I request for trash bin plastic bag its need to request many times. The staff dont give me the correct number of trash bin plastic bag everytime I request.

We love it here — the location is GREAT! Right in the middle of Batam Center, and even going to K Square doesn’t feel far. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the taste was fine too. Overall, we’d definitely come back and stay here again!

Our room was a Family Deluxe, which was spacious and okay but could use a few repairs (dry string in the toilet, bathtub closure, and the switch between shower and bath).

The water from the bidget spray is too strong. Till it wets the whole floor. It's not a complaint just a feedback though.

Was expecting a swimming pool ready.

We went booking room with Queen bed hoping there will be a bath tub however during check in confirmed that there is no bath tub yet, the staff give free upgrade to single deluxe room (ofc with bathtub) for free! The service is all tiptop. Love! The breakfast? Magnificent!

The location is excellent, close to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and provided a good night's rest. There is a small café just outside the hotel, which was a nice alternative to the usual Starbucks options. A convenience store is located directly across the street, making it easy to pick up essentials at any time.

The soundproofing could be better. Despite staying on a higher floor, I could still hear people talking in the corridor as well as traffic noise from outside. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. It would switch from hot to cold every few seconds (literally every 2 seconds), which was uncomfortable and could potentially be unsafe as the hot water occasionally became very hot. The breakfast spread was fairly average. Some items could be improved, such as the milk for cereal being served warm and the scrambled eggs being quite runny. No notice for pool renovation work.

We stayed in the apartment suite. But it only has one lift working during peak operation hours (10:30am) due to maintenance. It was working during 9am, but for some reason closed for maintenance. We stayed at 11th floor, took us 30min to get to lobby. Poor management team

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, and the amenities were all in good working condition. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy throughout my stay.

One small downside was that the wifi and aircon options were somewhat limited, and the service during peak hours could be a bit slow. However, this did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The staffs are friendly and always serve a big smile on their face who brightens up my day.

The lobby is quite hot without any aircon, luckily there wasnt a long queue for check in and check out. The 24 hours massage only allowed 2 pax during night time.

Location is great, staff were super friendly. Tiva at the reception was very accommodating, room service staff super efficient and friendly.

Interior is very dated, water dispenser not working well, poor sound proofing. We can heat the traffic outside clearly and neighbours upstairs. Water pressure was very poor, bath tub can’t be used properly

The beds were nice to sleep, firm type. We also like the stay that we could have with our family. Rooms in general were clean and we are also able to cook if we would like to.

The service was slow when we requested extra pillows, we went out and come back, pillows were not there and we waited for more than 45mins after calling up again. They mentioned we put "Do not Disturb" sign outside the door, but they could have leave a slip under our door to inform us about it.

Food is disappointing. Food is pleted and not replenished. Thr stangard has,dropped much since my last visit last November. Asked for paranadol but hotel does not have first aid box to help.

The hotel itself is already 1 of the best in Batam but the thing that made a difference are the staffs. Always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I want to highlight some names, from front desk - Weny, Iffa, Dita, Indra and of course many others (sorry I don't remember their names). From belldesk Indra, Derry. Also theres 1 who always helped me, he has a long Indonesian name, so sorry I can't remember 🙏 actually all the bellmen are helpful. Wah come to think of it, actually all the staffs at your hotel are always ready to help, friendly and always smile. Thank you to the securities also.

The staff at Basil restaurant are very accommodating and consistently display friendliness in their service. Their welcoming attitude creates a pleasant dining experience for guests and reflects well on the restaurant’s hospitality standards.

It has been observed that a cockroach was found in the room, which highlights the need to further improve cleaning standards. In addition, hand towels were not replaced as expected.

We selected the apartment for our 4d3n stay, however the room did not seem to be well maintained. The air con in the living hall was not cold, the fridge was not functioning properly as it was not cold and had a foul smell. The lift was quite slow, especially during peak hours. Additionally the swimming pool felt small for a hotel of that size, some parts of the pool floor appeared slightly popped.

The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and met our expectations, with a wide variety of food and drinks.

We checked in on Christmas Day and waited almost two hours for the room to be ready. There were insufficient passenger lifts, which were shared with maintenance, housekeeping, and bell services, making the experience unpleasant. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment, but amenities were provided for only two people. Dish soap was not available in the kitchen, and an iron was not provided and had to be requested.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Driver Abdul was very attentive to our needs. Help us with our baggage and sent us to the ferry terminal.

Breakfast spread wasn't up to standard (taste wise) and there was a live band downstairs. Session ended at 10pm. I brought my 16 month toddler and it was so difficult for her to sleep. I was at the 6th floor and wasn't even facing the restaurant but it was so loud. Lift was slightly slow. Location was near the road so I could hear motorcycles even after 1am.

My first time staying at Aston Hotel and residence.And i,m really surprised with the staff Sefi,she really did a good service.And i did extend my room for another day!Staff Sefi friendly,professional and she knows how to attract us as a tourist..Well done Sefi.Defenitely will be back again!!Overall we did enjoy our stay.

We have frequented Astons countless times, and today We decided to write this review for several reasons. Great Hotel Overall Location: Very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. Rooms: Spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast: Good, with a nice variety of choices. The jamu is a definite plus point. Facilities: Nothing much to complain about, although the lift lobby can be slow during peak hours. This time, we decided to try the Aston Spa at Level 10, as most of us were exhausted from walking and shopping. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very poor experience and is something that could seriously tarnish the Aston brand. A few of us took turns trying the spa, and every one of us was disappointed. The “massage” felt more like light tingling and was not a proper massage at all. Oil was applied, but there were no real massage strokes or techniques, giving the impression that the therapist lacked experience. The therapist kept talking and repeatedly pushed add-on services during the session, which was very irritating and unprofessional. The worst part was being asked for a tip at the end (Rp100,000), Tipping itself is not an issue, but being asked especially after such poor service left a very bad impression. ( therapist was an abit older among the rest with shoulder-length hair). We gave the tip to few of them to avoid spoiling our holiday. Overall, Aston remains an excellent hotel that we truly enjoy staying at. However, the spa experience urgently needs improvement, as it does not reflect the quality and standards we associate with Aston.

The counter staff was friendly & even offer solutions. We had waited for Almost 3 hrs before we could check in & they offer us a room first to rest while we wait for our 3 bedroom apartment
