Very satisfied

Beach is nice and it is accesible and enough chairs, spa and hamam is very good, food is tasty and enough. Reception was amazing especially Ahmet and Onur, Beach bar is also amazing Ayberk prepared great drinks and also entertainment team was great especially Muslum. Price performance wise it is amazing and location is great. We stayed in Annex building which is close to the property and has it is own pool and slides.

The facilities are enough but might be better with game room and foods might be better to change the type regularly it feels like the food is similar everyday.

Sehr gute Lage, reichhaltiges Buffet, eigener Strandberech, und Wasserpark. Das Personal ist hilfreich und reiningt das Buffet sehr gut. Die Klimaanlage kühlt die Zimmer sehr gut.

Die Nachhaltigkeit der Unterkunft könnte besser sein. Überall lagen Plastikflaschen, Becher, und Halme herum. Daran sind auch die Gäste schuld, denn es ist nicht schwierig seinen eigen Müll wegzuwerfen.

Lucinda Beach offers good value for money (we took a promotion deal). Good animation team. Saturday pool party is amazing! Lunch and diner buffet is good, wide choice and variety. Breakfast is OK. The hotel is very popular with Russian tourists. Nice atmosphere, gorgeous beach area and beautiful garden.

No fresh fruit juice. Lobby bar closes at 23h00.

The hotel is located right on the beach. There are two nice pools, one of which has water slides. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pools and on the beach. There's a bar next to the main pool, while the other pool has a small café that serves delicious pizzas. The main restaurant is not bad. They occasionally host themed cuisine nights, giving guests the opportunity to try a variety of different dishes. The room we were given on the second day was excellent. It had two spacious rooms, great air conditioning, and a lovely view. In the evenings, there were always shows or live music. It could be a bit loud at times, but it didn't bother us. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and in good condition.

The room we were given on the first day was not good. It was on the top floor, and the hallway from the elevator to the room was very warm. The air conditioning definitely couldn't keep up with the heat in that area. The room had a very small balcony and a low, triangular-shaped ceiling/walls that looked like it would be easy for people to hit their heads on. The room also did not match what we had booked online. I asked to be moved to a different room, and the next day we were given a much better room on the first floor. There was no comparison—it was far superior to the first one. Another major concern was the safety at the water slides. The lifeguards allowed multiple children to go down the slides at the same time. Unfortunately, some of the children collided with each other on one of the slides and got hurt. This is a serious safety issue. The beach is very rocky; wear water shoes to avoid discomfort. There wasn't much food to choose from in the main restaurant.

Всё очень удобно расположено. Красивая территория. Удобно дойти и до ресторана, и до моря, и до бассейна с горками из основного корпуса. Персонал доброжелательный и общее впечатление осталось очень приятным. Хочется вернуться. Уютный отель, где можно замечательно провести время.

Еда без изысков, но тем не менее очень вкусная и всего хватало. Нас это не разочаровало, мы были настроены на это.

Отель понравился нам значительно больше, чем мы ожидали. Главное достоинство - прекрасный персонал. Здесь работает много местных сотрудников и ребят из стран СНГ, и все они действительно стараются. Особенно впечатлила работа команды ресторана: столы убирают и обслуживают гостей очень быстро. Питание кому-то может показаться немного однообразным, но нас всё устроило. Всегда были овощи, блюда турецкой кухни и хороший выбор другой еды. Почти каждый вечер готовили что-то интересное, например баранину. За десять дней питание нам не надоело. Отдельно хочется отметить команду аниматоров. Мы почти не участвовали в активностях, поскольку это не совсем наш формат, но было видно, что другим гостям очень нравится. Аниматоры постоянно старались вовлечь людей, проводили пенные вечеринки, конкурсы и музыкальные программы. Детям понравились водные горки, бассейны также хорошие. Пляж находится рядом, он достаточно ухоженный, а за отелем закреплены собственные лежаки, поэтому никаких проблем с местами не возникало. В целом остались очень довольны отдыхом.

Из минусов - громкая музыка, которая играет и днём, и примерно до 23:00. Тем, кто хочет отдыхать днём или ложиться спать раньше, это может сильно мешать. Лучше заранее просить номер с окнами на противоположную сторону. Мы именно так и сделали: персонал без проблем пошёл нам навстречу и переселил нас.

