Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Its very sad because some of the staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly. However, my review is overwhelmingly negative. We booked a wheelchair/disabled friendly room: Deluxe King Suite Please be aware, this is not wheelchair friendly nor is it disabled friendly if you are unable to walk up steps. To enter the hotel, there are about 4 steps. We were shown a different way to enter our room however there were still 3 steps to get onto the balcony and 1 step on the path leading up to he balcony. Inside there were 4 beds and the room was a good size. Should you wish to use the bathroom, there is a step which is approx 6-8 inches deep. To go out of the main room door, theres another step. There's a step into the bathroom about 2 inches deep. The marbled floors have various chips in them throughout, which can cut knees, feet and hands if your mobility allows you to crawl or bottom shuffle. If you cannot walk and/or climb a steep step, you would not be able to access the bathroom at all . The edge of the step is raw, no rolled top or smooth join. Where the step is, theres also no lighting, so once the main lights are off, its very dangerous. We ended up shuffling slowly so we felt when we had reached the edge. Again, theres another smaller step into the bathroom which incidentally, smells of sewage and even keeping the extractor fan on, does not help. We also, didnt have any hot water there for the 11 days we stayed there. The plug sockets are not very safe looking at all. See pics. 95% of the time the food was virtually cold and had to be sent back. On arrival we were told there was no balcony door key because the previous occupant had lost it. It was replace late the following day . The door locks at the top of the door was broken too and this had to be repaired. The water cooler and heater was broken so they came to repair it. We pointed out the way they had repaired it was dangerous. A day later and the large bottle randomly fell off splashing water everywhere, including the electric plug plus narrowly missing my grandsons head which would easily have killed him. At that point I demanded a replacement. The replacement came and they were wanting to plug it directly into the wet plug! My husband said no, it was dangerous. We were left to mop up all the water ourselves much to the amusement of one particular guy. We became so fed up with complaining it became embarrassing and we gave up in the end. A couple of old regulars in their, I'd guess, 60s, came to stay a week into our holiday. Every night come about 11pm (23:00) they would put exceptionally loud music on, about 8-12 feet in from of them, on the side of the pool, facing away from them. This would go on until around 02.30 am (02:30). Now thats one thing, but the hotel were loath to do anything because they were regulars! When I went to reception at about 3am, the phone was ringing off the hook and people were gathering, to complain. Eventually the music went off but 30mins later, it was back on again, this carried on until the end of our holiday. They won't get any new regulars if others are treated like that. The Internet hardly worked, 50% of the time at best and we couldnt get any English TV. Another thing was that there were frequent power cuts for upto 45 mins at a time. Very very disappointed and there was also a lot of pressure to complete the hotel review with one of the staff which puts you in an awkward situation if your review is poor, like this... I will try and upload the photos I took A bit out of the way if you want to travel to Central Cairo, but convenient for the Pyramids. Oh and theres a deep step to even get into the hotel from the path.
You will not do better for the price - the staff are friendly and accommodating, the food at the restaurant was great and the view was one of the most spectacular things I’ve ever seen. The photos provided by the hotel do not do the view justice. Rooms although basic, provide everything you need
Excellent location with a view of the pyramids. The hotel food was tasty. Employees were nice. My room didn't have toilet paper or towels. We had to request them. Clean rooms
I booked all my excursions though Mario at the hotel, each excursion I had a tour guide with incredible knowledge on all of Egyptian history, we also had a driver for each day, I had 2 different ones both were lovely and helpful too even when doing the airport pick ups for me which were very early hours in the morning I was always greeted with a smile. Mario really helped me when I accidentally packed the wrong plug adaptor, he went out of his way to get me one and drop it back to the hotel, he had also messaged everyday making sure I had the best experience during each activity
Leider hatte die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert. Der TV Empfang war nicht existent. Ansonsten ging es.
The shower room drain was broken, which was very inconvenient.
The hotel staff were very helpful upon checking in and each time assisting with all my inquires for all my day trips around Cairo then to Luxor return right up until my checkout with my pre-booked transport which nearly didn't turn up but thankfully the young lady at the desk got hold of my booking arrangements and made inquires on my behalf and I was really happy with her kind assistance especially as I only spoke English
Everything was awesome
Perfect service
Thank you guys for making my stay a pleasant one!
Excellent service. Listened to what I requested and organised transportation and guide, plus ride to airport early in the morning.
