Das W-LAN hat nach Anmeldung nicht funktioniert, Die Dusche war nicht sauber, während dem Duschen haben sich schwarze Partikel gelöst.Der Mülleimer im Bad war vom Vorgänger noch nicht geleert. 25€/Tag in der extrem engen Hofeinfahrt. (Zimmer im Tiefparterre, bei Hitze allerdings vielleicht sogar positiv)

Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig gelegen, da leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen und sehr nah an der Innenstadt von Bologna - man erreicht in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß das historische Zentrum. Der Check-in war digital, einfach und hat reibungslos funktioniert .

Die Unterkunft war dreckig und heruntergekommen. Die Türen waren verzogen und haben geklemmt. Die Dusche war abgenutzt und die Duscharmaturen waren äußerst dreckig und haben gewackelt. An den Wänden waren Schimmelspuren zu erkennen und alles war fettig und staubig. Im Zimmer stank es stark. Die Klimaanlage war dreckig und mit Klebeband fixiert. Die Fenster in dem Appartement sousterrain hatten nur innen Klappläden, sodass man bei offenen Fenster für alle vorbeilaufenden Personen sichtbar schlafen musste. Es war keine Deko vorhanden wie auf den Werbebildern, sodass man sich wie im Waschhaus gefühlt hat.

Bettwanzen!!! Das war der schlimmste Aufenthalt, den ich je erlebt habe. Nicht nur war das Hotel in einem schlechten Zustand, im Bad gab es Schimmel und die Einrichtung war ebenfalls in einem schlechten Zustand. Noch schlimmer war der massive Bettwanzenbefall. In unserem Zimmer waren Dutzende Bettwanzen. Zudem war das Hotelpersonal nicht sehr kooperativ. Obwohl wir den Befall sofort gemeldet haben, gab es vonseiten des Hotels kein Entgegenkommen. Mangels Rezeption musste die Kommunikation über WhatsApp laufen, was nicht im Ansatz funktioniert hat. Es gab tagelang keine Reaktionen vonseiten des Hotels. Ich kann allen nur davon abraten, dort zu buchen. Zudem ist der beworbene Parkplatz winzig und extrem schmal. Außerdem kostet er 25 € pro Tag, was angesichts dessen, dass wir uns dort zahlreiche Schrammen am Auto zugezogen haben, einfach unangemessen ist.

Let op: de prijs is misleidend. Hoewel er bij de prijs op Booking staat dat dit inclusief toeslagen en belastingen is, heffen ze bij de check-in nog eens 7 euro pppn aan toeristenbelasting. Check-in en openen van deuren verloopt volledig online wat een gekke combinatie is met de dramatisch slechte Wi-Fi. De beloofde streamingsdienst werkt daardoor ook niet. Het koffiezetapparaat was ranzig. De online receptie reageerde soms traag. Na het uiten van ongenoegen beloofden ze een voucher maar deze kwam helaas pas bij vertrek waardoor we hem niet meer konden gebruiken.

Es ist recht zentral. Man kann direkt bei der Unterkunft parken. (Kosten pro Fahrzeug €25,-) Das Grundstück ist auch abgesperrt. Die Codes, welche man nach Zahlung und Anmeldung (ist leider etwas mühsam und aufwendig) erhält funktionieren einwandfrei. Man kann auch früher als Check-in anreisen und das Auto dort parken. Der Waschtisch befindet sich außerhalb vom Bad. Betten sind bequem. (Die Eisengestelle haben eine andere Größe, als die Matratzen) Aber Vorsicht: man haut sich recht schnell die Zehen am Mittelsteg an - siehe Fotos.

Es war leider Schimmel im Bad und Duschkopf (man braust aber mit einem Brausekopf) und im Wasser der Kaffeemaschine. €7,- pro Person an Ortstaxe find ich einen stolzen Preis. Leider kann man erst um 15:00 einchecken. Aber das ist nun so. Die Zimmer müssen geräumt und geputzt werden… Das Zimmer im Halb-Kellergeschoss mit Fenstern direkt zum Gehweg und Parkplatz daneben ist schon recht unangenehm. Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Man parkt hintereinander gaaaanz links. Also entweder man klettert über den Beifahrer raus, oder man fährt Rückwerts ein.