Відпочивали в цьому готелі й залишилися дуже задоволені. Персонал привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Територія доглянута, номери чисті, харчування різноманітне та смачне. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудове розташування та красивий пляж. Дякуємо всій команді готелю за чудовий відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз.

Єдиний мінус для нас - дуже велика кількість туристів з Росії.

Первое для меня главное это вечерняя программа, реально классная и разнообразная, т к в других отелях такого класса прям было печально... Плюс то что не было назойливых сотрудников, по типу аниматоров , массажистов или продавцов верхней одежды. Если хочешь делай, если нет никто не стоит над душой и не тошнит... Еда в принципе стандартная для таких отелей, единственное что могу выделить это не было запаха кухни, вообще! Что очень для меня важно. Были в конце мая, море чистое , лежаков всем хватало, проблем не было. Сауна и хамам комфортные и погреться можно и сразу в бассейн освежиться!

Главный минус этого отеля нет нормальных балконов чтобы развесить вещи или сложить надутые круги и матрасы и тп. Кроме этого наши окна выходили на соседний отель, и растояние между отелями было для каких-то работ, постоянный шум и грохот разгрузки мусора, бутылок и тп...

die Anlage ansich war sehr schön und gepflegt-auch der Strand war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Toiletten beim Restaurant und Pool waren ebenfalls immer gereinigt. Für Kinder war immer Unterhaltung und etwas zu tun. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war super und sie waren überaus hiflsbereit. Wenn man gerne unter Russen ist und gerne laute Musik hört ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen aber für Menschen die Ruhe suchen doch eher nicht.

Die Auswahl an Speisen und es sollte explizit darauf hingewiesen werden dass kein Schweinefleisch angeboten wird. Der Urlaub wäre eigentlich gut gewesen wenn nicht der unerträgliche Lärm durch Musik der bis 23Uhr ging durch das eigene Hotel wie auch durch umliegende Hotels gewesen wäre. Auch nach 23Uhr konnte man die Balkontüre nicht öffnen da die Generatoren auf dem Dach des gegenüberliegenden Hotels ein ohrenbetäubenden Lärm machten.

I was able to change the room when I reported real issues with the air conditioner. Icecream was good.

Not a good value for the money, kind of overpriced. Including food overall, I expected more from 5 stars.. I was forced to cut the previous bracelets issued in Armas Labada and Armas Gul Beach on the entrance to Lucida. And when I was leaving, my bracelet was cut too. That has never been the case in Armas hotels I have stated in: no bracelet cuts. And not only in Armas, also in Sealife, Hydros. Music outside was extremely loud till 23:20, with a fully closed balcony door. I had to wait until completion to be able to sleep.

Breakfast was ok. There was there one employee young male who went above and beyond in service. Always smiling and willing to assist.

Я бронировала 3 номера, Нам дали 2 угловую, 1 на первом этаже, там канализацией очень сильно воняло, хотя когда я бронировала через букинг, номер был вид на горы и большой по квадратуре😔, номере уборку делали, но постель и полотецы не меняли вообще, халатов не было,мы были там 4 дня, в баре бармены очень грубые, в ресторане одно и тоже еда каждый день, ничего не менялась! В общем на 5 звезды ультра все включено вообще не тянет, могу дать 4 звезды 😔

Öncelikle konumu ve plajı inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve seçenekler boldu. Şezlonglar minderli ve konforluydu. Çevre temizliği ve bahçe bakımı oldukça iyiydi. Eğlence anlamında spor ve aktiviteler günün her saati mevcuttu. Bu anlamda sıkılmanız mümkün değil. Personel çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Gelemek isteyenlere gerçekten Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldi. Ben eşimle birlikte gittim ama çocuklu ailelerin de inanılmaz rahat edeceği bir otel.

Misafir kapasitesi oldukça yüksek bir otel, bu yüzden restoran alanı biraz dana genişletilebilir.