Can see pyramids and walk to them. Nearby service station has great snacks, salads, cakes, drinks. Market for local food within a short walk too. Helpful tour organiser, with or without guide. Prices upfront.
safe area to walk. nice folks. 5 min walk to pyramids.
This hotel is very special. We arrived as tourists and left as part of a family in Giza. can highly recommend this to anyone travelling to Egypt. Thank you so much to Amr, Seif and Ahmed for making this the most special and spectacular journey of our lives. We will come back again for sure! The facilities are great and the staff even greater! We came for the incredible Pyramid view and we will come back because of the incredible people!
Location was brilliant. Right opposite the pyramids. You can walk there. 700 LE per person for entrance. We got on a horse and buggy to travel round the sites for 1000 LE for both of us. For over an hour. Fantastic value and the driver Mansuer was very informative. He took pictures of us at the pyramids and stopped whilst we took pictures and videos ourselves. Breakfast was excellent. Fridge in the room as well as coffee and tea making facilities. We ate lunch upstairs and a main meal which was both excellent looking out over at the pyramids. The next morning we had breakfast which was again excellent. The water was hot in the bathroom as each had it's own little hot water boiler. Slept well also in the beds. We booked airport transfers through the hotel which was good value.
The location is very near to the pyramids. Room is clean. Get higher room to get better view. Will coma again. Slight far from centre cairo. Rooftop restaurant food also very good. Travel agent available to arrange transport but have to compare price.
It was excellent
Great stay and staff
Strat with the good they say.... well, the view from the room and the roof top was THE BEST! Most staff, except the gaggle of women who are aggressive and rude. I had friends meeting us at the hotel and wanted to leave their stuff in our room as we went on our tour together. As we were trying to get on the elevator she aggressively told me I couldn't have guests in my room and that they could go to the roof. I explained to her that I was not having guests over and that instead of attacking, she should have asked. It was very unprofessional. The other big plus were the Sudanese workers who were kind and gentle! Kudos Now the not so good -- the hotel itself. It has SOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL. The view is amazing, but the rooms are pathetic. Old heavy furniture, noisy mini-refrigerators, and awful pillows. The mattresses clearly are worn out -- they dip in the middle when you lay in them. The curtains were dirty and old, I just don't understand how a property that is directly across from the MENA Marriott, probably the most expensive hotel in Giza, and this hotel doesn't spruce up their hotel and charge more money and become a boutique hotel with the most amazing view. The breakfast was expensive and not that good-- took forever! My son got sick from the burger he ate for dinner.
Excellent service thanks
Water cooler isn’t working, asked for toilet paper, didn’t get it, WiFi not working at all plus no phone at the room to communicate with the receptionist, and the most irritating thing when we checked out, the employee at the lobby asked him to wait until they check out the two rooms I wonder why exactly!😔
Staff were friendly & helpful. The room wasn't to my expectation for a deluxe room. Enjoyed the view of the pyramids. Phone to reception wasn't working, fridge didn't work wifi connection slow. Was happy to experience the shower worked with varible temperature. This hotel is more for low cost, no fuss just standard. The food was ok. Would I stay here again very last resort. I would choose another hotel.
Konumu piramitlere çok yakın ve fiyatı uygun. Bunun dışında bir artısı yok. Hijyen olarak çok iyi değil. Extra bir hizmet beklemeyin.
Horrible. Floor was flooded from AC leaking. Front desk said sorry cannot change room will fix the next day. Had to turn off AC as not to flood the room. It was a fast drip from the wall next door to the bed and water was pooling all the way to the bathroom. Almost slipped and fell when first walked in not knowing floor was wet. Luckily one window could open but it was extremely noisy and too warm to be comfortable. Could not sleep. We left the next day.
Worst hotel I have ever booked in my lifetime. I booked this hotel at Agoda and received a confirmation message from Agoda for 2 nights with breakfast for 4 but after we had breakfast on the first day they asked to charge for the breakfast and they refused to let us have breakfast for the 2nd day, and they claimed that is Agoda mistake and the price not including breakfast, I sent an official complaint to Agoda to take action against these cheaters and scamsters. I stayed in room 306, The shower/toilet was not nice, the Shower treat leaked, the staff didn't change the towels daily, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and no fresh towels, soap, or toilet rolls when they were. It's not a cheap hotel trying their best to accommodate their customers, something else is going on here. They are not even trying to be nice. The hotel isn't even close to what some of the reviews are saying. Three Stars is on the generous side, but two stars is fair, It is a run-down hotel with mediocre breakfast. My experience is unfortunately the worst. The view of the pyramids, Pharaonic Statues & Poster on the wall are the best things at this hotel, especially from the rooftop.
