Harem Suites Cappadocia

Das Hotel befindet sich an einem ausserordentlichen Ort (Uichisar), mitten in den berühmten Steinsäulen, die auch teilweise begehbar sind. Dieses Hotel bietet ein sehr gutes Frühstück an. Diverse Hotels für Lunch und das Abendessen sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal: sehr freundlich und auch in aussergewöhnlichen Situationen absolut hilfsbereit. Tücher, Getränke wie Kaffee und Tee (Kaffee- und Teemaschine vorhanden) sowie Wasser werden jeweils sofort wieder bereitgestellt. Unser "Stein-Zimmer" zuoberst verfügte über einen riesigen Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit einzigartigem, unverbauten Blick über die einmalige Landschaft. Insbesondere mit der Beleuchtung abends ein unvergesslicher Traum. Um diese Szenerie erfassen zu können, muss Mann und Frau sie mit eigenen Augen sehen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Auch bei längerem Suchen nach Negativem haben wir nichts gefunden.

Harem Suites is perfectly located for a trip to Cappadocia as Uçhisar is in the middle of the region and on a hill so the views are excellent from the Harem Suites.

The service was exceptional. The location was great. The view from the hotel is amazing. Definitely recommend the activities suggested by the hotel staff. It was very clean.

In general, it was great. The only issue is that the city is hilly; if you don't like hills, keep that in mind.

Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war wunderschön, sehr gutes Frühstück mit extrem breiter Auswahl. Kurzer Weg zur Burg. Hotel insgesamt war schick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Das Bett war extrem laut und bei jeder Bewegung hörbar. In der Nacht sind wir durch die Geräusche wach geworden. Das WLAN im Hotelzimmer war schlecht. Das Personal war höflich, aber unaufmerksam und schlecht informiert bzgl. Aktivität und öffentlichem Nahverkehr. Wir haben es am Ende gar nicht mehr gefragt.

Wonderful stay, exceptional service We had a fantastic stay at this hotel from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the overall atmosphere made for a really relaxing visit. A special mention goes to Mert at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay easier. He was attentive, and incredibly helpful with everything we needed from answering questions to sorting out a few requests quickly and with a genuine smile.

It was one of the prettiest hotels I ever been too. Our room was really special and felt absolutely magical. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the view from the hotel was the best in the village.

Some minor details would need a fix, but I can be picky with that.

Hanno insistito per organizzare il volo con le mongolfiere all'alba. Il servizio fornito da Istanbul baloon, loro fornitore, è stato pagato 240 euro a persona, molto superiore al prezzo di mercato che non supera 200 euro a persona, e non era all'alba. Quindi voto 0 al servizio, anche se consiglio comunque il volo in mongolfiera

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war immer für uns da und hat sogar am Geburtstag meines Freundes Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Zimmer sind besonders. Es fühlt sich an wie eine Zeitreise. In jedem Eck sind schöne Details zu finden. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet eine tolle Aussicht und Nähe zu allen Aktivitäten.

Очень уютное и тихое место, невероятные виды с террасы, приветливый и заботливый reception, готовый всегда ответить на наши вопросы, поделиться советом, порекомендовать интересные места. Опыт жизни в пещере очень необычный! Весь отель выглядит стильно и красиво.

Прекрасный изысканный завтрак больше подходит взрослым, а для детей опций совсем немного, буквально несколько простых позиций порадовали бы и маленьких путешественников. Завтраки изо дня в день практически одинаковые, горячие позиции в небольшом количестве. Вода в неограниченном количестве, но в один из номеров ее не всегда приносили, хотя можно было без проблем получить воду на reception. Аналогично с гелями для душа, их не всегда возобновляли, но все вопросы всегда решались отзывчивыми сотрудниками reception. Хочется отдельно и еще раз их поблагодарить.

Emplacement incroyable, nous avons été accommodés par la chambre présidentielle( avec piscine et lit King pour des rois), chambre exécutive( avec Jacuzzi extérieur) et chambre King( jacuzzi intérieur). Le personnel est très accueillant, Mr Mert, Mr Mehmet et Mr Youness sont vraiment très gentils. Aussi le personnel de la terrasse à manger sont vraiment serviables.