A very convenient hotel for solo travelers: close to public transportation for trips to the ancient site of Phaselis, the Lycian Way, and other attractions. The hotel is also located on the seashore, where you can snorkel and dive from the piers. The hotel is clean and cozy, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly.

Очень понравился номер, большой, чистый. Все, что требовалось для ванных процедур - было в достатке. Шоу программа была отличная. Веселая. Бассейн чистый, хороший. Лежаков полно.

Грязный хамам, общий для мужчин и женщин. Неприветливая девушка в хамаме. Затхлый воздух в хамаме. Также некоторые бармены были супер злые. Был случай, когда парень по нашей просьбе отложить картошку фри (много наложил в порцию) - взял ее голыми руками и кинул обратно в общую картошку. Высокий такой, глаза на выкате. Злой. Все вречатклкгие испортил. Даже не извинился. Сказал: руки чистые, хотя все были в перчатках. Также дискотека в подвале - лучше не проводить. Там все ужасно старое.

Everything was exceptional. This was our first time in All inclusive and we were super impressed with the concept. Food and drinks were available almost non-stop. On the first day, we couldn't resist, we had like 5-6 meals on that day. The following days we went back to normal. The food variety was great. Not just the restaurant, but there were other food stations, such as burgers, pizza, kebab. It was insane. Our room was in the hotel anex building. The anex building is located across the street from the main building, and the water slides are located next to it. It was really convenient for the kids who just stayed there during the operating hours (10-12 and 14-16). The rest of the activities were in the main complex. Part of it is another big pool and also beach access. We enjoyed the beach very much. Even though it was early October, the beach was full, not a single beach lounge available. Then we figured out it was easy to find a space by the pool and just walk to the beach for a swim. Only 2min walk. The room was clean and beds really comfortable. Kids room was a bit small, but good enough for them. Our room even bigger, we actually had an extra bed and extra space. As such we were really happy with the room. Special mention and big thank you to the entertainment team. They put so much effort to keep everyone entertained and happy. We really enjoyed evening sessions, a lot of music and dancing, staying till 11pm every night. Even our 8 years old daughter was staying till late and enjoyed playing with her new friends or dancing with us. In saying so, daytime sessions were also great. Let me just mention Octoberfest!

Nothing to complain about

Чудове розташування,безкоштовний wi fi ,ввічливий персонал,широкий вибір страв.Наявність смачного морозива.Чудова дуже зелена та доглянута територія готелю та пляжу.Цікава анімація.Рекомендую цей готель для відпочинку.

The room was quite alright, freshly renovated and clean. It was nice to get a beach towel. The food was mostly okey. Nice to get a variety of salads, much watermelon and other fruits. And the deserts were of many kinds and very good. The beach is close and rather nice. Wi-fi reception was fine even on the beach.

The worst is a very loud music every day up to 23:00. Very disturbing for early sleepers or families with small children. The food was okey for vegetarians, but the meat dishes were scares and not good. Not a big deal in summer time, though :)

This is my second experience with Lucida Beach Hotel. My first visit was 9 years ago and I was very satisfied with everything. Now I was looking forward to visiting it again and I am absolutely happy with my days spent in the Lucida Beach hotel. Strongly recommend to everyone to visit this wonderful place 💙💙💙💙💙

Food was delicious. Location was perfect. Staff all polite & helpful. Cleanliness of the room could have been better.

We had a great vacation. My wife and I both rested and admired the perfectly arranged environment. The staff performed their duties flawlessly. The young boys did their job professionally. I especially want to mention the barmen AYBERK, who not only shared drinks, but also a good mood. The hotel cleaners kept the hotel clean all the time. There were no such things.

Lucida Beach Hotel has some strong points, but also a few drawbacks. The food was generally good, and having a private beach was convenient. The slides were enjoyable, especially for kids.

However, the entertainment team wasn’t very engaging, and the view from the room was disappointing. Communication was also an issue, as most of the staff spoke only Russian, which made it difficult to interact if you don’t speak the language. Overall, a mixed experience.

Beach front, lush green grounds, rooms are fine, clean for the most part. Buffet is good, everything was tasty.