The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant on top of the building was an amazing view of the grand pyramids with delicious food! There is also a great seafood restaurant a block over and a local gas station with bazars close by.
Walking distance to the pyramids. Nice staff. But the room (especially the bathroom) and the breakfast was to simple.... It's a place to stay a single night (just to visit the Pyramids and leave). There's nothing else to do around the hotel.
Let me first describe the drawbacks. The room facilities are very poor. There is no chair or table in the room, and the bed is really uncomfortable. You won't find a plug point converter at the reception, and they don't refill tea, coffee, or sugar sachets for two days. Furthermore, the restaurant food is not very tasty, though it's passable. Amidst all these negative aspects, I still tend to give it 4 stars due to the unmatched view from the hotel. You'd get the same view for 10 times the price at the Marriott, but why do so when you have Turquoise? The reception and crew were reasonable, and they even provided an iron for clothes when we inquired. We prepaid through an online booking platform and had no issues with payments. We got a panoramic view room, but they also have rooms with bathtubs available. So if you're searching for one of the best early morning views on a budget, this is the place. And even if you're not on a budget, this hotel is worth at least one night for its unparalleled view.
Great location in front of the pyramids & entrance to the archaeological site with only 10 minutes walk. Excellent staff and customer service. Our room has an outdoor tub that we used to relax after our walks. Definitely recommend & will return again. Thank you
No breakfast was included even though it was stated on the booking that it would include breakfast. The bed was not comfortable because the mattress was old. When you shower, the water remains standing unless you pull out the drain. There is supposed to be a view of the pyramids, but this is not available in all rooms and was therefore not available in ours. The cleaner was friendly.
I liked the beautiful view of the pyramids and the breakfast 10/10
I stayed for my visit to pyramids and it was just perfectly located! Roof restaurant was amazingly nice with full view of 2 largest pyramids. Moreover, chef Aziza, Samar and waiter Ahmed and among all Esraa Nael was so kind and friendly that gave great accent to my trip. Thank you Esraa!
Perfect hotel next to the rear entrance, to the pyramids, if ur American u will be let in thru the rear entrance, and best of all u can walk to Marriott to eat, and don’t have to pay 4 times more a night at Marriott, Egyptian food not all that good.
The staff member was so kind and welcomed
Perfect place with pyramids view on big window
Staff were pleasant and helpful, felt safe during my stay. Placement of the windows in some of the rooms is a bit odd, way too high, and impossible to see outside.
Good value for money! Safe area and convenient, by a 24/7 gas station with a mini supermarket and a great view of the pyramids! A few issues with breakfast not being offered abruptly in the middle of my stay but the receptionist was able to comp me a free breakfast. For $30/night (or $45 to upgrade to a room with an outdoor bathtub), Turquoise Pyramids View Hotel gave me a memorable stay in Giza.
muy lindo lugar con vista a las piramides y rooff pero no pudimos ver el show de luces en la noche desde ahi no se veia pero esta muy bonito el hotel un poco ruidoso porque da a una calle principal con movimiento todo el dia , en general bien
The view of the Pyramids from your hotel room and roof top was amzing. Being on the main road lots of traffic noise at night. Wifi was very bad and kept coming and going, even though staff kept saying it was fixed. Breakfast options are not the greatest. Dinner options not great either and very expensive compared to the local restaurants
Horrible place ! Please do not go there ! Fake ratings !
Overall our stay was average. The location to the Pyramids are amazing. The look of the area outside was dirty. Inside the property the pictures are misleading placed on the website and does not live up the the pictures. The rooms are very average and run down. The window in my room was broken and it took the staff close to 4 days to fix temporarily. It is a busy road and the noise from the open window was distracting to get a good nights rest. Breakfast options are limited and half of the items are not available. The reception staff where average but the restaurant staff where really helpful, esp. a staff member called Najadim. He was extremely friendly. The views from the rooms where excellent. Overall a very average stay. Good for about 2 days max.
Amazing view but outdated room. AC was not working and the bathroom is somewhat dirty. They forced everyone to pay for the USD 20 New Year’s dinner which started late and sub par food. Be aware that they will try to deceive you to pay in cash even though they accept CC.
