Easy access to Manhattans, very nice area of Brooklyn is Williamsburg . Very well, taken care of. Modern hotel. Quiet.

Subway close walking distance. Just wanted a clean place to sleep, not a destination hotel. Found it to be wonderful. Bathroom was compact like my camper. Fit the bill! Staff went above and beyond.

The property was nicely designed and the staff was very friendly. Easy and fast check in and check out process. We had a quiet room and facility location was very practical.

There was a lot of hairs on the bedsheet and bed itself.

This is a good location, fairly close to Subway, stores and restaurants. Clean and staff was kind and friendly.

I’m not a person who spends a lot of time in the hotel room when I travel. The small room, tiny shower/toilet combo was workable, but I wouldn’t want to stay here with another person.

The location was super easy to find and had great public transportation options to get to. The room itself was small but perfect for a clean place to sleep and relax after travel. Absolutely would stay here again next time I'm in New York!

Get the bunkbeds if you're with another person, and make sure you're comfortable being .. close with them. The showers are frosted but you can pretty much see through. Also more toilet paper would be nice.

I staid there for more than a month for x amount of personal reasons……I had a good rate for those days…..to be said that my rate was suddenly doubled because of this month of September !!!!!!! Poor top management while the staff itself is excellent.

La posizione a 5 min dalla metro è molto comoda, ed il quartiere molto tranquillo e ben servito. Lo staff è molto accogliente e sempre attento ad ogni richiesta.

very well located for a visit with family, safe neighborhood. The hotel was excellent and my favorite part is the quality of the windows, the ability to adjust the light into the room in myriad ways, and the fact that they open! Staff was very friendly. I also liked that we could decline housekeeping.

The room had a cinnamon type scent that was a bit off-putting. Could not get it to go away—maybe it is in the air system? Also, because the shower and the toilet are in the same space, it would have been nice to have a squeegee to remove the water feom the floor.

Non è la prima volta che vengo al POD e penso che continuerò a tornarci nei miei prossimi viaggi a New York perché è una struttura moderna, essenziale e posizionata in un punto strategico. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, lo staff è molto professionale e cordiale, le camere sono piccole ma questo è nella filosofia del posto. Sconsigliato per chi vuole una suite o una stanza grande, molto confortevole per chi viaggia mentalmente leggero. Molto bene anche gli spazi comuni dove poter lavorare se necessario. La pulizia è buona ma potrebbe essere ancora più accurata nei piccoli dettagli, me lo auguro perché un posto così interessante deve preservare la sua qualità. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate, quindi si ha la sensazione di una privacy assoluta pur essendo in un hotel di più di 400 camere. Un ringraziamento particolare per Mehdi che ha seguito ogni nostra necessità per tutto il soggiorno, interessandosi con cordialità di eventuali esigenze. Alla prossima occasione!

Great location and vibe

Hotel moderno, todo súper limpio. La habitación era de las más pequeñas de todas pero para una persona sola el tamaño está perfecto. Las camas súper cómodas y sábanas limpias todos los días. El personal muy buena onda y siempre con buena predisposición. Tiene un restaurante en la entrada que al ser del hotel te hacen descuentos y el precio se queda muy bien.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato dal venerdì sera al lunedì mattina e questo ha permesso di parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada per l'intero weekend. Metropolitana situata a circa 200 metri a piedi, che porta a Manhattan in pochi minuti. La struttura è moderna e pulita. Personale gentile. Letto comodo. Stanza silenziosa. Bei giardini interni in cui rilassarsi o fare colazione

Gabinetto e doccia condividono lo stesso spazio di un metro quadro circa: ogni volta che si fa la doccia, bisogna asciugare pavimento e tazza per evitare di bagnarsi o scivolare (sono peraltro forniti asciugamani e teli in numero maggiore del necessario). Sarebbe opportuno specificarlo nella descrizione. Le finestre sono oscurate da persiane scorrevoli orizzontalmente, che lasciano filtrare luce lateralmente. Il letto matrimoniale è situato contro il muro su uno dei due lati e ha una scrivania sul fondo: per andare in bagno di notte si rischia di svegliare l'altra persona.