Curățenia. Dusul nu era foarte curat prin culturi, rosturi, anumite zone de faianță/gresie etc.

Klimaanlage hat nicht gut gekühlt Hatten ein Zimmer im unteren Bereich / mit kleinen Krabbeltieren lt Bookingcom sollte der Parkplatz 20 Euro kosten es wurden dann aber 25 verlangt da kein Persönlicher Kontakt das dann so hingenommen

Camera confortevole con tutto il necessario. Situata in una zona tranquilla e al tempo stesso non distante dal centro. Comodissimo il parcheggio. Simone sempre disponibile. Consigliatissima!

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Altstadt und andere Spots sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmergröße ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung passt. Die elektronischen Tür- und torzugänge sind sehr gut nutzbar. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Wie die Bilder zeigen, müssen wir die Sauberkeit schlecht bewerten. Das WC, die Dusche und die Waschbeckenumgebung waren verkalkt, verschimmelt und voll Zahnpastaflecken. Das Duschbecken war total verschmutzt. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und Risse. Auf allen Flächen lag Staub. Der Minikühlschrank war verschmiert und verkrümelt, die Kaffemaschine leicht kaputt und die Becher teilweise schon benutzt. Nach Kontakt zum Vermieter, wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, der die „schlimmsten“ Stellen behoben hat und Bettwäsche und Handtücher nochmal gewechselt hat. Alles konnte nicht behoben werden, weil dazu eine Komplettreinigung notwendig geworden wäre. Es war kein frischer Schmutz! Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und es gab kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter. Für den Preis inakzeptabel. Die Parkgebühren waren mit 20,-€ pro Tag veranschlagt, wir mussten 25,-€ zahlen, sonst bekommt man die Zugangsdaten nicht!

La habitación estaba sucia y en mal estado. En un armario había una toalla sucia y en otro unas orejeras del anterior inquilino. Uno de los edredones estaba manchado, pedimos cambiarlo, dijeron que sí pero no lo hicieron. Cuando llegamos el gel de ducha estaba vacío. Ese día por la noche pedimos que lo rellenaran, dijeron que sí. Picaron a la puerta que todavia no habíamos salido por la mañana y les dijimos lo del gel. Igualmente, por la tarde vimos que no habían traído, por lo que insistimos. Nos contestaron un mensaje poco entendibles diciéndome que por la mañana no lo habíamos indicado (mentira). Cuando volvimos por la tarde, el gel seguía vacío y el edredón seguía manchado. Otro tema sería la TV, la cual tiene que incluir netflix pero no pudimos mirar ni Netflix ni TV normal. En general está sucio y en mal estado (la pica del baño la aguantan con cinta aislante. Sin duda, si volvemos a Bolonia no repetiremos el sitio.

Eigenartiger Geruch im Zimmer und Badezimmer, billige Verarbeitung der Räumlichkeiten, Handtücher stinken, kein Aufräumservice, keine Handtuchhalterungen, Schimmel an den Badezimmerwänden, kein Hinweis auf aktive Bauarbeiten die man definitiv hört, keine Ablage für größeres Gepäck, schlechte Klimaanlage, kein Feuermelder, sehr hellhörig (selbst das Bad des anderen hört man gut). Gartenblick war ein Witz, Snack-Automat Bereich wird mit beigefügtem Foto schmackhaft gemacht. Der Automat war (wenn man diesen überhaupt nutzen wollte) so gut wie leer. Ich könnte noch weiter machen... Von allen 3* Hotels die ich besucht habe war das mit Abstand einfach das Schlechteste. Besitzer versucht positive Bewertungen zu pushen damit es beworben wird und vermitteln ein falsches Bild, ich rate niemanden dort zu buchen. Viel zu teuer für die Qualität! English review: Weird smell inside room and bathroom, cheap and odd workmanship, towels smelled disgusting, no room service, no towel holder, mold inside bathroom, active constructionworks which are loud, no room for big suitcases, A/C was slow and loud, No fire Alarm, poor Sound isolation (you can hear your neighbours inside the bathroom), promoted gardenview was a joke, vending machine area comes with the photo in the Annex. Even tho the machine was almost empty anyway but they sell it like something special. And there is still more. This is not 3* Hotel quality and was by far the worst "Hotel" i have been. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super, in nur 15 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt von Bologna. Parkplatz für 25€ hat super funktioniert.

