Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Geräumige Zimmer, großes Bad, leckeres türkisches Frühstück. Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Man kann vom Frühstücksbereich auch einige Ballons fahren sehen. Gerne wieder!

Staff gentilissimo e posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal castello di uchisar. L'hotel è molto carino e ben curato, si trova in una via tranquilla con vicino tutti i servizi, minimarket, ristoranti, castello di uchisar e negozio per noleggio moto/quad. La stanza era molto grande e suggestiva, con le pareti di roccia. Letto comodo e spazioso. Anche il bagno era molto grande e pulito. In generale la pulizia dell'hotel era eccezionale, nulla da dire. Colazione turca molto abbondante e deliziosa da mangiare sul bellissimo terrazzo con vista sul castello di Uchisar. Super consigliato!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ahiyan Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. In nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen ŞOK-Supermarkt, in dem man Getränke, Snacks und viele andere Dinge zu günstigen Preisen kaufen kann – sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Wir können das Ahiyan Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Everything was perfect at Ahiyan Hotel. They gave us a lovely, home like treatment. Fatma is a wonderful professional who was always making sure everything was fine. To top it all off, the hotel manager gave us an amazing private tour. 10-star service. Highly recommended!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet établissement. L’accueil est hyper chaleureux et familial, le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons réservé la majorité de nos excursions grâce aux conseils de la réceptionniste Fatma, qui est très réactive sur WhatsApp, ce qui facilite énormément les échanges et les réservations. Le personnel du service petit-déjeuner était également au top et nous avons très bien mangé. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé (magasin à proximité, restaurants et château pas très loin, l’emplacement est vraiment pratique) Je recommande fortement !

Rien à redire, tout était nickel. J’ai passé un très bon séjour. PS : Juste pour ceux qui aiment les petits-déjeuners sucrés, sachez qu’il s’agit principalement d’un petit-déjeuner salé, donc pas de céréales, etc. En revanche, tout est fait maison.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything was excellent. We would especially like to thank Fatma, the administrator, who was very attentive and friendly. She helped us organize our leisure activities and gave great recommendations. Many thanks as well to Noman for the delicious breakfasts — everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et accueillant. Fatma nous a beaucoup aidés. C'est un joli bâtiment. La chambre est confortable avec un grand lit, et le bain à remou est très agréable après une longue journée de marche. L'hôtel se situe dans un quartier plutôt calme à une dizaine de minutes de marche du château d'Uchisar. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le jeune homme qui faisait le service était aux petits soins.

Le ciel de douche et la poire de douche sont un peu abimés (sûrement à cause de la force de la pression de l'eau) et ça fuit donc un peu dans tous les sens quand on veut se doucher. Par rapport aux autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné dans la région, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité / prix un peu moins intéressant.

По просьбе, дали питьевой воды, распечатали нам необходимые документы. Завтрак порционный, но по просьбе, могут что-то добавить ,если не наелись. Персонал приветливый. Советую этот отель, до Гореме 10 минут на машине.

Le bruit, le bruit Aucune insonorisation.( Les escaliers, les portes et les gens dans les étages. ) Vous savez que vous êtes pas seul. Même les chiens de rue qui aboient toute la nuit Impossible de dormir. Parking dans la rue. Le prix A éviter. Beaucoup d'hôtels dans la même ville Beaucoup moins cher et mieux situés. Les photos des chambres sont trompeuses pas de baignoire dans nos 2 chambres

Ho apprezzato molto la struttura, la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff (specialmente del manager e della receptionist, con un sorriso smagliante). La camera era fresca, accogliente e spaziosa, e la posizione dell'hotel è eccellente per chi apprezza la calma e un rapido accesso a negozi, bus e taxi, oltre a essere a pochi minuti dal Castello di Uçhisar.

Habitaciones excepcionales, calidad, buen servicio, amabilidad, información de visitas, lugares para comer, buen desayuno y fácil de desplazarse a lugares que visitar.

Ik verbleef één nacht met mijn gezin in een familiekamer van Ahiyan Hotel. De kamer was schoon, netjes en zeer comfortabel. Het hotel ligt heel centraal in Uçhisar, op loopafstand van het kasteel en het centrum, maar toch in een rustige omgeving. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid, en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook al was ons verblijf kort, we hebben er erg van genoten. Zeker een aanrader!

