Mesaverte Residences AFS Suites

The source of water is excellent.

None so far.

Its expensive for a room

The bed is comfortable. The room is clean.Over all it was alright.Except the shower head.

The only.problem is the shower head. The water that.come out is like a dagger, too.painful when the water touched the skin. I used the bucket and the dipper. No iron box to use.

Nice friendly and helpful staff.

Looks used

I should've booked a hotel with clean and better service at an affordable price rather than sleeping in a condomium with dirty room, uncleaned bathroom with traces of used soap in the sink, elastic band with hair left on the shower knob and some residue of melted soap on the soap container in the shower area which i doubted the bathroom was cleaned before they handed it to another user, and an overused pull out bed. If we only had much time, we would have cancelled it beforehand. Also, they werent able to contact me right away because i mistakenly i registered a wrong digit to my number, however, this is not the reason for them not to be able to clean the room well before we arrived. This is charged to experience and never again.

lapit sa mga malls, as in! with pool pa

It’s near the city centre.

I already informed them to what time we will be checking in but we have waited for an hour to be able to. But the staff apologised and definitely not her fault as she was managing many units too.

I was charged on my ATM, but when we arrived in the property it was all full, the apps / owner didn’t refund my money!!!

Also nur kalt duschen.

A very comfortable, safe, enjoyable place to stay. Friendly staff, calm and peaceful.

Everything

Nothing

Deceptive exterior design. The staff were helpful

The room had a very BAD chemical smell. We thought we were being poisoned. I had to open the window that had no safety railings, just to be able to breathe. The water heater was not functional. Plastic twine in the bathroom????? The kitchen utensils were just there for the sake of its presence but may have not been washed. The electrical outlets were also for show, we found only 1 outlet that worked. The closets/ clothes cabinet were broken and no attempt to repair was ever initiated.

The location...its just behind tha gaisano mall and accross sm downtown

Wla ko gsuklian sa parking fee😡😡😡😡😡

I highly recommend the Mesaverte Residences AFS Suites as a go to location to enjoy.

Room had AC and WIFI.

Rooms were not clean, bed linen seemed not washed, bathroom was dirty, bed uncomfortable. Price was good but I suppose it’s because it wasn’t worth it. We had different rooms in different floors of the building but not as advertised on booking. Posting of these rooms were deceiving. Will not recommend it.

Location

Not too clean of an apartment.

Nice location.

Internet connection.

A very nice place to enjoy a safe, comfortable get away.

I had a bad experience. The unit was dirty and had a disgusting smell. The bedsheets and blankets were not laundered, and the toilet was very dirty with a foul odor. Additionally, there were no kitchen utensils available. I do not recommend this place.

Late notice booking for two rooms sorted very easily. Location is right next to malls (easy walking distance). Malls, shops, bars everything is right on the doorstep. Pool is very nice to swim in

Rooms had a slight odor when we first went in (Presumed from windows being shut for a period of time) nothing that opening the windows or upping the AC couldnt fix! still a great place and value for money

We love the place because its very accesible to all.. and the aircondition is very cold . We need it for our baby in these very hot season .

Its only the cleanliness of the studio. There are still opened sachets from the old clients and the garbage was not replaced with a new one. The wifi is not stable also.

Very nice location. Comfortable, safe and clean.

The service and the place

Location

Room os amoy osok, mabaho. Not good for the kids

Location to malls, hospital, and restaurants. Swimming pool and gym accessible. Roomier than we thought it would be. Smart tv available.

Rest room dirty and rusty. No microwave, no toiletries to clean or fresh towels on 2nd day's stay.

Location is 5 mins walk to SM Downtown

Bathroom - I think they should fix the drainage to allow the water to flow to the right direction and make the floor surface of the bathroom dry.

Very Nice. Comfortable. Safe and Clean. Welcoming, friendly, professional staff. A very nice place to stay and enjoy.. My compliments to the staff...

Accommodation in older building which I don’t mind. The unit I rented was quit dirty and the bathroom smelled. Soap and shampoo supplied was unusable. Was put in another unit and was acceptable but for the money you can do better.

Age. Cleanliness.

Honestly, just location.

The toilet is UNCLEAN. Molds everywhere and smells like piss. The kitchen utensils still smells like rotten union or garlic. Its really disgusting.

Nothing to do with the place only visiting the family and heading out.

Wasnt the room we paid for we paid for a balcony and pool view and to have a wardrobe. Because someone decided to stay long term they switched us this ok fine but don't charge the same amount should be less as the room was smaller and not great at all. They said double bed again wasn't the case there was a very old pull out from under neath. Also no wardrobe just a damaged cupboard. Wifi hardly worked. I disagree with no shower curtain as the bathroom is soaking everytime on the floor. Very unclean place. Pool closed on Mondays for cleaning unsure why they can't just do this through the nights.

A nice place to stay. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was easy to reach and accommodating. Security guards were alert and helpful to guests.

Minor issues that are fixable by updating some facilities(fix leaky bidet and add shower curtain to keep bath room dry).

A Great Place to stay. Personable, professional staff. Clean, safe and comfortable.

You will enjoy a very pleasant, relaxing stay. No issues just peace, fun and calm. The staff is always accommodating, available, polite and helpful should you need assistance or have any questions.

Swimming pool okay Lifts efficient Quiet Bed comfy Good security

Cockroaches everywhere Room smelly Wi-Fi cut out every evening 6pm until late No cleaning products Cooking facilities and utensils unusable Because of cockroaches Air conditioning noisy

The only good thing is the location. No dishwasher soap and sponge so better buy your own. No wipe cloth for the table. No tissue iust bring your own.

Not properly cleaned. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom and inside their cupboards. The black poops of cockroaches are all over their plates. So better bring your own plates or eat outside. No spoons too.

Excellent staff. Very nice location. Comfortable, clean and safe. I highly recommend this as a go to place. Enjoy yourself!

Location!! 👌 Close to the Port and the Agora Bus Terminal for Eastbound trips like Butuan, Gingoog or Surigao. Shopping malls are just in the corner. A decent room and value for money. The owner and staff are reachable. Car/motor parking is available with minimal fee. Which is very good.

Location

The location, staff, facilities, the room all exceed expectations. A Wonderful place to stay and enjoy! Extended the stay because it is all very nice, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend you experience it for yourself.

N/A. You will enjoy everything. You will feel welcome, safe and valued as a guest.

The location of the resort is perfect, very close to malls, shops, restaurants, bars etc

There's nothing I didn't like, but a suggestion for improvement is There's no knives supplied in the kitchen There's no microwave And absolutely no toiletries supplied

Good location

Accessible to almost necessary establishments, affordable and clean rooms.

The swimming pool is nice. The condo is close to SM mall. There's a 7/11 almost inside the condo.

Please verify internet before paying ! Our internet was not working. We finaly went in another unit. The day after, the internet was not working anymore. We had to call again to make it work... and when it was working, it was very very slow ! The owner only accept cash. Impossible to pay with credit card. Hopefully we change of unit because the one we were in first had a very noisy air con. Difficult to find someone (including the owner) speaking english. All should be in bisaya. Hopefully, the guy who show our unit an,d helped us for internet was speaking english. We tried to watch Netflix, but if you don't have your own subscription, it doesn't work. The swimming pool is nice but in maintenance one day when we were there. The hand towel are cheap and very bad quality. The apartment is small. I don't think it's 20m2 as indicated.

Good value for money - comfortable - quiet - liked the pool - liked that it was close to SM Mall!

Had to provide our own toiletries, as I remember!

The location is perfect and the staff was helpful.

The room was small for 4 people and the bathroom was dirty.