It was absolutely terrible they said they have a buffet for the breakfast but what happened their was absolutely nothing and they said that we can not get breakfast on the day of the check out not recommended at all
The hotel is just so dirty and dusty. The worst is when we got know that there is no water. The receptionist just said there is water cut in city and just hung up. It is the hotel's duty to make sure there is alternative solution or to at least inform it's patrons.
Lovely hotel, rooftop restaurant was fantastic, very intuitive friendly kind staff and generally a great experience
Booked by a company as part of a tour. Unwilling to let us upgrade pyramid view room (plenty availability-checked booking.com and there was plenty avaliable) Room not ready till 5.30pm Had to request kettle as none in room Bed lumpy and uncomfortable Shower poor flow and leaks over floor in front of toilet Window doesn't close so heard traffic and dogs barking all night Power cut from 11.15 till 00.45. I use a CPAP so had to stay wakened. Breakfast poor, cereal soft but stale, picture of a nice breakfast on the menu nut only the eggs avaliable. Coffee bitter lukewarm On the positive waiting staff friendly snd helpful View from restaurant of pyramids amazing Cannot recommend
What an amazing hotel. This hotel's position and view in Giza are probably, and I kid you not, one of the best on the planet. If you want to wake up in the morning and see the last ancient wonder of the world right in front of you, book your stay now. The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent, especially Alaa and Toffy. We were stunned by this hotel and please note that Google street view is not up-to-date so don't let it put you off. Overall the best experience we have had as frequent travellers. Well done and Thank you Turquoise Pyramids Hotel.
The hotel and staff are great but the restaurant and food are not up to par.
The staff were all very nice and helpful. The view from the roof top was amazing, the food was also great. The beds were very comfortable but overall the room needed some updates like new carpeting. We enjoyed our stay.
You can’t beat the price for the amazing view this hotel offers. The only I would say needs improvement is the bathroom and the food options. The bathroom smelled like mold and sewage. The breakfast was limited and the lunch and dinner menu was not much to choose from. But the staff was kind and they had an on-site concierge that could book reasonably priced tours. So it wasn’t a bad price for the stay.
As a solo woman traveller this hotel was safe, clean and comfortable. The best thing is the view of the Great Pyramid from your room window, amazing, the pyramids are right across the road. There is a restaurant on site as well. I would stay here again.
The location and the hotel are excellent, right in front of the entrance to the pyramids, the only negative point is the noise, as it is a room with views of the pyramid and there is no sound insulation, there were 3 nights when I could not sleep. A room at the back will always be a better option, even without the view of the pyramids.
The only highlight of this property is the location and the gentleman in charge of the souvenir shop next door! Internet was terrible, it seems they had issues with the plumbing because the whole place smelled and I did not get the type of rooms reserved.
Excellent customer service by staff. Delicious Egyptian breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I want to let future travelers to Giza know about the work system of the hotels. I rented the Premium Double room with 2 Queen beds for 4 people - as soon as I finished making the reservation through hotels.com I received confirmation from the hotel in which they told me that they were giving me a triple room -I booked the hotel two weeks in advance- I contacted Hotels.com, the agent wanted to help me but couldn't do much and suggested I contact the hotel directly. I did so, and well they reconfirmed that they would give me the room I had booked (I have all the records of my conversations through WhatsApp) Right before my last flight connection from Doha to Cairo (2 hour flight) i contact the hotel again to let them know that in 3 hours I would be in a hotel with my family and that I wanted to make sure that my room was ready. His response was "your triple room is ready" I told the manager/owner again that I rented the Premium Double room for 4 people and she told me not to worry that everything was in order. When we arrived at the hotel exhausted at approximately 8pm they told us that the hotel was overbooked and that they only had a triple room and that there was nothing they could do. They basically left us with no options at 8pm at night after traveling for more than 17 hours in an area that we did not know. Friends had already told us that in Giza they use this system and that they really do not mind leaving you without a room.Hotels.com, please I want you to be aware
Es una propiedad q a pesar de estar en el àrea de Giza es bastante moderno, limpio y con view a las pirámides. El personal fue muy amable y se veia la parte de atras de las pirámides
Ok clean room service they clean every day ok
Did not spend much time in the hotel because i was always out visiting the gorgeous places Egypt has, but my stay there was great all staff is very friendly. Thank you
The hotel is right in front of the pyramids. The buffet breakfast was good. Our room, bathroom and shower were spacious. The elevator is very small. At least they have in service. The open terrace is great for relaxing and view the pyramids. The new GEM is about a 20 minute away walk. There's a Mobil gas station where you can buy snacks, water, sodas, coffee. For shops it's about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff makes you feel at home. Thank you Turquoise 😊.
