La actitud del personal pésimo, las almohadas duras y la cama igual vieja, según era habitación grande y el baño era demasiado pequeño, se escucha muchísimo ruido desde muy temprano no hay personal para ayudarte con las maletas, el estacionamiento tiene horarios muy reducidos por el costo no vale la pena.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I was looking to stay withing in walking distance of the historic downtown area and this hotel definitely met my expectations. The facilities are also very clean and comfortable.
The bathroom toilet is too small. However, the overall experience was great. Customer service was excellent and the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Chambres sans eclairage ni ventilation naturelle, innacceptable pour un hotel. Toilette -salle de bain trop trop petit, wc bouché et mauvaise disponibilité du personnel pour solutioner le problemme. CHAMBRE TROP PETITE POUR ACCUEILLIR 3 PERSONNES. CHAMBRE SAN FENETRE. Chambres non isolée phoniquement, trop de bruits provenant des espaces proches....

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu Straße auf der regelmäßig Partymobile mit lauter Musik über das Kopfsteinpflaster fuhren, das gehört in Tequila vielleicht dazu, uns hat es den Schlaf geraubt.

No habia agua caliente, el cuarto estaba en el pasillo, tiene ventanas hacia el corredor principal, hay bastante ruido tanto del servicio como de los huespedes.

Property offers private parking which is not true. The use a third party parking. Parking closes at 11pm and opens at 7am. The space for tenants is the worse location all the way on the back of the property. We had trouble parking at night. Because there is at a lot of regulations. This property should be more specific about property detail and specifications. At the property. Place is too small. Bathroom, shower and bedroom. Too small to stay. There was a lot of noise all day and night time and early in the morning. It was very uncomfortable. This property was very overpriced compared to other properties in the area. Staff were very

We asked if we could check out a half hour later because our transportation wasn't coming until 1230 and it was not an issue to stay. Very clean and centrally located. We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. Room had an air conditioner that kept the room cool and the water pressure in the shower was excellent.
The room was very small. There were 4 of us so the two beds were great but there was no room to put our luggage out and no hangers for the hanging rod. The beds were firm but comfortable but the pillows were awful. They were very full and could not be pushed down. We could sit on them and they wouldn't go down, way too high for anyone to sleep. The first night we ended up rolling our towels up and using them as pillows. Luckily we had family in a nearby airbnb that let us borrow some extra pillows for the rest of our stay.

We stayed on the second floor. We could hear a lot of noise from the 3rd floor. This was around 10pm. I went down stairs to let them know, the gentlemen told me the owners lived upstairs and they were celebrating a birthday.

Bookings.com has this as a 4 star hotel, i paid more for this hotel than a 5 star hotel in Guadalajara! The toilet was 20cm from the Wall! The pillows extremely hard same as beds, they don't offer any breakfast as they don't have restaurant, you can hear everything around as there is No insolation in the "hotel". I would consider this a Hostel but not a hotel. Even though the price was extremely high considering everything mentioned. I feel robbed as I paid for like a 5 star hotel when the place was like a basic hostel
