L'hotel è molto carino, in una posizione fantastica, e trasmette subito un'immagine giovane, divertente e informale, tipica della catena. Anche le camere sono piacevoli, per quanto di dimensioni molto ridotte, e la vista sul ponte di Williamsburg emoziona

Peccato che il personale non sia del tutto in linea con la filosofia della catena e si presenti per lo più freddino e un po' scontroso, poco convinto anche quando si sforza di essere cortese. Una reception più accogliente farebbe di sicuro la differenza. La politica sui crediti per la colazione non è chiarissima

Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and after asking 3 times for a room clean it didn’t not happen and I had to change my own sheets. Terrible cleaning service and terrible at fixing the problems

Some of the staff were nice, very few though, most were aloof and were not friendly at all. I liked the location and the bar lobby was a nice ambiance, the outdoor seating area was also nice and the rooftop area had great views. Access to the storage closet was great!

Lack of amenities, room towels and the extra blankets I got from storage were dirty, towels in room seemed musty, front desk phone did not work. Some of the staff were a bit rude and or not helpful with any information and seemed bothered when asking questions.

Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sauber und tgl aufgeräumt.

Keine Kaffeemaschine oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Mitarbeiter waren aber auch nicht so nett, einfach Schlüssel gegeben und tschüss 🙄Keine ausreichende Infos. Als das Zimmer aufgeräumt wurde, war alle Kleidungen und andere Dinge einfach überall geschmissen . Fand ich nicht nett. Und das Zimmer war sehr kalt.

Place is a fridge. Even tho I fully turned off the A/C every morning I had to wake up to 64 degrees. They run that entire hotel cold.

Location is good, lobby is very nice

Rooms too small, we had two double beds, but there is no bathroom, the shower and toilet open up into the bedroom. This means no privacy for taking a shower, someone needed to leave the room and go to lobby etc.. so the other person could take a shower. Not conviennent.

הצוות היה מקסים מהרגע הראשון שהגענו ועד שעזבנו. תמיד רצה לעזור והיה נעים מאוד. חדרים נקיים ואווירה טובה החדר היה אמנם קצת קטן ל2 מזוודות גדולות אבל בסה״כ הייתה אחלה שהות.

The rooms are SOOOOOOOOO small. I did not like the bathroom sink in the room just a few feet from the bed. Luggage has to be opened on the bed as there is not enough room to open the bags and walk around the bed.

The location is excellent, and the hotel has a cool, young, and modern vibe.

I paid for my stay through Booking.com, yet I was double — almost triple — charged. I provided my credit card details solely for deposit purposes. The fact that they accidentally used my card to charge me twice for the same stay is completely unacceptable and reflects a careless handling of my personal and financial information. They only refunded the duplicate charge after I noticed the issue and contacted them. Had I not noticed it myself, I could have continued being charged without realizing it. Moreover, the amount I received back did not cover the foreign exchange fees I incurred when the money was converted from USD. This made it a very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this property.

Very very small room, hardly any place to set or hang anything, super loud pounding noise in the middle of the night from the club upstairs.

It was my second time staying here - it's a great location, super spot in the bar to do a little work and get some lunch, and the staff were so professional and friendly. One nice touch was that I stayed there during the World Cup matches, and the staff put up a TV and I had a lovely time with other guests watching the games and chatting over a glass of wine in the evenings.

The hospitality has been consecutively amazing. This was my second stay at the Moxy Williamsburg this time for my birthday and I was warmly welcomed by Anisha and Marcus. Marcus made sure each day of my stay was perfect. I will be back again. Thank you for such amazing accommodations.

Emplacement dans un quartier vivant et pas trop loin du métro Une vue très sympa sur Manhattan et le métro aérien La rue est relativement calme un vrai plus. Un plus pour le ménage

Le manque d’intimité dans la chambre dure à vivre pendant 10 jours - on sort de la douche dans la chambre et le lavabo est dans la chambre aussi. Avec des miroirs qui réflètent tout, obligé de s’habiller dans les toilettes. Aucune place pour ouvrir les valises malheureusement - quelques patères pratiques toutefois pour pendre qq affaires. Certaines personnes de l’accueil semblent un peu blasées et ne font pas vraiment d’efforts pour se faire comprendre par des étrangers. Last but not least la climatisation de la chambre ultra bruyante, impossible de la laisser la nuit en plein été c’est dommage ! Difficilement réglable également.

The hotel is great and it's my 4th time I'm coming. Great location and friendly stuff. I love the free coffee in the morning and the extra credit of $15 a day which I both used everyday.

Some of the rooms (especially the ones close to the bridge) can be a bit loud which is not good if you're a light sleeper like me. But the stuff always tried to help and would give me another room.

Great location, it’s a 10 minute walk from the subway and you can get Ubers over Williamsburg bridge either way.. The rooms were nice, they were cleaned each day. I got the city view which was worth it to be honest, you can just see Manhattan which is cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I forgot my backpack in the lobby and someone called my room to ask and got someone to drop it up!