Viele Dinge sind negativ. Vorallem der Digitale Ceck-In ist meiner Meinung nach umständlich und hat nur den Abend davor funktioniert. Weiteres hatten wir dann während dem Aufenthalt Probleme mit unser Digitalen Schlüssel, wir kamen nicht mehr in unseren Raum. Die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption nicht einfach und umständlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und wirklich sehr einfach ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist leider eine Katastrophe, es gibt viele schimmelige Stellen und einige Staubschichten! Insgesamt leider enttäuschend.

Sehr zentral, wunderschöne Gegend, alles gut beschrieben.

De locatie van het hotel ten opzichte van de stad was ideaal. De parking was goed beveiligd, hoewel deze wel meer gestructureerd mocht zijn voor 25 euro per nacht.

De wifi verbinding ter plaatse werkte totaal niet. In de badkamer hing de schimmel aan de douche tegels, en viel de gestucte muur half naar beneden. Wie zet er een venster in de douche? De airco verkoelde weinig tot eigenlijk niets in de kamer ondanks het op de laagste mogelijke temperatuur stond. De werken in en aan het hotel zorgde ook voor geluidsoverlast alsook problemen op de parking met de camionetten.

Lage super. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Als der digitale Check-in dann (endlich) funktioniert hat, hat digital vor Ort alles super funktioniert (Öffnen des Tores, des Hsuses, der Wohnung per App bzw. Link.)

Digitaler Check-in war zunächst recht umständlich. Bei Fragen per WhatsApp haben wir zunächst nur automatische generierte Antworten erhalten! War zunächst ziemlich umständlich! Später- nach dem digitalen Check-in - hat dann alles super geklappt!

A FUIR personnel inexistant.lors de notre arrivée nous arrivions pas a nous connecter.nous avons réussi à entrer dans la résidence car le portail était ouvert pour des travaux dans les logements.nous avons essayé d'avoir de l'aide auprès de la conciergerie.sans réponse heureusement nous avons croisé un couple avec deux adolescents qui nous ont gentiment installé sur mon téléphone le programme de l'hôtel avec tous les codes sinon nous aurions dû loué un autre logement ailleurs.nous avons dormis trois nuits le ménage n'as été fais a aucun moment.poubelles non vidèes serviette non changer sol non nettoyer. Le pire hôtel que nous avons loué sur Booking.

Dobra lokalizacja- w sam raz spacerem do centrum, parku. Z narzeczonym podobał nam się system bez klucza- drzwi, furtkę otwierasz telefonem. Łóżko oceniamy jako wygodne. Były dostępne ręczniki a w łazience pojemniki z mydłem i szamponem. Dodatkowo był ekspres na kapsułki, z dwiema kapsułkami do zrobienia sobie porannej kawy.

Niestety, kiedy weszliśmy do pokoju w toalecie śmierdziało moczem.

I love that the rooms ware clean and the instructions for everything ware great. We also had private parking that was easy to access.

I was confused with the online checking since it was my first time and didn't understand the process.

Nous avons reçu un message le jour même de notre réservation pour nous informer que nous n'aurions pas le logement réservé. Nous avons eu un logement de remplacement bien moins qualitatif que celui que nous aurions dû avoir. Lors de notre arrivée dans la chambre nous avons été très surpris du mauvais état déplorable. L'odeur était irrespirable, l'humidité était omniprésente dans le logement, la douche bouchée et moisie ainsi que les murs et les meubles, les draps du lit déchirés, des tâches de gras sur les murs. C'est inacceptable de louer ce type de logement. De plus nous n'avons reçu aucun dédomagement et nous avons dû louer à la dernière minute un autre logement convenable.

