Lage ist super, immerhin Bett war gemütlich und ein extrem gut ausgestattetes Gym (leider aber erst ab 8 Uhr auf, somit für Berufstätige kaum nutzbar).

Extrem unflexibles Personal, forderte sofortige Zahlung des Frühstücks und konnte es nicht auf die Zimmerrechnung setzen, sodass es sehr kompliziert wurde. Abschließend keine Rechnung erhalten. Zimmer kaputt (ua gefährliche Elektronik) und dreckig, Shampoo und Seife binnen 3 Tagen nicht aufgefüllt.

They show us a room on booking and when we arrives there they tried to give us small room an the 1st floor, after we argue with them they changed our room to better one but the air conditioning was not working and we ask them to bring someone to fix they come but didn’t fix, the service was very bad , never book this hotel if cannot get refund, it was very bad experience and we only stayed there because we have already paid all the money on booking and its non refundable.

La gentillesse d'une partie du personnel qui fait ce qu'il peut mais qui est complètement démuni. Nous avons croisé plusieurs membres du staff particulièrement sympathiques que ce soit au ménage, bagagistes, réception, restaurant, spa.. Mais cela dépend vraiment de la personne car on trouve aussi des personnes qui se fichent de vous. Le lave linge est exceptionnel.

Arrivés à 13h20, car check-in anticipé accepté sans aucune réserve par mail, nous avons dû attendre jusqu'à 19h pour avoir un logement décent (le premier logement que nous avons reçu à 15h30 n'était pas nettoyé (poubelles cachées dans les placards, sol collants, surfaces sales, draps non changés et tâchés de sang et d'excrément que nous avons du ramener à l'accueil). Nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois à ce que le ménage soit fait lors du check-in. On nous a même dit que tout était propre à 18h, ce qui n'était pas le cas. Six heures d'attente alors que nous avons un bébé de 3 mois et un enfant de 6 ans. Clim en panne (il faisait chaud et elle fuyait) et il a fallu solliciter plusieurs fois l'accueil car ils ne nous croyaient pas. Finalement le technicien est venu après 1 semaine retirer les filtres encrassés. La fraîcheur est revenue mais pas les filtres. Nous avons mangé de la poussière pendant 1 semaine. Malgré l'achat de désodorisant et de plusieurs produits pour faire le ménage, les salles de bains sentaient mauvais. Contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur Booking, il n'y a pas de Kid's Club, seulement une grande aire de jeux sans surveillance ni animation, alors que c'était la principale raison de notre choix d'hôtel. L'hôtel n'a globalement rien à voir avec les photos. La saleté et les fils électriques apparents sont vraiment choquants. Tout comme les vitres sales dans l'hôtel et les pièges à souris au milieu du restaurant. Les cartes des chambres se déconnectent quasiment tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais n'a rien à voir avec un 5 étoiles. Une partie du personnel est complètement déconnecté de la réalité. Ils ne se rendent absolument pas compte de la situation de l'hôtel et traitent les demandes de façon robotique. Il vous questionnent de manière excessive et demandent des preuves quand vous venez signaler un dysfonctionnement au lieu de venir vérifier directement.

Sometimes smell from bathroom

I want to thank Mr. Mahoud and Ms. Mellisa a lot. They both are very supportive. They helped us alot especially Mr. Mahmoud.

At night there was a reception who neither answered the phone nor pay attention to request I had. I asked him to send me a room boy to help the luggages but after 20 minutes I called him again and did not answered and went down again and surprisingly the room boy said the reception did not tell him anything about my request. That reception at night was very very irresponsible.

As a frequent traveler this was definitely the worst hotel experience of my life: 1) they gave my room away even though I had a confirmed booking 2) Took 45 minutes at 11pm just to speak to reception. Super slow 3) Nothing in the room worked. Gave us 2 hair dryers both broken 4) Dirty hallways, run down rooms 5) They over sell breakfast and you can never find seats. They were always out of tables, clean plates, etc and were using disposable ones

Perhaps location! Closer to the airport.

1- Checked in step was very slow by under trainned staff at night while my children very tired from the flight trip. 2- Room cards weren't working and had to come down to the reception 3 times to get to our room. 3- The room was very smelly. 4- Nothing working in the room, locker broken, shower broken, dryer in the washing machine didn't work. 5- The worst thing ever was the electricity kept switching off in the middle night throughout our stay. We ended up socked in sweating. My 7 months baby ended up with high Temperature on last night. 6- Phoned reception team and asked several times to change our room and eventually changed the room on the last night of our stay. 7- No baby cot. We rang the reception 5 times asking to send it to us. Our baby kept crying as not able to sleep in a bigger bed. In overall, its worset experience ever that we had with a hotel. We've travelled around the world and never had such experience. Clearly, the hotel agenda is focused on a specific group of guests who come from a specific country as part of their investment plans. They are not interested in random guests/small families who are coming for short periods. Please don't send/reply with AI generated apologies similarly to your previous email communications.

