Wanda Vista Residence

My experience at Wanda Vista Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and very professional service. I would especially like to mention Supervisor Mahmut, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He made sure that everything was running smoothly and always showed great attention to guests. A big thank you also to Selinay, Kadir, and Melisa. They were all very friendly, respectful, and attentive. Their smiles and positive energy made the whole experience even better. It is clear that the hotel has a great team who genuinely care about their guests. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the excellent hospitality. I would happily stay at Wanda Vista Hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Great job to the entire team!

Okan azra civam nice hotel thanks

Okan cilantro azra thamsk the best room

This location is unbeatable—situated right near Mall of Istanbul, a huge outlet mall, and a Starbucks just down the road. It offers incredible value for money with top-tier amenities, including a dedicated kids' area, a massive gym, a pool, and a spa. I will definitely be back!"

We had a family suite, with kids it can get a bit messy, the cleaning could have been better.

I liked their hospitality and friendly service.i recommend hotel for future visit. Thanks mr supervisor mr mahmut for his friendly ,professional service and his spectacular team civan,azra,ilayda,taner,bugra,burak...see you again

All good

I loved the view and the service! the pool was very nice aswell. If you call reception using the 0 on the phone you get whatever you need within minutes.

We liked the cleaning, they were good and very pleasant! but i think they are a bit understaffed since sometimes the cleaning came very late. maybee hire 1-2 more cleaners

Location, staff, facilities. Highly recommended for family with kids, nice breakfast with multiple options.

The property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, making it perfect for a family stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, restaurants, and main roads. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth.

Nothing significant. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is fancy with extremely welcoming & very supportive staff

May be the location was far from the attraction areas like Taksim square

Noting

We had a truly wonderful stay at Wanda Vista Istanbul and cannot recommend it enough. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, the fitness facilities were very well maintained, and the overall comfort of the stay was outstanding. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and beautifully kept, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable from beginning to end. What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We would especially like to thank the supervisor, Mohmut, who went above and beyond for us and kindly upgraded us for free — something we truly appreciated. A big thank you as well to Civan, Burak, and Azra. They were more than wonderful to us, always helpful, friendly, and attentive, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, this was a top-quality experience in every aspect — food, comfort, cleanliness, facilities, and service. We would happily return and highly recommend Wanda Vista Istanbul to anyone visiting the city.

Nice notel, nice facilities....staff is amazing... thanks supervisor Mr Mahmud and his amazing team burak, civan, taner, azra, bugra and nice bellteam oguzhan, Deniz,allatin...hotel is recommend, see you again

All nice

Nice view from the apartment. Polite staff

Well, for sure they don’t clean properly between rentals. There was water coming from the ceiling when someone upstairs was taking a shower, and based on the overall condition of the apartment and the ceiling itself, it definitely wasn’t the first time. Stairway/staircase cleanliness: no comments... trash, dust, etc Breakfast wasn’t good, but you can find something that’s at least edible. The play area for kids was closed, even though the staff recommended it during check‑in.

This is a very nice facility especially for families. Loved my stay. Reception person Sulayman extremely helpful.

Good facilities for entertainment and sport. Even child playground. Kitchen availability

Not very good breakfast quality, lifts are crowded during lunch time and at the evening when a lot of people come back to holet. 33+ floors cannot be served with just 4 medium/small size lifts. Absence of utensils and tea kettle - the latter was provied after a couple of asks only

Amazing stay! Me and my family liked everything about this hotel — the comfort, the cleanliness, the location, and the warm hospitality. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Istanbul!

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is very good — I can recommend it.

The restaurant is very mediocre. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. When we ordered our meal, a cockroach crawled across the table — that’s a total failure.

Im regular visitor of this hotel because of their good service especially friendly staff Thanks to supervisor mr mahmut for this amazing assistance and professional style ,also his good team mates..see you soon guys

Noting all perfect

We had a very pleasant stay at Wanda Vista Residence. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive throughout our visit. I would like to express my special thanks to Sinan and Mahmut, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always polite, friendly, and quick to respond whenever we needed anything — nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and very suitable for families, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location is excellent — close to two large shopping centres and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, it felt like a safe and well-maintained property with a welcoming atmosphere.

What could be improved is the kitchen equipment. There was no microwave or toaster, and the kitchen lacked basic items such as plates, pans, and utensils. Although the staff provided some items upon request, the condition of the pans was quite worn and not really suitable for proper cooking. I would also suggest improving the cleanliness of the floors, as they were not up to the same high standard as the rest of the apartment. It would be great if guests were provided with a small vacuum cleaner or mop to maintain the floor during longer stays.

Vert easy

Just the location

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I couldn't fault this place. The hotel is very clean, and the lady named Canan, who did my housekeeping (room 810 ,14th october -27th October) was very nice even though little English we communicated through translater app she always had a smile on her face.my son looked forward to see her in the mornings.i would highly recommend and would definitely stay here agian .

The size of the apartment was ok. Also the breakfast was also ok.

In the first apartment the dressing table was not only stained but also scratched. The window in the bathroom was broken. In the second apartment the water was collecting in the washbasin, it was smelly and it reeked of mould, you could also botice the smell in the bedroom, the door of the shower was cracking. The kitchen was not equipped although I booked an apartment.

Absolutely amazing and clean.

This hotel was great. Thank you mevlut. Onur. Sinan yilmaz. Okan. Burak. Baris The staff are very friendly. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are great size and very modern. Shopping centres close by.

Nothing. It was great. Unless you want to be close to the main attractions in city centre your best to stay closer. However this place is easy access to the airport.

The higher floor that I was given.

Poor breakfast choices and presentation of food is discouraging. Staff are not welcoming nor very helpful. Room cleaning is not optimal. Kitchen utensils are not provided at all. Limited restaurant choices inside the Hotel. Limited common spaces and lounges.

Clean, comfortable, I really enjoy my stay, and front desk are friendly and kind.

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the quality services provided by your hotel. I had an excellent stay, and the entire staff's attention to detail contributed to a memorable experience. Thank you for your professionalism. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort and facilities, the safety and security, the very comfortable bed, the very good location.

Wanda Vista Residence is an excellent choice for families and travelers looking for comfort combined with convenience. The property is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious apartments that provide a homely yet luxurious feel. One of the standout features is the kids play area, which adds real value for families with children, giving the little ones a safe and fun space to enjoy while parents can relax. The location is another major advantage. Being very close to Mall of Istanbul, it makes shopping, dining, and entertainment easily accessible. Guests who want both leisure and convenience find this location ideal, especially since everything is just minutes away. Above all, the staff service is exceptional, and many guests highlight how attentive and caring the team is. In particular, Nazlı goes above and beyond to help guests, making their stay smoother and more enjoyable. Her support and friendly approach leave a lasting impression and really add a personal touch to the experience. Overall, Wanda Vista Residence combines spacious, well-equipped apartments, family-friendly facilities, and outstanding service in a prime location. With the kids play area and proximity to Mall of Istanbul, it’s definitely worth staying here, whether for families, couples, or business travelers

Devices is really bad. Because we complain more than once, they disconnect the phone so we can not communicate to them. House keeping is so bad no body comes unless you complain more than once. The work of housekeeping is miserable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Wanda Vista Residence. The hotel is amazing, offering a wide range of facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a kids’ playground, gym, sauna, and steam bath. The staff were incredibly friendly and always keen to help. A special thank you to Mrs. Nazli for her exceptional support in facilitating our stay.