Läget var perfekt, var bara en kort promenad till Uchisar slott och väldigt lugnt område. Ägaren var supertrevlig och gav oss massor av tips på saker att upptäcka. Rummet var jättefräscht och fint. Frukosten var den bästa hotellfrukost vi någonsin haft och utsikten vid uteserveringen var grym. Ali som serverade frukosten var också fantastisk! Om vi åker till Cappadocia igen så bor vi här igen

Location, room design and the facilities were amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was pleasing to the eyes. Upon arrival, the staff was very helpful and cordial. The staff at breakfast (Ali in particular) went the extra mile to meet our needs

This property is located in a very quiet part of Uchisar which is one of the quieter towns in Cappadocia, making it very relaxing. It is a short walk into town and the hotel strip near the castle which leads straight into the valley (for hiking/hot air balloons/horse riding) and a short drive (we got the bus) to the neighbouring towns. The area feels very safe. Staff were very friendly and washed our clothes for us. We loved the big breakfast spread and were given all the extras we asked for.

Staff were a bit unsure about the bus information however we were able to figure it out with some digging in Google.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us great advice on how to explore Cappadocia. Thanks to their tips, we were able to make the most of our trip. Highly recommended!

Ahiyan Hotel is a wonderful place to stay. First, it is easy to drive to and parking is right up front. Then the greeting we received was lovely. The area was explained to us and options were presented for things to do. The room itself was extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect firmness. The shower was excellent- big pet peeve of my husband- his favorite shower of our one month trip to Turkey. Most of all the people who run the hotel are exceptional and go out of their way to make you feel at home. One morning we took an early morning pre-breakfast hike. We thought we would be back in plenty of time but as things go on hikes we arrived back 1/2 hour after breakfast was over. No problem- they said they were waiting for us and made us breakfast anyway. How kind !

Me and my family spent 2 nights in family suite and left completely satisfied. The hotel is great value if you're planning to visit Cappadocia and stay in Uchisar. It's 5 mins walk to Uchisar Castle and all the shops and restaurants of the old town. Rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds, and staff is friendly and happy to help.

Parking could be challenging - there is free parking on the street and street is wide enough to park a car, but I assume during high season it would be harder to find a spot.

Excellent stay, no problem at all to arrive in the middle of the night. The mattresses are very good and the rooms and bathrooms spacious. We liked the fact that breakfast is served at the table and not a buffet. Thanks Fatma and Mehmet for making our stay memorable!

New hotel, spacious room with great windows. Felt very comfortable for 4 nights stay. Perfectly situated where neighborhood part of Uchisar begins but in close walking distance to Uchisar Castle and tourist places. Friendly reception.

Breakfast starts at 8am but was often late and slow. The serving staff is not visible from breakfast room so the guest does not know what is going on. One day we were told that they could not get fresh bread from bakery in time.

The staff the receptionist was great, friendly and helpful.

The location felt a bit too far from places to explore

We had a lovely 5 day-stay in Ahiyan hotel. Great location to visit nearby sites. All the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. For breakfast, they changed the menu a little daily to give it a variety. Thank you, Ahiyan, for great stay.

Ww were greeted by Fatima who was lovely. We were shown to our room and delighted. What a beautiful, well furnished, cosy and spacious room. Lovely bathroom. Views so pretty.

Well-sized room with whirlpool inside and outside. Hotel staff welcomed us warmly.

Our laundry was returned wet and several clothes turned out to be washed wrongly. This was no professional laundry service.

The hotel and our room were spotless. The bed was large and very comfortable. The pillows were also great. It was situated in a pretty quiet area which may be a plus depending on what you are looking for. As this was the second stop in our trip and followed an intense five days so the more relaxed setting was greatly welcomed. The location was also very good with it being a short walk to a mini supermarket (with 90% of everything you would need) as well as a short walk to the central square where you can find a myriad or places to explore, shop or eat. The Uchisar Castle is a very short walk away and will give you an excellent viewing position to see the hot air balloons in the morning. The breakfast they offered was nice and plentiful. The staff were very pleasant and were willing to help whenever needed.