The hotel design was modern, airy, well-lit, and integrated the exterior landscaping and interior common spaces very comfortably.

The space for hanging clothes was a little limited when there was a downpour and our clothes got soaked. A mini-fridge would have been nice. But overall, there was very efficient use of space in our room.

We liked the location and the space was fine for a place to just sleep in. It did feel really tight for 2 people but had what we needed and you get what you pay for.

We asked for room service and even asked again to make sure they had noted we wanted room service, but did not get any room service for the 3 nights we were there. The front desk told us that we must have not said anything because it was not in their system. I think they may have waived some fees for us though. I know this might be a one-off incident but made the small space feel even less comfortable.

Ich wollte nicht jeden Tag den Putzservice, mir reichte es jeden dritten Tag. Das hat leider nicht geklappt, am Schluss war es zwei Reinigungen in zwei Wochen.

Wir wussten, es wird eng, aber das Konzept ist gut durchdacht und wenn man nicht all zu viel Gepäck hat, kommt man gut mit dem Platz aus. Ich reiste mit einem sehr großen Paar (1,86 und 2m), für die war es grenzwertig, aber sie haben sich trotzdem im Pod Brooklyn wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super mitten in Williamsburg, nicht weit vom Wasser und von der U-Bahn entfernt.

Beim einchecken hieß es, Reinigung wäre inklusive, die stand dann aber auf der Rechnung. Von 4 Tagen wurde an einem Tag nicht gereinigt.

Your rat in the outdoor seating area! Some front desk staff were rude - I was undergoing a medical fasting and my pink Himalayan salt went missing and that could have had deadly consequences. Also several personal items were rearranged in disrespectful ways

Ottima posizione, in pieno quartiere di Williamsbourgh, molti ristoranti e negozi nella vicinanze. Le camere sono essenziali ma ben organizzate per essere usate come punto per dormire e riposare.. La metropolitana è a pochi isolati con una fermata di bus nelle immediate adiacenze. L'hotel è molto funzionale, ha molte aree comuni interne ed esterne (in particolare il bel rooftop garden) che permettono di compensare lo spazio esiguo delle camere. Staff preparato e gentile (in particolare Mehdi).

Clean, close to public transport, nice neighbourhood, the café that was attached was very good especially for breakfast anr the staff were good. The lobby facilities especially the terrace and the rooftop bar were excellent.

I stayed 2 nights seperated by a night spent with friends upstate. I left a charger and cablre behind me on the first night. When I returned and enquired about it( 24 hours later) the young gentleman at reception was dismissive and unhelpful, I thought. He said he would check but I don’t believe tjat he did. It was a pity as otherwise the golks at reception wete most corteous and helpful.

Extra luggage storage was a bit expensive, and the pods were a bit small for my tall boyfriend, he couldn’t extend his legs all the way (6’10).

The guy who checked me in didn't ask when I wanted housekeeping services—as is customary. As a result, my room wasn't cleaned for three days. In addition, the room was not sufficiently ventilated.

Small but very clean and functional rooms. Good common space for working on the computer and strong WiFi. Night time security guard is a nice touch. Easily got late check-out to depart at 1pm.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was central, the staff was excellent, and I loved the spacious entrance. Maybe get some live plants and more furniture in the waiting/lounge area. Nice touch with the free water station. Surprisingly clean room, and I loved the extra fluffy towels.

A nice man brought me an iron and an ironing board. The delivery was quick and friendly. However, the ironing board was dirty, stained, and smelly. You just need a new cover. I did not like that an app was required to borrow an umbrella, but the front desk personnel loaned me his. Thank you again.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Williamsburg and near the Bedford subway stop to get into Manhattan. It's not loud and you can walk the street and feel safe at night. Plenty of common space to sit work or move around in the building itself. Attached to a lovely brunch and dinner spot called Cafe Landwer which gives a discount for staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Well maintained AC in the hot and humid NY summer. For a solo traveler this place is a gem.

The security deposit was pretty steep. Not to say other hotels do not ask for one, but around (or over $150) is a large ask considering you are compromising on the room size for the "Pod" price. It's not a deal breaker, but you do need to factor that into your price for stay. I don't believe they advertise that deposit well enough. The minimalist shower / toilet design is odd, but you get used to it. The room may not work for some couples or friends traveling together who need their space and privacy.