The room was big and nice.

When we checked out, the receptionist took my phone and wrote the review himself. I did not get the opportunity to write my own honest review, so the review currently on Booking.com does not reflect my actual experience. Wanda Vista is a 5-star hotel, so I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not properly clean. I took several videos after we checked in, including videos showing a lot of dirt and dust underneath the bed. I also noticed that even after the room was cleaned, it was still not properly clean. I have videos and photos from our stay that can show the condition of the room. I wanted to mention these problems in my review, but I was not given the opportunity because the receptionist took my phone and wrote the review himself. The location and the hotel itself were nice, but the cleanliness was disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Special thanks to Okan, Selinay, Azra and Mehmet at the reception for being so friendly, helpful and professional. I would also like to thank Ibrahim from housekeeping for his great service and attention. They really made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved. It seemed mainly focused on Asian cuisine, with quite limited options for guests who prefer a more traditional European or continental breakfast. A wider variety would have made the stay even better.

Alles, airco werkt niet. Al het water stroomt door de kamer omdat er lekkage bij de douch is. Personeel neemt nooit op en geeft als reden ik werk alleen.

Its location is close to relatives house and Mall of Istanbul and super markets.

La literie est très confortable, le fait d'avoir des bouteilles d'eau tous les jours, le personnel du petit déj répondait rapidement aux demandes.

Pour le petit déjeuner, la salle n'est malheureusement pas assez grande par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel surtout lors de moments d'affluence ( entre 9h15 et 10h). Parfois il ne reste plus de pancakes ( si on arrive vers 9h45/ 10h) , plus de boissons. Alors que le petit dej est normalement servi jusqu' à 10h30. Sinon pour les chambres nous avions un souci d'odeur dans une des salle de bain, et malheureusement dans les 2 salles de bain, l'eau sortait de la douche lorsqu'on la prenait., on se retrouvait avec une salle de bain inondée.

الفندق جيد، ويصلح للعائلات خصوصا ان غرفة مجهزة وفرن كهربائي صغير مع غسالة ومكان الفندق اعتقد يجب ان يكون معك سيارة او تطلب تاكسي، المسبح الخارجي ليس كبير ، سمحو لي بتمديد وقت الخروج سعتين اضافيتين

كان مكتوب انه لديك فقط 2 عدد ماء باليوم والاضافي يجب دفع ، في البوفيه كان هنالك خدمة قلي البيض وعندما طلبت اومليت قالو لي هذه تكلفة اضافية

سرعة اجراءات الدخول ، لطافة الموظفين، موقع الشقق على الشارع الرئيسي وهذي ميزه للوصول الى المولات والاماكن السياحية بكل يسر وسهوله ، الشقة عباره عن غرفتين غرفة ماستر معها دوره مياة اكرمكم الله وغرفه سرير مفرد وجانبها دوره مياه وصاله ومطبخ لكن لايوجد فيه ادوات للطبخ ولا حتى ادوات بسيطة، الشقه مره جميله والتنظيف يومي ، الشقق تبعها مواقف للسيارات ، المصاعد مستحيل تصعد لشقتك او تنزل منها الا بالكرت تبع الشقه وهذي ميزة ممتازه الامان فيها عالي ..

كنت اتمنى وجود ادوات في المطبخ ، كان حجزي مشمول في الافطار نزلت مره واحده من وجهة نظري لابأس به ، لم يعجبني حراس الامن تبع المواقف ، لان المواقف مشتركة بين فندقين مواقف (-2 )تبع الفندق لذلك يسمح لك بالمرور من البوابه الاساسيه لكن بوابة الفندق يتاخر في السماح وقد تضطر للعوده لكن الحل الافضل تقف عند البوابه الرئيسية وتشير له بالكرت لكي يتعرف على نوع الفندق ويفتح لك جميع البوابات بدلا من الرجوع مره اخرى ، من وجهة نظري هذي سلبية في المواقف وكذلك من حراس الامن يفترض هذي مسئوليتهم هو من يتولى الامر والاطلاع قبل السماح