It was too costly. I get this is the current state of the economy but it’s a lot of money. You also get charged a deposit on arrival that you only get when you leaves. I didn’t know this. I think also $15 of your total pay goes to a tab each day. Ideal if you’re getting food / drink there but I didn’t so it was wasted money. There’s no fridge in the room and I couldn’t get the tv to work.

The lifts were broken, access to the gym was difficult, pickleball court was closed, our booking was present on their system and 15 dollar credit was only put through once rest was fully charged

A very good hotel for solo travel. The view was beautiful, everything was very clean and quiet, and they were very flexible with check in after my flight home was canceled. Wish I could have had more time there! The location is also perfect, so many shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.

The rooms are quite small, so it may not be great for a small group of people. As a solo traveler, it was more than enough!

I had paid extra for a room with a view but didn’t get one (was of the side of a building) We were also invited to take a drink on the hotel roof but told by security that my friends black sweater wasn’t ok to attend wearing (I was wearing a similar outfit) who were quite rude.

La ubicación, en una zona muy animada, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes, y con fácil acceso a Manhattan. Buen ambiente, salvo cuando hay actividades externas. Habitación limpia y camas cómodas. Lo repetiría para estadías muy breves.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es tan reducido que volví con moretones en las piernas de chocar con las esquinas de la cama. No hay clóset, salvo por un perchero; tuvimos que dejar la ropa dentro de las maletas y abrirlas y cerrarlas continuamente para poder mantenerlas de pie en una esquina. Tampoco hay heladerita o amenities. Incluso pensamos que nos regalaban dos botellas de agua de bienvenida, pero un cartelito avisaba que costaba $7 cada una. Al tercer día, descubrí que la caja fuerte está escondida debajo de la cama. El baño está dividido y tiene paredes translúcidas. El lavamanos está en la habitación, al lado de la cama, por lo que para ir al baño y lavarse las manos se despertaba sí o sí al otro huésped. Según las respuestas del hotel a otras críticas, las habitaciones son así de pequeñas para incentivar la vida social. Sin embargo, hay días en los que organizan actividades con personas externas, por lo que se forman largas filas para entrar, el lobby se llena y se vuelve imposible estar ahí.

They had three tvs in a big open space enabling good chance to watch the Football World Cup matches. The bed in the room was comfortable.

The rooms are tiny - suitcases need to opened on top of the bed, and then shoved under the bed when not in use. There are minimal hooks and limited places to put anything such as a hand towel, toiletries bag, or anything you may need to access with ease. And the room rates would indicate luxury.

Hay una discoteca en la azotea, tienen fiestas y hay mucho ruido y mucha gente en la puerta siempre. No es un buen hotel si buscas tranquilidad y descanso. La habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas. No entra ni la maleta

Room was very clean. Shower was awesome. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of light switches and one master light switch was a great touch. Staff was very helpful. Had some great coffee at the bar area in the morning. Really hit the spot.

The room was on the small side, but I was prepared for that from looking at the online photos. The TV was on a side wall so if I was going to watch TV I would have to either lay on my side, sit in a chair or lay in an awkward position to watch it. I was only there one night and I was at a wedding so I didn't need to use it. Not a deal breaker, just the tv position was not ideal.

I paid 150 more then the price that was quoted to me when I reserved the rooms.

The hotel was nice however you expect that if you book with one price when you get to the hotel its going to stay the same price. But that was not the case they were 150 more then the price that I booked with.

Nous avions choisi vue "street" pour etre d'ans l'ambiance.... c est un parking / autoroute / voie rapide extrêmement bruyant.???? personnel particulièrement antipathique.... au bar, au desk.... minable.

Biggest downside was the lack of privacy with the bathroom. I was sharing the room with my daughter so I had to vacate while she got ready.

Beautiful (LOVED THE DESIGN/STYLE of the rooms!) spectacular location, very walkable to anything & everything, hotel was very busy & obviously “the place to be” & every member of the staff was always very friendly, helpful, & willing to help with anything that we might have needed!

Only one thing that was a real bummer… the rooftop was inaccessible for the two days/nights that we were able to check it out due to a wedding at the hotel! Our friends who got in the day before us had told us how spectacular it was (especially the view) so we were really sad that we weren’t able to see & enjoy it ourselves!

To begin with, the advertised parking was off-site and without a valet. So when we arrived with two little girls in tow at 10:00 pm or so, I was told I had to drive ten minutes away and walk back alone in the dark. Not what most women want to hear. Next, the room was designed with one door opening directly into the shower and another directly into the toilet. Despite the booking being for four people, there was zero privacy to dress or undress. Finally, after returning home, I found I had been billed twice. For a room bill that came close to $900 for one night (2 adults; 2 children), there was much left to be desired.

Clarity about actual parking arrangements (ten minutes away; solo walk back in the dark); showering and toilet arrangements that permitted for some privacy in a room for several people. Being double-billed.

There was not enough room to easily store and access suitcases. We have been charged for 2 amounts on our credit card which do not relate to our stay. We cannot find an email address to contact the hotel, and because we live in the UK, telephone calls would be expensive. Our nephew, whose pre-wedding evening took place at the hotel and who lives in the US is still pursuing this on our behalf.