Very clean and comfortable big bed and lovely room for kids, 1 big double and one big single bed. Big tvs in both rooms. Initial impression very good and digital keys all worked well. Mosquitoes nets on windows, electric blinds to keep out sun and heat. Many features are very modern.

We couldn't lower the aircon to a more cool temp but that's probably us brits not being used it! The holder for one of 2 shower heads needed fixing but we've told them and the edge of the sink needs re-vamping, it was held on by tape. These are little things that didn't take away much from the overall stay. No kitchenette, only a kettle and I don't like having a digital key, I just don't feel safe even though it was all fine! We did find it hard to get out of the front gate on departure but again I think they will help future guests with a bit more info!

Super apartament blisko centrum, polecam rodzinom czy znajomym. Bardzo wygodne 2 sypialnie i super łazienka. Wszystko było extra, dziękujemy.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic center. The room was well equipped with all the essential furniture and accessories, as well as a large TV with free Netflix and Wi-Fi. The app used to access the room was very convenient and easy to use. Guests also have complimentary access to the gym and wellness facilities. The staff were very kind and friendly, including during phone communication. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great experience.

The main things I would improve is the cleanliness of the shower head. Also, one of the outlets next to the bed, including the USB and wireless charging functions, was not working. These were only small inconveniences and did not significantly affect my overall positive experience.

- La camera: l’aria condizionata che non funzionava come si deve (anziché rinfrescare, la temperatura era sempre fissa a 25, nonostante, in nostra assenza, siano passati, così ha detto, a controllare) e la muffa, sotto l’aria condizionata - il parcheggio: prima di prenotare, leggendo sull’app, c’era scritto che il parcheggio era privato sul posto.. appena arrivati lì, abbiamo dovuto pagare 25 euro, per un parcheggio minuscolo. Abbiamo dormito malissimo. La mattina dopo siamo scappati. Ve lo sconsiglio!

Very difficult to find something good. Maybe a large TV screen with an activated Netflix.

Die Lage war super, in nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist man mitten in der Stadt.

Die Unterkunft hat absolut nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Wir hatten Schimmel im Bad und neben dem Bett, der Putz kommt von den Wänden, überall Moskitos, das komplette Vorderhaus eine Baustelle. Wir waren mit unserem 4 Monate alten Baby dort weil es angeblich ruhig und sauber ist, das Gegenteil war der Fall. Auf wiederholte Nachfrage beim Anbieter ob er uns helfen kann kam keine Reaktion. Auch unsere Anfrage auf Erstattung wurde komplett ignoriert. Zudem zahlt man 25€ für einen winzig kleinen Parkplatz im Hof, wo wir Bange waren dass uns jemand ins Auto fährt weil alles viel zu eng war. Für uns war der Aufenthalt nur Stress und überhaupt keine Erholung. Sehr schade.

We had bad bugs all over the bed and the walls. Emergency number did not pick up. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night and pay a lot of money extra. We got no refund for the rooms. Had to wash all our stuff and also ruined some clothes through that. Dirty and moldy everywhere

It was very noisy in the morning. There was some construction work that started at 8 o clock in the morning.

The accommodation is in a great location, just a 10-minute easy walk to the city center. It's clean and comfortable. Simone was very friendly and ready to help. Highly recommended.

Very nice area, felt safe! Nice garden nearby with food trucks and also a grocery store. Very nice air conditioner, bed and TV. Bathroom also very spacious and a nice shelf to place everything. We had a thin blanket but also had the option to change to a thicker one which was really nice! Cute outside sitting area and also a nice vending machine all the way down the stairs. We loved our stay in Bologna!🤗

Construction downstairs but only for a few hours during the first day and we personally weren’t bothered at all🙂

Check in was done via the internet using a link from the accommodation provider. We received a link to the website for door opening and all explanations. The advantage was that we didn't have to worry about the exact time of arrival (evening).

