Got variety of foods can choose even non-halal food. But the hotel breakfast become very lousy compared with last year i stay, top up very slow and food variety become very less.

The hotel uses google nest and its great if one is used to modern conveniences. I paid for the hotel's inhouse massage. Fantastic service.
Noisy! The hotel room was at the lower floor and it faced the restaurants and the main road. Loud revving of the motorcycle engines plus chattering from the diners were constant. You thought wrong if it would be peaceful after the restaurants' closing time as you are then assailed by noises from closing activities. Things quieted down after 3am.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025Everyone are friendly! From receptionist, doorman and everyone we bump into greeted us. Room is clean, TV channel are in HD.. Aircon was not cold, informed the receptionist, she immediately phoned the engineer to fixed it excellent!
The breakfast is kinda bad though. Spotted a few roaches prowling at coffee machine. Food are not cold (8am indonesia time)

The staff were just ok, elevators are absolutely terrible, the breakfast arrangement is just ok, there is no pool. But, compared to other hotels in the area, faveHotel was my least favorite.

My issue was the housekeeping was very poor..requested to clean my room on th 2nd day but despite informing them 3 times still not clean at all..until i call the manager personally then manage to clean my room and i have to wait at lobby. Please inform your staff to be more attentive to guest requirement..overall its a plesant stay. Thank you. Need improvement though
