Reviewed Sep 12, 2026El hotel es agradable y el desayuno muy bueno. Roberta una de las recepcionistas muy amable y hablaba español.
El barrio donde esta ubicado es feo y muy sucio! Aunque la ubicacion es estrategica. Cerca de la terminal de tren y de bus y del centro histórico. ! El aire acondicionado de la habitación enfriaba muy poco lo que hizo que no estuviéramos a gusto ya que los días eran muy calurosos.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location is very good when you arrive by car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, newly renovated and had a very good air condition.
The surrounding especially at night when walking back from then city centre is a bit dodgy, but we saw building works so that this will change in short time.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Aamiainen oli tyypillistä Italian hotellia. Makean osuus tarjonnasta suurehko, mutta siitä huolimatta aivan kelpo tarjoilut joilla sai päivän käyntiin. Huoneen äänieristys kadulle päin oli mainio. Liikenteen ääniä ei kantautunut sisälle ollenkaan satunnaista tööttiä lukuun ottamatta. Ilmastointi pelasi lisäksi hyvin.

Το νερό στο δωμάτιο δεν είναι πόσιμο, και δεν μας το είπαν στην reception, ούτε ρωτήσαμε. Το καταλάβαμε το βράδυ , στην επιστροφή μας . Μας έδωσαν αφθονο νερό εμφιαλωμένο

清掃員の再教育は必要かなと思います。 一泊目の部屋の棚の下には紙クズがありました。 ホテル入り口前の清掃も必要です。

This is my 6th or 7th stay at the property. This time it was bad, the jnr suite was not clean well, no water in the room as usual and the AC was very weak. I jad to advise reception to increase as it was restricted. At 6am it was switched off again and had to call reception to switch on again.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Heerlijk hotel met het vriendelijkste personeel. We konden op dag van aankomst en vertrek onze koffers achterlaten. De kamers zijn mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. De douche was fantastisch. 's Ochtends ook een lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeker de moeite waard om te verblijven.
Onze kamer had geen gordijn wat licht tegen hield, alleen een vitrage, waardoor we 's ochtends wakker werden van het licht.

El camino desde la estación de autobuses hasta el hotel es una pequeña aventura, aunque luego el centro está bastante cerca. El check out a las once me parece excesivamente pronto para un hotel.

Trots att vi meddelade dagen innan att en stor grupp 20 stycken infinner sig till frukost följande dag så tog maten slut redan halvvägs. Sorry var den enda kommentaren. Vi hade ändå betalat för en frukost så det finns inga ursäkter.

Non ho capito perchè il frigo bar fosse vuoto. E c'era il bollitore, ma nessun set di cortesia - come ad esempio caffè solubile, e simili. Speravo ci fossero le ciabatte in dotazione agli ospiti

Mannen i receptionen var inte så tillmötesgående. Bad om en kopp the på kvällen men det var svårt för honom att ordna. Rummet vi hade var inget vanligt rum. Det var ett omgjort rum med en specialdörr i järn. Alla som åkte hiss på kvällen stod utanför vårt rum och det hördes in på vårt rum.

Pas possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui est en fait une porte vitre de secours donnant sur l'escalier ... La salle de bain est de belle taille, la douche astucieuse, mais le sol se décolle et laisse sortir l'eau. Le WC a goûté toute la nuit. On voit qu'il y eu réfection, mais sans doute partielle. J'ai commandé une navette pour 07h20 qui est arrivée a 07h35, un voiture avec les affaires personnelles de toute la famille dedans ...

Je n’ai pas apprécié l’emplacement de l’établissement qui se trouvait dans une zone de travaux mal entretenue et relativement sale, ainsi que la terrasse donnant vue sur une ruelle remplie de poubelles.

I didn't like that there wasn't a coffee maker of kettle in the room, nor bottle water. The hotel overlooks what appears to be an abandoned lot and is not in the best location

Consigliamo sicuramente di soggiornare in questa struttura. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Il personale è stato molto molto gentile. La posizione e’ perfetta, vicina al centro ma fuori dal caos. Una nota di merito va anche a Claudia e alla colazione super squisita!
