Everything seems to be perfect the location, the breakfast and the rooms. we are happy and we enjoyed the stay.

Very well maintained. The room had nice furniture. Also very professional & helpful staff.

Should have had a mirror in the bathroom. It is difficult to shave without it. Also the location - it was pretty high up on the hill & so a cab is needed every time to get to it .This increases transportation expense especially since cabs are very expensive in the city.

Their should be regular cleaning if the person is staying for more than 1 day.

I like only manager, she behave very politely. Breakfast is also good but not healthy, they serve you maida but good thing is they give egg also. And finally you feel very safe there.

The room was spacious but not clean, the location is also awful, there is a poor basti ahead of the apartment. I recommend this guest house for a group of more than 2 person. This is not recommended for solo travelers.

Treebo Tipsy ( Shilong) Good hospitality.... A very humble & polite staff.... Satisfactory homely food .....a very efficient & friendly service provided by Geoge & Momita.

Didn't like anything. Very poorly maintained property. Blanket covers were clean.

Booked 2 rooms in itsy by Treebo in Shillong on zigzag road, both very bad, Torn bedsheets were anyhow covering the beds. Sofa was were giving the feeling of underlying springs. Both rooms towels should have been discarded long ago and replace with new towels although towels were clean. Stairs railing was broken anyone can fall and ge hurt. Bathrooms were worst as dirty as possible, No space, No exhaust fan, water was not draining well from room 505. Wash basins water supply not connected with geyser. WORST PART - THE MORNING I CHECKED OUT BOTH BATHROOMS (room 405 & 505) WENT OUT OF WATER MY WIFE WAS SOAKED WITH SHAMPOO AND SOAP AND WAITING FOR WATER TO CLEAN HERSELF IN VERY COLD WEATHER, I CALLED RECEPTION THRICE EVERY TIME "SIR WAIT FOR 5 MINUTES". FINALLY AFTER 45 MINUTES I SCREAMED IN ANGER THEN THEY BRING 1 BUCKET OF WATER TO MY ROOM, MY WHOLE PLANS GOT DELAYED BY 1 HOUR DUE TO LACK OF WATER SUPPLY & POOR MAINTENANCE. I'M SURPRISED WHETHER "TREEBO" HAS ANY QUALITY CONTROL?? OR SIMPLY LETTING USE THEIR NAME. BECAUSE OF THIS POOR EXPERIENCE I CANCELLED MY NEXT TREEBO SWAGATAM INN GUWAHATI BOOKING ALSO.

Even hot water is not available if electricity supply is disrupted. Most of the food served in their kitchen is non vegetarian.

The place was clean and close to the city center. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The location is a proper residential area and connectivity is not very good. Have to walk a bit before you can get any public transport.
