Didn’t like anything. It was dirty. No staff available. Interior and no proper road.

We liked nothing about this hotel.

The road to the hotel is very narrow and crowded. Their is only one guy maintaining the whole hotel rooms and reception. We have booked 3 deluxe rooms for six with breakfast included but got two basic rooms and one single room where one person can barely stay. Even they didn't provide us breakfast.

the rooms weren't spacious, water wasn't available in morning. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant so food was an issue, we didn't even get tea in the location.

Nothing was working - TV, Toilet pipes, komud, water, Door lock, no drinking water...the property is old, dilapidated and require substantial overhaul, even after changing room it was pretty much the same ..the problems remained and as i had made complete payment beforehand, couldn't change it. The mandatory pre-payment should be changed.

The staff was good, rooms were decent, wifi was good.

Booked 2 rooms with double beds, got 1 room with 2 single beds instead. No tea materials, kettle, even no water was provided. Bad location very congested way to the property.

Hey, we stayed here for two days. Location is really accessible and in city. We liked it. Stay was also good. And hotel attendant is really warm and helpful

All the rooms are on ground floor so that was something we were not expecting. Otherwise all cool. Really nice property

The property was located in a very congested area with extremely narrow lanes, making access difficult. After reaching the property, we found the manager completely drunk and sleeping. Even after waiting and calling for around 15–20 minutes, he woke up but was not even in a condition to stand properly or provide us with the room. There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, the experience was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

The behaviour of the staff was highly unprofessional and disappointing. The overall setup of the property was poorly managed and did not feel secure or safe for guests. Security arrangements were inadequate, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. There were no food options available at the property, and the complimentary breakfast that was promised was also not provided. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not recommended.

Location was good

The rooms were very small, toiletries towels were given after we asked for the same. Cleaning of bathrooms were also not as expected.

Very helpful staff. Bahdeng was always around to help. Quiet location.

Water problems every day of.iur stay. After 2 days we were shifted to another room, and there too the shower water was just a trickle. Bahdeng, the manager there, was a big help though.. Also, there was NO room service...??? And when I extended the stay for a say they gave me a room that was priced higher.

I reached the hotel and saw that the rooms that were showed in the images were fake and in reality they gave us very small rooms, after talking with the property they said that we have only this room at the moment. Shower was broken, there were holes in bedsheets. Overall bad experience.

We booked from booking.com for a standard AC double room. We were first shown a 8by8 feet room without any windows. Eventually we were given a bigger room, however it did not match the description or photos. No AC, no glasses, Kettle, water bottle, toiletries for the entire 3 nights stay. Only one towel was provided for two guests. For 3 nights we had arranged our own water. The geyser was not working from day 1 and no attempts to fix it till we checked out. We had to ask for hot water in buckets every time. Our booking had Breakfast included in it, on day 1 we were given roti sabzi in a black plastic packet, bought from a street side shop. After asking disposable plates were provided as if the expectation was that we will eat out of the plastic bag. For the rest of the day no breakfast was provided. There is an old couple living near the property, not sure if they are owners or just neighbours. They were very nosy and inhospitable. We had to move our vehicle from the parking spot thrice to meet their preferences. Also we had kept some washed clothes in front of the room to dry them, there were objections. Although, there was exposed garbage and dustbins right in front of our room.