Ubytování bylo v celkem dobré lokalitě. Vadilo nám moc přetechnizované řešení checkinu, bránu i dveře vše se muselo otevírat přes aplikaci, zdlouhavé a uživatelsky nepříjemné. Kvůli tomuto už bych se sem nikdy nevrátil. I proto jsem dali o dva body horší hodnocení.

Good amount of space inside. Digital keys easy to use if you have phone signal.

WiFi didn’t work in the main bedroom which meant the tv and Netflix also didn’t work in there. Managed to fix it ourselves after a while. Bathroom was v.dirty, with no handle on the shower to close the doors, shower also backed up and blocked when you ran the water for more than a minute. Black mould visible on shower head and hose. Parking costs were higher than quoted at €25 per day so we parked on the next road along which was free and less than a 5 minute walk. Building work started early in the morning while we were stay in bed with workmen banging and hammering at 8:30am.

La Clim ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû dormir dehors la 1ere nuit!!!! Et après un semblant de réparation, l’employé nous a fait croire que c’était réparé et 3h plus tard airco à fond il faisait toujours 30 degrés dans la chambre nous somme donc partis sans passer la 2eme nuit qui était réservée et payée

Schlecht gewartet und sehr schlecht gereinigt: Kaffeemaschine unbrauchbar da zu dreckig; Duschinstallation war eine Zumutung, da sehr dreckig: Duschschlauch mit schwarzen Ablagerungen dem ganzen Schlauch entlang; Duschkopf ebenfalls schwarze Ablagerungen, da nicht gereinigt; Rainshower verkalkt, so dass Wasser nur bei einigen Löchern Wasser fliessen konnte Einige Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert Sehr enge Parkplatzverhältnisse (auch wegen Autos von Bauarbeitern-> keine vorgängige Information erhalten)

Solo che era vicino ai servizi necessari.

Innanzitutto, dopo aver effettuato il check in 10 giorni prima ed aver pagato le tasse di soggiorno anticipatamente, sono stata sommersa da email e messaggi per ricordarmi di pagare ed effettuare il check in. All'arrivo la stanza si presentava in un sottoscala, non insonorizzata, con aria condizionata che andava a tratti, letto scomodo e pulizia in bagno che lascia alquanto a desiderare.

Le calme de l’endroit, la télévision qui donne un accès à Netflix, une très bonne climatisation ainsi qu’une moustiquaire aux fenêtres et enfin une douche plus qu’agréable !

On voit que le logement a vécu, il n’était pas sale mais on voit qu’il n’est pas neuf. Cela n’impacte en aucun cas la qualité du séjour. Le seul vrai point négatif maintenant que j’y pense, c’est que la deuxième porte automatique est restée bloquée plusieurs minutes nous empêchant d’entrer. Nous avons du appeler le service client qui a heureusement pu nous aider rapidement

Het was een schoon verblijf met prima badkamer. Het had alles wat je van een simpel hotel kan verwachten.

Als je met de auto komt is het heel erg moeilijk om op de oprit te komen aangezien de oprit een hele kleine smalle oprit is aan een hele drukke weg waardoor je er amper op kan komen.

La colazione non era compresa, sarebbe il caso di fare una convenzione con un bar nelle vicinanze per la prima colazione, considerando che il prezzo è in linea con le strutture che la offrono. La posizione è buona ma è indispensabile prenotare anche il parcheggio a € 20 perchè in zona non si può parcheggiare.

Il Grand Central Room ha una posizione ottimale per chi vuole visitare la città ma allo stesso tempo ha un concerto allo stadio, 25 minuti a piedi.

The location was good.

The air conditioner was not working. It was warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. The bathroom shower was not clean and the removable shower head holder was broken causing the shower head to fall to the shower floor.

Camera che non rispecchiava le aspettative: una delle due in stile antico mentre dalle foto sembrava moderna. Bagno con muffa nella doccia e attacco del doccino rotto, tavoletta del WC staccata e piano del lavandino rotto. Pulizia pessima.