It seems that the resort was understaffed for the amount of people in the resort. Buffet runs out of plates, bowls. We had to wait to find a table as there were no staff to clean them. The staff working tried their best, even bosses stepped in. Washrooms by the poll and restaurants were not very clean.

Not much.Just the sea was beatiful and walking distance from the hotel.

Overall we had a very bad experience.The food quality was terrible. The hotel is run down and needs a major renovations.Water in the shower didn't drain, was flooding all the bathroom. Room was dirty and never been clean during the stay,they only emptied the rubish bin and occaional fresh towels, however many times they just hung dirty towels from the floor on the balcony. We had to mop the floor ourselves. Had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. We ate at restaurants outside the hotel many times as the included food was terrible.

The sea was so so clean. You could easily see through 5-10 meters. Great space of the resort. Intimate, green, close to the beach. The rooms are just enough, comfortable but not more than that (and not needed). Animators are nice and that’s evident they really love their job lol. The range of food at each meal - breakfast/lunch/dinner was extensive, and it seems like hosts pay attention to what guests pick and adjust accordingly. The menu may be more suited to ex-USSR taste. For instance, there was buckwheat, but you won’t find any burgers whatsoever. I personally really liked their fresh bread and grapes with watermelon. One thing I would add is yogurt / greek yogurt / kefir, though ayran provides a decent alternative. Other hotels own beach volley courts. The way it is, people from various hotels are welcome to join in assuming everyone from that hotel gets to play. Hotels own volley balls but better BYOB (bring your own ball) if you intend to play. The level can be surprisingly good for a resort sometimes. Cats everywhere is definitely a plus.

The descend into the sea is through small stones (for all hotels around). That was becoming a bit annoying, maybe put some big stones there? The hotel has a volleyball net on premises, but it would be much better to have it on the beach. Maybe they don’t want people from other hotels to join, but the way it is, it was hard for them to get enough people to play anyway. Some people complain about $10 per device for wifi. It could indeed be free, given it’s a fraction of the cost. Some say the depth of the room service depends on whether you leave a small tip for the maid. I have no opinion. Some people (with kids mostly) complain about roosters 🐓 singing in the mornings. It’s true the hotel hosts some hens and roosters. It’s not a bug, it’s a feature.

On arrival at the hotel I was greeted kindly at the reception. The helpful and friendly team explained the hotel's facilities in detail. Another thing that greeted me when I arrived at the hotel was the smell of cleanliness and perfume. Our room was a spacious and comfortable room, very well decorated. We joined quickly so as not to miss the pool entertainment. Like the other guests, we had a lot of fun. Apart from the main meal times, there are alternatives such as snack restaurant and patisserie. You should definitely try the hamburger, you will appreciate it. While the children were having fun at the Aqua Park, my wife and I enjoyed cocktails at the Pool Bar. Maybe we had very little time, but we were very happy every second of it, we can't wait to come back to this hotel.

We liked the hotel - it has nice and green territory, beach is quite big. Food in the main restaurant was well cooked and tasty. We were often in the beach bar as well where they served burgers, kebabs and Turkish pastries. Room was ok, maybe a little bit “tired” but still clean.

It’s noisy at night - either it’s disco of the hotel itself or even if you leave in annex building it will be disco of the other hotel. So if you want to go sleeping before midnight, most probably you won’t make it.

Great place for the price. Beautiful and humble resort with an amazing staff and fantastic kitchen and animation team. Everything is very convinient. Short distance to the sea, foodcourt, snack bar and swimming pool. Very impressed with turkish culture and service. Staff was very respectful and helpful. Cleanliness was amazing so is the room service everyday. Special thank you to Natalia at the reception for giving us a great welcome and guidance. Big thank you to Junior and his animation team for making every night so much fun. Nice family oriented place to have a good time and to enjoy the beach with fantastic view on the mountains. Nice sauna and hamam. Definitely recommend. Two things to improve : this resort needs a better gym equipment, and hopefully free wifi. But non the less it was an amazing stay. Thanks Lucida beach. We will be back

I didn’t like the fact there may there was cats inside the restaurante especially with people eating, the food wasant nice aswell: plates and cutlery were not washed and cleaned properly: there was a pillow inside the wardrobe of our room that was dirty and yellow the