The location was great! So close to lots of good bars, restarants and parks in Williamsburg. Good public transportation options nearby and they offered discounts on a few restaurants near the hotel. I was helped by a man named Minesh when I checked in and was very impressed with how friendly he was and he helped me check in early. The room was very small, but that was expected, everything was clean and I had what I needed.

Room smelled a little strange when I first checked in, almost like cat litter. It was clean, just an odd smell. The shower/toilet was very small.

We asked several times for body soap refill and wet towels to be taken from the room that were used to clean up a leak in the shower but nothing happened. There was a ton of mosquitos in the room and the bed was a rock.

The staff was excellent. Great customer service and spirited atmosphere! We watched the world cup in the restaurant/café attached to the pod. Justine was a daytime manager that had the true spirit of hospitality in her blood making my family and I feel right at home.

Looking for a safe, easy to get around from, with good value. Pod Brooklyn delivered. After 3 fast paced days in Times Sq.,Rock plaza, Pod Brooklyn in Williamsburg gave me the chill, n'hood vibe I sought. Super close to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, local boutiques, and the Bedford Avenue subway station - great base to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Although I arrived 3 hrs. before check-on, front desk guru checked me right in and upgraded me to a quiet queen room overlooking the rooftop garden. The room was peaceful and spotless. Yes, the rooms are compact, but so well designed with every need met. Can't say enough about the awesome front desk staff. They took the time to understand what I enjoyed and gave primo recos for restaurants, neighborhoods, and subway directions. Their local knowledge made my trip even better. A few things to know: daily housekeeping is available; you can request a mini refrigerator and dorm-style microwave for your room. I also appreciated the self-service linen station at the end of each hallway, measy to grab fresh towels or extra bedding without calling the front desk. Nice mix of travelers -vacationers to remote workers. Especially recommend Pod Brooklyn to solo female travelers. I always felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. If you're looking for a clean, well-designed hotel in a great Williamsburg location - this is it!

If you are looking for a stay in prime Williamsburg Brooklyn, this is it !!! I have been staying at this hotel for a few days and just decided to « sign » for another 15 days !! Rooms are small, yes, but extremely clean ( daily cleaning upon request ) and very well built……you would just have everything you need here with 4 terrasses / roof top to go to relax or work. The best ? The team here !!!! Amazing people always alert and ready to help. The bonus ? The Landwear restaurant attached to it on the first floor with the best ever Israeli cuisine. Last but not least, you will get to be in the best and safe area of Brooklyn ! So do not think twice while searching a place to stay ! This is it !!!!!!

Quizás más intimidad en las duchas, está dentro de la habitación pero si estás con tu familia te pueden ver todo desde la litera ya que la ducha es casi transparente.

A bit to expensive for the size and quality of the room. We got a room facing the main street and we could hear the noise like a window is open.

I liked that the staff greeted me kindly, the area was great!! So many things to do within walking distance. I also was able to park my vehicle in their parking garage for about 28$ per night so that wasn’t too bad.

Right away, when I got to the room, it smelled like urine. I had to buy air fresheners to get rid of the smell. I also do think the room could’ve been cleaner. And something else that really bugged me was the sink… the water wouldn’t drain properly. I never reported it because my stay wasn’t very long. I also get the pod concept, however, I’m sure you can fit a mini fridge in there somewhere considering the hotel cost.

Check in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. While the room is small (a pod) the common areas were comfortable and offered a variety of different options.

We had dto re-key the room keycards several times which was mildly inconvenient. The wi-fi was a little spotty and cut out during a Teams business meeting out of hours.

The location is perfect. It's a few blocks to subway line L which is very easy to transfer to other subway lines. You can easy find good food and good coffee shops near the hotel. The room is clean. The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. When I asked where I can get hot water, they gave me a hot water kettle to use; When I was packing my luggage and worried my luggage over weight, they gave me a weight scale. Since I need to check out at 6 am for a flight in JFK, the staff helped me to book a Uber the day before from the Hotel to JFK with a very good price.