The location was great. Lots of fun bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to Manhattan. The lobby bar was nice. Liked that there was a steamer in the room.

The value was not there. The room left so much to be desired. I know NYC hotel rooms are small, I’ve stayed in dozens, but this was uncomfortably small. The bathroom was basically in the bedroom. The toilet door is see through - who wants that? There no closet or drawers, it was almost impossible to unpack anything because there’s no where to put it. No fridge or coffee maker or anything like that. Half the outlets didn’t work. Cheap quality toilet paper, towels, and shampoo/body wash combo. Don’t understand what we were paying $650/night for when we could’ve gotten more amenities for half of that at a place nearby.

De wasbak is buiten de badkamer en klein voor een family kamer. Het dakterras is prachtig maar alleen open in het weekend en dan staat de muziek heel hard en is het vooral een feest ipv een terras. Wat prima is.

Location and style fitted in well to the neighbourhood vibe. Our 4 person room (2 bunk beds) was good value and met our needs we were only really in the room for sleeping.

Heerlijke bedden en een superleuke buurt. Heel vriendelijke mensen aan de balie en de bar. Prachtige hal en mooie liften. Veel winkeltjes en 2 metro stations in de buurt. Goed geisoleerde ramen en deuren. Weinig overlast van andere gasten en buiten geluid.

De deuren van toilet en douchen hebben glaze deuren, dat is wat awkward als je met vrienden of familie een kamer deelt. Er is geen waterkoker of koffie apparaat op de kamer. Een kop thee kost 6 5 dollar in het hotel! Beetje lawaai van de metro.

i was on the third floor and the music blared until 4 AM in the morning and i couldn't sleep. And i can't stay there again if it is on the weekend.

We really enjoyed staying at Moxy Brooklyn as it was in an awesome location. The hotel was near so many fun restaurants and cafes and shops. Plus, it was very close to the waterfront which made a great place to walk and sight see!

Promueven el coworking , así que el espacio del lobby/bar para los huespedes es muy reducido. Sentarse a desayuñar es muy complicado porque no hay sillas ni mesas disponibles.

Stayed here two nights with spouse for a wedding taking place around the corner. Never stayed at a Moxy before and will never again! Tiny room- no closets - no place for clothes and we had two formal parties to attend. Literally no place to open your suitcase to unpack other than bed. Terrible value - high price for no amenities. The only redeeming features were the hip Brooklyn location, the great shower and good free coffee in lobby during breakfast hours.

Tuvimos q dejar un depósito de 100.00 dolares q según me van a regresar. Espero q asi sea. Ya q no hicimos nada mal dentro de las instalaciones.

We waren er met 8 personen, van 7 tot 77 jaar. Hotel beantwoordde aan ieders wensen. Niet zo’n grote, maar functionele en mooi gedesignde kamers met comfortabele bedden. Gemeenschappelijke voorzieningen waren top, feit dat je makkelijk en goedkoop ontbijt in de buurt vindt en in het hotel mag nuttigen met gratis koffie was prima! Buurt is top! Williamsburg is een rustige, veilige en hippe plek. Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor city trip! Voelde een beetje als een dorp in de stad, vlak bij het water. Aangename plek om even tot rust te komen en te ontsnappen aan stadsdrukte van Manhattan

Rooftop die weinig open is (enkel ‘s avonds) en in feite een partyplek/discotheek is, vind ik een gemiste kans. Had fijn geweest er overdag een drankje of ontbijt te nuttigen tijdens de bijzonder warme aprildagen.

What breakfast? I wasn't even aware that was an option! That was never mentioned when I checked in. I liked the shower stall which worked well and was spacious - the only vaguely spacious thing about the room. The bed was comfortable. The location is quite convenient for my purposes.

The lack of space around the bed. there was no decent place to open my rather small carryon suitcase - the least space for that I have ever experienced in NYC. Also, a lack of space and hangers for hanging things up. For the price, these both result in a poor value. The worst thing was the bait and switch way I was charged for the room. I was automatically charged for a traveler insurance fee, even though I almost never use that and didn't want to in this case. Lastly, when I checked out, I was told everything was paid for but today got an additional charge for 2 glasses of wine I got at the bar my first night there - why the heck wasn't that added to my overall bill? The hotel had my credit card for incidentals. What was the point of that if my wine charges weren't handled with that?

Fräscha, snygga och härliga rum. Bra personal och välkomnande bar nere i lobbyn. Läget i Williamsburg är super då du har närheten till två tunnelbanelinjer och finns så mycket att göra bara i Williamsburg.

Nous adorons Williamsburg, et l'emplacement du Moxy est juste parfait.

Le bruit... Si vous pensez venir en Famille, le Moxy n'est absolument pas adapté les vendredi soir et samedi soir du fait que le lilistar (bar / boite de nuit) se fait entendre dans toutes les chambres jusque 4h de matin ...

Couldn't go to the roof top in the mornings, when you shower you either get dressed in the room or move into the toilet room. Can see who ever is taking a shower. No vent in toilet room
