Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Again I can't complain about this hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised that room 601 came with a new whisper quiet aircon, I recommend this hotel for its location next to the SM Mall and the complete package, price, clean rooms and great staff that always makes the check in and check out process easy and quick.
Only very minor issue was that the sink drain needs cleaning, very slow drainage. Otherwise great place

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026I like everything. My baby and I were accommodated earlier than expected. We were able to eat at Circa, which found a way for me to change my baby's diaper in an unoccupied room. I admire the simple yet clean and neat setup of the room. I also appreciate the kindness of the staff.
I can't seem to open the door from outside and inside efficiently.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Расположение хорошее - рядом есть огромный торговый центр. Сотрудник ресепшн молодой человек был очень любезен и охотно помогал нам. На первом этаже был кулер с горячей и холодной водой. Постельное белье было чистое.
На полотенце были волосы от предыдущих гостей. Наш первый номер выходил окном на дорогу, где было очень шумно от мотоциклистов. Звукоизоляция здания очень плохая. Нам поменяли номер, но все равно мы ночью совсем не спали. Холодильник совсем не охлаждал еду.

Delayed checked in at 5pm , we were placed in a floor where there was karaoke going on near a function room until about 12midnight . We asked for a connecting room as we have children and we were told in would be available if we could wait which we did and ended up checking in at 5pm instead of 2pm check in and yet we didn’t get the room we asked for as they said connecting rooms were no longer available.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Great stay at Red Planet. The bed was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. They also let me leave my luggage after checkout and pick it up later in the afternoon without any problems. The location is perfect, right beside SM Downtown. Highly recommended!

No complimentary water. Toiletress is just ok. But need to be considered like disposable toothbrush and paste. Shower is only one from the top, not friendly to kids. No pail inside the bathroom to use. Very small t.v. we never bother to open. Internet is no stable..

Room 502 needs a little maintenence, drains not flowing correctly, unfortunately the mattress needs replaced because of the condition laying on it wasn't always comfortable. But if these minor issues are fixed it'll be a 10

Its noisy , i could't sleep at night. Its situated right next to a busy road . The buzzing of loud motorcycles is non stop. The windows and walls aren't sound proof.
