would receive zero stars if it was  possible. NB Stayed here in March 2025 and while it wasnt perfect, I felt it was value for money on that occasion. A very different experience this time.. maybe the management has changed ?"

Was not clean. Toilet was broken. Floors sticky. Was very noisy with flight path above and room next door music till early hours.

Just a few hours after we had checked in my partner went to have a shower where there was no soap in the dispenser. I told the receptionist and he said he will it up tomorrow! The following day we opened the dispenser so they could fill it up once leave, we can crack a few hours later and the dispenser was exactly how we left it. Opened and empty.

Just a quick sleepover

The biggest issue was the noise. There was extremely loud music playing from around 10pm until 3am, making it almost impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. On top of that, we could hear people talking in other rooms and there was constant aircraft noise overhead. Unfortunately, the noise completely ruined the stay for me If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing, this definitely isn’t the place. We wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the fact that it felt like home , it was comfortable and the service was great.

Body wash bottles could’ve been filled and dish washing soap and sponge could’ve been provided.

Location in Manukau was quite good. Right under the flight path… I liked that.

A bit dirty and rundown

Noisy bars nearly! Even on weekday nights! Even after 2:59 AM!

The air con was on a default setting of 31 degree heat. I tried to bring this up to the staff and they said that they can’t change it to cold as it’s defaulted to heat and we couldn’t change the heat temp to decrease. It made me sick and now I am unwell because it was really hot and stuffy and hard to get some air in there. I turned off the heat pump and it was still really hot in there. The staff were not really helpful either.

i as not sure how the each fay cleaning because my room was not clean for 4-5 days staying there n i had to aak for towels etc on tuesday was not daily replacement also the shower is blocked water rises as you shower same as the sink there is a cap between the hlass of the shower it leaks water straight to the floor our bedding had stains on the pillow case as well as the blanket old stain

To be honest this was the worst experience staying in a motel .

I was booked into the wrong room then charged an extra 50 dollars to get the room I paid for there was mould in the shower and bathroom the heater didint work properly dead flys in fridge.sticky floor no vacuuming done it smelt awful the door didint lock from the inside .this motel was used for prostitution I didint feel safe .bar noise all night long dirty duvet with stains .the list goes on I felt genuinely scared i paid for 3 night and barely stayed for one night i was refused a refund i also have a rash im assumingbed bugs or scabies ..

unfortunately, not a lot.. luckily the receptionist switched our rooms to one upstairs for an extra charge, it was a bit better but not by much, definitely quieter though..

paper thin walls, we stayed right next to the reception desk on the first floor and til atleast 2:30ish in the morning the receptionist left a speaker playing loud music on the unattended desk which we could clearly hear through the wall while we were trying to sleep. went to ask them to turn it off but no one would come out when we called for them. in the upstairs room that we switched to my partner got stuck in the bathroom after the door handle fell off. people must be smoking into the bathrooms extraction fans because the bathrooms reek of weed.

Amazing location and clean.

I stayed for 3 nights and hardly had any sleep during the night! You could hear everything, even your neighbour in the toilet. I woke up so many times thinking someone walked into my room because all I could hear was doors opening and the hallway lights going on and off. I would probably bring earplugs and a sleep mask next time.

We just overnighted

The studio we had booked was tiny, but the manager offered us s bigger room at no extra cost. That was a real bonus. It was close to the airport which was great for an early morning flight. I would probably use it again, but my wife would not.

Everything was great, good deals with booking.com was definitely appealing.

Liked that the location was handy to every where we needed to go while in Auckland.

Its in the flight path so very noisy with plans going straight over, also a night club or somthing nearby that was very loud with music thurs,fri and sat night that we were there, couldn't get spare pillows, we were there 5 nights and our room wasnt serviced once. Also couldn't let daylight into the room as the windows have had some adhesive wall paper stuck to them.

Cheap and cheerful. Incredibly comfy bed. Not a big bed so lucky my husband wasn't with me. Had to pay for TV which was disappointing.

This was by far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The room was really dirty. There was a stain on the duvet that honestly looked like poop. The floor was filthy, and the toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. All of the towels were yellowish and had a bad smell. They didn’t feel clean at all. The worst part was when I went to have a shower and found that both the shower gel and shampoo were completely empty. Not “almost empty”—completely empty. There wasn’t a single drop left. The only reason my child and I stayed here was because our flight arrived late, and we only needed one night’s sleep before going to Rainbow’s End the next day. Since this motel was close by, we chose it. Otherwise, I would never have booked this place.

Cockroaches were found behind the microwave, the room smelled of urine, and the bed linen was dirty. Most importantly, the staff refused to assist me in retrieving important government documents that I had accidentally left in the room. I had already checked out and was staying in another town two hours away, so I called and politely asked whether someone could retrieve the documents and keep them safe for me. The staff member I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. Despite explaining the urgency and importance of the documents, he refused to assist or offer any reasonable solution. Instead, he told me I would have to wait five days until the current occupants checked out before I could return to retrieve them.

15 mins from 3day conference venue. Comfortable bed.

Shower head was broken-I could not shower. Toilet seat broken. Used Ketchup sachet between fridge and kitchen cupboard. Someone else’s sock under the bed and this area had not been cleaned for sometime. Tiles are grey around wall edges and some cracked. Duvet has several brown stains. The window has a Venetian blind that does not block spotlight from yard next door. The staff didn’t respond to my requests for toilet or shower to be fixed. I text my request on first day, left a hand written letter on the second day then was ignored when I waited to talk with them on the third day. I certainly would not recommend anyone stay here.

There was loud music half the night right nearby, until around 2am ,if you want to sleep this is not the place for you. The tv was useless, no tv channels available