There were a few things that could have made our stay better. The main shower head in our bathroom was slightly clogged which meant that the water was spurting in all different directions and unevenly, so we didn't use it. It likely needed a good scrub. However the shower wand worked very well and the water pressure was fantastic so it didn't inconvenience us much. The wifi was a little temperamental which forced me to make used of my own mobile data at times. The TV was quite sluggish and also struggled to maintain a connection to the wifi so I was at times forced to use my own iPad. The A/C remote also seemed to be temperamental which meant we had to keep the A/C it at undesired temperatures some of the time. There wasn't always somebody at the main reception desk which meant that we had to wait to catch somebody to get in person assistance. This coupled with their requirement to leave your room key on the desk (they do not use a key card system) when you want your room cleaned was not something we felt comfortable doing and so chose not to. *Please bear in mind that this stay followed an exceptional (slightly more pricey) stay in Istanbul which might have warped my expectations and affected this review.

Very nice boutique hotel, decorated with good taste, big room and bathroom. Small and cozy courtyard. Location of the hotel is on a quiet street, literally 5 min walking distance of Uchisar Castle. Terrace of the hotel (where the breakfast is served) is overlooking the castle and the valley where the hot air balloons are launched every morning! Big thanks to Mehmet, the manager of the hotel which booked for us the hot air balloon flight, for all his kind advice on where to go and what to see! Thank you Mehmet and all the staff for making our stay memorable! Will definitely return!

Friendly staff, great customer service. The owner is very friendly and responsive, knowledgeable of the area and we felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. He arranged for all our rides upon request which was very convenient.

Just one thing, though not a deal breaker, wish there was an A/C or a fan in the second bedroom.

The room was lovely with stone walls, cozy bed, nice seating options both in the room and on the nice 3rd floor terrace. The staff was helpful with booking ATV tour, airport transfer, and more. The breakfast was plentiful but I just hated wasting because we couldn’t possibly eat it all. It was only 5 minutes walk to the center of Uçhisar and a few more to the castle which is a great place for sunset and to see the morning balloons. It was easy to take a public bus between Uchisar and Göreme. We also hiked pigeon and love valleys starting from Uchisar.

I wish we could order breakfast items or select buffet style so we didn’t waste so much. But everything else was perfect!

A wonderful place all round. Room was huge, spotlessly clean and is almost brand new. Looks and feels like a luxury hotel room. Breakfast was excellent and all the team are helpful and kind.

We stumbled upon this gem while looking for a private hot tub. We booked their exclusive room that came with a proper Jacuzzi indoor as well as another one outdoor. The room itself was wonderful with very comfy beds, clean spacious sitting space, television with easy connectivity to mobile and a massive rain shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was delish. We were served a while selection of cheese platter, eggs, veggies, dips and sauces and hot beverages. The view from the breakfast room was awesome overlooking the Uchisar Castle and the balloons in a distance of you manage to wake up at sunrise.

We had a beautiful time in Capadocia, and a big reason for that was our amazing stay in Ahiyan Hotel. The hotel is small and private, and its calm vibe matches with Uchisar's peaceful character. Our room was large and comfortable and it made me want to skip the adventure and sleep a few more hours. Also the breakfast was fantastic, everything fresh and made in the moment. Special thanks to Fatma in reception for helping us orientate around Capadocia 🙂 Looking forward to visit this place again in the future, I totally recommend it!

Property is very good. Staff are very helpful and kind. Property owner and manager were very welcoming and helpful. They have helped with tour setup for us. Rooms are very spacious and clean.

This new hotel is very conveniently located in a quiet street. Breakfasts are splendid. The room was spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. The staff is very helpful. Parking is easy. I would certainly like to come back.

Odamız Uçhisar Kalesine bakıyordu. Oradan sabahları balonların uçuşunu izleyebiliyorduk ya da terasa çıkıp izleyebilirsiniz. Elektirkli şömine ve ısıtıcısı vardı şöminenin gayet güzeldi. Yatak tertemizdi, dolap genişti. Mini bar olması gerektiği gibiydi. Banyoda gayet güzeldi sadece ara sıra bir koku geliyordu gider kokusu onun dışında her şey dört dörtlüktü. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff and very clean. Rooms are spacious and modern and breakfast fresh and delicious.

Location was close to attractions, but a little in the suburbs.

1. Breakfast has been probably one of the best perks of my stay. Amazing view, delicious food, and so flexible! I could ask for more of something, less of something else.. 2.