والله العظيم احد اسوء الفنادق التي سكنتها في حياتي كلها ان لم يكن الاسوء ولا يستحق الخمس النجوم حده ثلاث نجوم 1-تم وضعي في جناح مدخنين رغم وجود أطفال ورضيع معي ولم استطع الجلوس في الجناح من شدة الرائحة وذهبت لمجمع قريب في انتظار نقلي وذلك بعد مناوشات وعدة رسائل واتصالات وفترة انتظار طويلة جداً تم نقلي الى جناح غير المدخنين. 2-بعد دخولي لجناح غير المدخنين خرجت مع الاهل للتنزه وتناول العشاء عند عودتي تفاجأت بأن المكيف يقوم بتسريب كمية ضخمة من المياه وسبب تلف في بعض الأغراض وعند التحدث معهم ارسلوا فني الصيانة بعد وقت طويل وبدلاً من تغيير الجناح الى جناح آخر او اصلاح المكيف تفاجأت بأن الفني قام بوضع مؤقت على جميع المكيفات واستغفلني واخذ ريموت المكيف معه دون علمي لتنطفأ جميع المكيفات في الجناح اثناء نومنا وعند طلب الريموت وعدة اتصالات ونزول إلى الاستقبال ومناوشات أعادوا الريموت بعد تقريبا اكثر من 4 ساعات (جلست اربع ساعات بدون تكييف) 3- الشنط بعد تسجيل الدخول انتظرت تقريباً ساعتين ولم يصلوا واضطررت للنزول بنفسي لأخذها 4-المفرش الخاص بأحد الاسرة متسخ جداً وعند طلب تغييره اخذوا اكثر من ساعتين 5- احد المصاعد التكييف فيه معطل والوضع كان اشبه بالفرن داخله. 5-جميع الطلبات (سرير طفل رضيع ، فرشاة اسنان وغيره).

Le personnel de la réception L'homme à qui on a parlé à la reception est impoli Il nous a négligé au début et nous a laissé attendre alor que le monsieur ne fait rien On lui a demandé une cafeteria ou une terrasse ou un bar dans l'hotel il nous a dit que tout se ferme à 22h. Mais au check-out c'est l'autre visage de l'homme le plus gentil et sage pour nous demander de faire avec lui une bonne note à l'hotel sur booking

There is no way these are genuine positive reviews you see here.. dont be fooled by the nice words you hear about the place and the staff. I checked in around 11 pm, the place is old, not maintained and filthy. Again, nice lobby, terrible rooms. At 11 pm, they are definitely under staffed. I can see queue of people at the reception, many calls toward reception from guests rooms, there are only 2 people at the reception, and you can see how unhappy they are about serving clients. I waited in queue, people jumped queue at the reception, and the receptionist serviced them while I waited like an invisible man. I was very annoyed by the room status and their behaviour, I requested a cancellation and full refund, im not interested in staying in this place anymore, they said they cannot do that, I need to talk to booking.com or the reservation desk, which was by 11 pm, and opens only in the morning. The receptionist said, the only thing we can tell you is that we are sorry, but we cannot cancel your reservation, and refund you, so its up to you! What a brillian 5 stars hotel service and attitude. Whats more funny, is booking.com responded after 3 days of our stay, saying the hotel rejected our request, like daaa! The rooms are so dusty, they never mob the floors, we found hairs, finger nails, the air condition is running with no filters and are full of dust, the bathrooms are full of mold, they smell like sewage. The swimming pool has around 8 chairs, for a hotel that can host more than 1000 guest and the security at the hotel is useless + they only work in the morning, like threats happens during the day, and everyone is peacful at night

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed. The service was outstanding, every member of the staff was attentive, welcoming, and always available to help with a smile. (Special thanks to Taner) One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible wellness area. I especially loved the spa and hammam, and I really appreciated how many facilities the hotel offers. Having access to indoor and outdoor pools, a fully equipped gym, a hair salon, and such a complete spa experience made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Maalesef Wanda Vista Hotel İstanbul bizim için büyük bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Kesinlikle fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi bir otel değil. Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanlarının ilgisiz ve umursamaz tavırlarından hiç memnun kalmadık. Otele giriş yaptığımızda odamızda tek bir havlu bile yoktu. Defalarca arayıp istememize rağmen 4-5 SAAT boyunca havlu bekledik. Neredeyse 50 kere söylemek zorunda kaldık. Böyle bir otelde en temel ihtiyaçlardan biri olan havlu için saatlerce beklemek gerçekten kabul edilemez! Temizlik konusunda da ciddi sıkıntılar var. Oda düzgün temizlenmiyor, sadece yatak düzeltilip bırakılıyor. Çarşaflar değiştirilmiyor, havlular da her gün yenilenmiyor. Bu şartlarda buna “oda temizliği” demek gerçekten zor. Bir diğer büyük hayal kırıklığı ise havuzlar oldu. İnternetteki fotoğraflarla gerçekte gördüğümüz arasında maalesef ciddi fark var. Fotoğraflara bakarak çok daha farklı bir otel bekliyorsunuz. Bu fiyat ve bu seviyede olduğunu iddia eden bir otelden çok daha profesyonel bir hizmet beklerdik. Resepsiyon, temizlik ve genel hizmet kalitesinin kesinlikle gözden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Biz memnun kalmadık ve maalesef tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel değil.