The hotel staff was very helpful and, above all, pleasant. The room was comfortable, with plenty of space, and the bathtub on the terrace worked (and had hot water). The breakfast was terrible—the biggest disappointment of the hotel—indeed, the tea was good. The guys at the front desk have definitely improved their service.

Het personeel was uitstekend, behulpzaam en kwam met oplossingen. Ik had een ballonvaart en een vriendin was niet meegekomen en ik wilde haar niet wakker maken. Zij hebben gratis een andere kamer geregeld, zodat ik kon slapen. Ik vond dit heel lief! Ze werken met hun hart en zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ik raad deze hotel 100 procent aan!

L'hôtel est bien situé, les restaurants autour sont de bonnes qualités. La décoration de l'hôtel est belle, la chambre était propre. Le service du personnel de réception était au niveau (j'ai eu le droit à un gâteau d'anniversaire).

Dans la suite il n'y avait pas de mouchoirs à disposition, ni suffisamment de gel douche. Certains coussins étaient ouverts et se vidaient de leur coton. Le petit déjeuner manquait de variété : il n'y avait pas suffisamment de charcuterie, il n'y avait pas de café (seulement du thé et des jus de fruits). Aussi, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir commander à la carte.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Kappado-kien war einfach unvergesslich. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und boten eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und authentischem kappadoki-schem Flair. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht auf die einzigartige Landschaft und die Heißluftballons am Morgen - ein Erlebnis, das man nie vergisst. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Spezialitäten und hochwertigen Produkten. Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal, um die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region bequem zu erkunden.

Mike and the staff did an excellent job to make our stay comfortable. Upon learning t g at it was my wife's birthday Mike upgraded our room and made sure he got us tickets for the hot air ball ride. We will definitely be back.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mert am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ein Organisationstalent. Er hat unsere Ausflüge organisiert, sowie ein Osmanisches Nachtessen, welches sehr lecker war! Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet.

Le matelas était un peu mou et il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Par contre c’est la beauté de dormir dans une cave. Le tout n’a pas nuit à notre séjour.

The breakfast was generous, delicious, and had something new every day which we really appreciated. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful with everything, not only related to the hotel. They even helped me organize my birthday by finding the perfect cake and assisting with taxi bookings. They also informed us every morning when the balloons were going up, which made the experience even more special. They truly cared about making sure everything was perfect for us, and their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily come back again.

Kapadokya seyahatimiz boyunca konakladığımız Harem Otel’den inanılmaz memnun kaldık. Öncelikle odalar son derece temiz ve düzenliydi. Otelin her köşesinde titizlik hissediliyor. Personel gerçekten çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü, neye ihtiyacımız olduysa hemen yardımcı oldular. Otele giriş yaptığımız anda bizi Buğra Bey karşıladı. Kendisi son derece güler yüzlü, dikkatle dinleyen ve her konuda yardımcı olan biri. Kapadokya deneyimimizin bu kadar güzel geçmesinde büyük pay sahibi oldu. Kendisine özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Bizim için akşam Türk gecesini özel olarak ayarlaması ise unutulmaz bir jest oldu. Sayesinde çok keyifli ve özel bir akşam yaşadık. Kahvaltısı da ayrıca harikaydı, hem çok lezzetli hem de özenle hazırlanmıştı. Tekrar Kapadokya’ya geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

Good location, parking was slightly tight but staff were very helpful so it was not a problem. Great hospitality and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and good views from the restaurant. We got upgraded and the suite was very spacious and comfortable.

Everything was good, not the staffs mistake but the heating had been turned on before check in and the rooms were quite warm for us, once warm the rooms did not cool down at all.

I ordered room with jacuzzi, but it was not working. They tried to fix it, but it didnt work. Heating system was also broken, so I had 25• Celsius in my room and had to sleep with open window and airco turned on, but it still didnt help. And my window was close to reception, so i could here people talking and walking from 5:00 in the morning. But I had “bath” in my shower, because sewage pipe was not working properly, and the same with the sink. And there was light but smell of sewage in the room.