Awesome location for one or two night stay maximum. The staff was very accommodating however the cost of transportation to and from airport was extremely expensive. Traveled solo and I did not feel unsafe in this area. The gas station on the corner was great as well
I was very disappointed with this property. I had flight issues and had emailed the property about my delayed arrival (they responded with it's not a problem). Once I finally arrived at 3am, Im told by the front desk that they gave away my room even though I had my reservation booked for a few more days. He tried to blame me even though I showed exchanged message with whoever is responding from the hotel, my reservation dates and everything. I was eventually accommodated to a smaller room but from that bad interaction I just was disappointed from at the customer service. I wasn't even offered anything for my troubles. I never had this happen to me before traveling to 30+ countries.
the view from our room and breakfast area are thr best!!!! will recommend
Best hotel in giza. service are really great.you can see the pyramids from your room
A wonderful roof restaurant with delicious food and very welcoming, attentive and nice hostess. Such a pleasure to visit after a long walk among the Pyramids. U can enjoy them from the roof btw. Thank you so much!
The view is absolutely amazing !! from the restaurant you can see the pyramids , also the food is beautiful , we tried everything on the menu , well cock and tasted really nice , we cant wait to Come back !!! The stuff were so kind and always willing to help 10000% recommend the hotel !
Espectacular location next the pyramids
Nice hotel really close to the pyramids (accessible by foot). Breakfast was included with a lot of different possibilities (western and oriental food). The restaurant is a bit more expensive than outside. Here also we can find western and oriental food. When we arrived the staff told us the restaurant would be open at 2pm but the chef only arrived in the evening so we where disappointed... Saida from the staff was really really nice and we would like thank her especially.
Front Giza Pyramids
Definitely a place to stay with a beautiful view to the pyramids, excellent service, very attentive. Also, rooms are clean. We also enjoyed a excellent show with traditional egypcian dancers on rooftop of hotel
We had phenomenal service from Saida. She’s what makes the hotel good. We’ve been to a few other hotel restaurants and we were none stop hassled, And couldn’t enjoy our meals. So we kept coming back to turquoise roof top patio to enjoy the great view of the pyramids and the best service in Cairo from Saida.
Beautiful view and very close distance to giza pyramids
Professional staff. Breakfast was delicious. The food was good as well. Very accommodating with little kids. The view was beautiful from our room. The entire staff was always helpful. Bringing our bags to the car or getting us milk/water. We had a great experience. Emad and rebek even gave us an hour as our Careem driver was coming late to bring us to the airport.
I was 5 days in Cairo with my wife and we chosen this hotel , it was the best options for us, yes some thing's can be improve like breakfast but was not something to make our trip unpleasant and same with cleaning of the hotel , We will give an EXCELLENT review to this hotel because was wat we want: closer to the pireamids , excellent view from our room to the piramids , our room was very clean all the time and the staff was very friendly. Around the hotel we have places to change money and eat diner if you want or need. Every day we walk around the hotel and we had no problems of any type with our safety peoples there are very friendly even if some times they come to you to sell different things you just say no politely and they leave i think it is normal .Month of April is the best month to go in Cairo because the temperatures can be very high and hard to walk outside .In general an excellent choice for a 4 nights vacation next to the big pyramid of Giza with an amazing view from our room or from the roof restaurant we're the breakfast is .
Close to Pyramid but away from other attractions & city centre. Not much shops & restaurants around. My experience is unfortunately the worst. My late flight scheduled to arrive Cairo from Luxor at 10:30pm but delayed for 2 hours. I arrived the hotel at 2am to check in. The hotel 1st told that me my room was no longer available because we had missed the check in date and next they said that our booking was not in the system. They only agreed to provide us a room when we threaten to complain to Expedia. Then we waited in the lobby for more than an hour them to prepare the room. At the end, we got the room at 4am, 2 hours after we arrived the room & were extremely exhausted that we gave up the morning itinerary to rest. In addition, this hotel didn't allow change of booking on Expedia. I made a mistake to book as 1 person instead of 2 but couldn't made the change in Expedia. I tried to send message to the hotel on Expedia but they didn't reply. At the end, they charged us $25 while the price difference in booking is only a few bucks & the room actually was of the same grade.
The staff are amazing the view it’s tremendous 10/10
Great view
I had read some bad reviews and almost cancelled, but we had a great stay here. The staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was really good. We had hot water and great water pressure. No complaints, all good!
