Reviewed May 24, 2026Отличный персонал. Уютная, большая территория. Очень ухоженная. Много красивых цветов и деревьев. Вкусная и разнообразная еда с 7.00 и до 23.00. Кофе 24/7, есть Starbucks. Организован досуг как для взрослых, так и для детей. Территория, номера вовремя убирают. Очень чисто. Впечатления самые лучшие!

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Мы постоянные гости этого отеля, более 15 лет. Как обычно, нравится территория, инфраструктура, питание. Это на отлично.
Отмена привелегий для постоянных гостей. Грубый и неприветливый старший менеджер на ресепшен Рашид. Такие люди не должны работать в сфере обслуживания. Он открыто дал понять, что ему плевать на постоянных гостей, "тут таких пол отеля". В день отъезда отказывал в платном позднем выезде, хотя для этого не было никаких причин. Все наши приезды ранее поздний выезд вообще был бесплатным для постоянных гостей. В целом очень печально, что менеджмент отеля обесценил приверженность гостей к выбору данного отеля. Скорее всего придётся отказаться от поездок в наш любимый отель именно по этой причине.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2024The location and the gardens and the zoning within the hotel was fantastic. The staff was wonderful and helpful, apart the 2 people we encountered who were quite unpleasant.
Very poor breakfasts, this was the only big downside of our stay, even porridge was made with milk which we dont tolerate and overall was a huge variety of inedible things for us. No decaf coffee was also a disappointment. The noise from wifi router as reception explained, outside our room was very annoying as we are light sleepers and the aircon in the room was very old and working weirdly.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2024Cleaning was good in the room everyday. Very polite and professional staff at the reception. Excellent food and drinks, plenty of options. Staff in the restaurants and bars were warm and hardworking. Nice beach with beautiful sea, perfect for swimming.

Reviewed May 18, 2023Very nice green area, with little houses, quiet most of the day. Enjoyed long meals at terrace with a stunning sea view. Nice access to the beach, clean sea. The sea was good to swim in early May, though the temperature was a bit cool, especially during the nights.
The staff could be a little less intrusive offering services ). When planning the excursion, count with long picking up time when travelling from Kemer to Antalya and further ie Pamukkale