The hotel isn't even close to what some of the reviews are saying. We walked into the hotel at around 2 AM, only to be told that our booking was cancelled. Who cancelled it? They didn't have an answer. Why Hotels.com shows the booking active? They didn't have an answer. Instead, they said they will take us to a nearby hotel just 4 minutes away. We refused and tried to call Hotels.com to clear this up. All of a sudden they found a room for us but we have to wait 5 minutes. The 5 minutes turned into long 3 hours. We waited for 3 hours until we got a room. We booked two rooms for three nights and we already messaged the hotel we will be checking in late. That means they had plenty of time to get the room ready for us. While we were waiting two other couples walked in and told the same thing. One of them took up the offer for another hotel and walked to the hotel. It is a run down hotel with mediocre breakfast. The light fixture in the washroom is hanging down by the electric wire. All of these don't matter for us at this point because this booking made us to question Hotels.com reviews in the future. How they managed to get these glorifying reviews? It's not a cheap hotel trying their best to accommodate their customers, something else is going on here. They are not even trying to be nice.
the hotel is across the street from the pyramids. Every morning, when I wake up, The majestic pyramids are standing there.
Great view of the Pyramids from the room and from the roof top restaurant! Excellent for a night or two. Food quality at the restaurant is very good and and the staff was great. Bathroom in the room could be definitely better, it is too small and the room was not that big as well. Otherwise had a good time staring and taking pics of the Pyramids all the time!
No internet or nearly 0 speed, tv - no signal , staff with energy in slow motion, walls dirty, patched carpet, better not eat breakfast there.Room size good enough. But the view of the pyramids from the windows is amazing.
Stayed at this property for several nights. Shower water would not stay hot during duration of shower. Bathroom kept a bad sewage odor. Mattress was flat and hard. The mattress topper placed in mattress was ineffective. Bath towel were questionably clean as they were dingy in texture and color. Towels were replaced daily but room was not cleaned.
Great customer service experience and great place to staying great breakfast
I am still waiting on my refund My flight was cancelled I missed the 3 nights I booked I communication Don’t answer emails
The view of this hotel is amazing, you have a very good view of the pyramids, the staff is really helpful, nice property
It’s right across from the pyramids so it was easy to get to my tour. I loved that it is clean and modern. Highly recommend.
Staffs are friendly. Complementary Breakfast is good as price. Toothbrush and paste is very important as a residential hotel. But they don’t provide. This is very unfortunate. Otherwise all is good as well as price. I requested them my flight time is 7 o’clock please my check out time extends for 2 hours. But they charge for 2 hour’s again 200 Egyptian pound. This is really not good attitude or professionalism.
The pyramids were in view from our window and the restaurant where had breakfast, how awesome is that! The breakfast is very good too. The room was clean. The biggest problem was the ac didn’t work and we woke up sweating, it’s spring luckily not in the summer where I can imagine how dreadful it would be. The gas station next door serves some awesome coffee and Egyptian snacks at very reasonable prices. If the ac worked, I’d consider staying here again
Hotel is very well located and you get a great view from your room and rooftop restaurant. Rooms are clean and beds are good. Very good price for the location and services you get. Negative - Rooms get very noisy as the hotel right on the highway road and there is loud noise of passing vehicle and horns which sometimes become difficult when you are trying to get a goodnight sleep. Hosts are nice and friendly but the tours offerered by them are on higher side so review with other apps like viator before booking.
Awesome stay..would TOTALLY recomend. Great location and service!
Don't go there
Would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Giza! Food was great!
Staff was very friendly.hotel was clean and nice. Food was average.
The staff was simply amazing. Very clean and spacious at a great price and what a view
Don't stay here if you want to keep everything. I discovered 70 euros missing from my belongings after staying here and still haven't heard from the hotel with a response. Location was good, noise was an issue. The rooftop was the best thing about this place but you should stay somewhere with trustworthy staff.
I hotel is great staff is very friendly and helpful. food is excellent both breakfast and dinner you get water daily and you can get your room is clean daily also , I really enjoy my stay, location is excellent, only barrier was shower was shaped in an odd way, but overall I would recommend staying at this hotel and there a gift shop right next to the hotel which was very convenient, forgot one of my chargers at home and they had it at the store. I will visit again at this hotel.
the room is clean and their service was also great.
The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We had a small emergency and the manager Mohamed literally saved our vacation for us. The rooms were clean and the service excellent! Many thanks!
