Beautiful, well maintained, clean, comfortable, spacious. Very cold September, but would be perfect in July & August. Great views from every level‼️Covered, locked parking on site. Access to fridge, microwave, kitchen… Beautifully & tastefully decorated. Consignment art for sale. Security cameras everywhere. Wonderful owners❣️🥰

Many stairs! Many, many stairs. A heater or fireplace would be necessary in rooms for winter. Beginning of September was Very Cold & rainy. A 10 - 15 minute drive to get a restaurant. Very out of town.

Cuenta con estacionamiento. No se encuentra en el hotel, pero está muy cerca (a media cuadra).

Se encierra mucho el calor en las habitaciones. Debes tener el aire acondicionado prendido todo el tiempo para que la temperatura sea agradable

The interior patio/atrium with lots of lush plants and trees was a wonderful place to relax and gather with friends. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and had quiet A/C. Loved the coffee in the lobby in the morning.

Room only had one very bright ceiling light. It would be nice to have a dimmer bedside or wall lamp. Our bathroom only had a very harsh liquid soap in the shower - no shampoo.

What a cute oasis within walking distance of the Tequila plaza. The bed was Mexico soft, thd AC worked well, the shower worked well and the drinking water and morning coffee were a nice touch.

There was a lot you look nice. Did you find the strap of black mold in the bathroom all over the ceiling. Outside of this. It was a beautiful hotel with great service and a kind helpful staff.

The bathroom was filled with black mold. I advise that guests review their rooms carefully prior to accepting as it may have mold.

We loved the beautiful courtyard. It was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day.

The TV did not work. Not a problem, for us, as we weren't watching TV, anyway

Very quiet with lovely courtyard, walking distance to the town centre and Tequila town based distilleries. Easy going staff and free drinking water.

Pas de fenêtre ou mauvaise vmc dans la salle de bain (moisissures dans la douche) le pommeau de douche est boucher ce qui donne une mauvaise pression de l'eau. L'eau n'est pas très chaude. Le lits un simple draps aucune couverture à disposition.

One room didn’t have hot or warm water to shower in the morning. It was cold and we could have used another blanket.

The rooms aren’t soundproof and you can hear workers and guests in the courtyard. I was glad I had earplugs.

Lo único que me pareció muy incomodo es que cierran la puerta principal y tienes que esperar a que te abran para acceder en la noche al hotel...pero de ahí en fuera todo estuvo de maravilla

As near as we could tell, there was only street parking available or a lot some distance away. Although staff were generally pleasant, they didn't seem particularly adept at being receptionists. The room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The main square and various restaurants were within easy walking distance

The staff are very friendly, it is well-located close to the centre of Tequila and there is a beautiful garden in the middle of the hotel. There is convenient parking nearby.

The hotel is a bit dated but this was also quite charming! The water pressure of the shower was a little low.

During my vacation, I went to Guadalajara and booked a room at the Casa La Gran Senora hotel. The service from the moment I arrived was excellent. I really liked the manager, who was very attentive to any issues or needs I might have during my stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I'd love to return soon. I would recommend it because it has wonderful service and, above all, its security is very good. I appreciate the attention I received.

The inside patio is nice, but windows to the room did not have glass, so people staying late at patio were heard as rooms are around the patio. There was a little mold on ceiling corners and the shower faucet needed repairing.

I stay one night and everything was great. Friendly staff and they are 24 hours. The hotel is unique with beautiful colors and a water fountain. Very close to El Centro de Tequila.

El hotel está muy sucio y las instalaciones viejas y sin mantenimiento, todo estaba roto, sucio o deteriorado, olía mal, el aire acondicionado estaba súper sucio y no servía. Jamás regresaría a este hotel. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA

The inner courtyard was beautiful. A functioning fountain would have been nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Both rooms had problems w hot wster for our showers.

El personal fue muy atento, la habitación limpia y suficiente para nuestra estancia, lamentablemente no tiene restaurante pero al estar muy cerca del centro se facilitó el acceso a los lugares turísticos y de comida, el diseño de sus instalaciones era visualmente muy agradable, en definitiva nos agradó bastante

Great, cozy and charming hotel in downtown Tequila, Jal. The plaza principal is about 5 min walking distance. The hacienda-style hotel makes it for a unique experience. The staff were very kind and attentive.

We stayed because they were pet friendly but we would absolutely come back on our own. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. There were a couple areas of cleanliness in the room they could improve on but we always bring wipes and wipe down the areas we found lacking quite easily. Otherwise, the room was adequate for two people and our two pups no question. The water pressure was great and the hot water more than enough. The hotel is a 8 room boutique both a beautiful courtyard with jackfruit (w/ fruit), banana trees and beautiful flowers we were not familiar with. They are well located with several eateries and small corner store within a couple blocks and the city center is just a shore walk away. There are multiple sit down restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner and several bars starting at only 2 blocks with the famous La Capilla the home of the Batanga only about 3 blocks away. We are already looking at dates for a return in the next few months and hope there will be availability.

The property it self was nice. It didn’t have a fridge and didn’t have breakfast included over price it was literally just a room like your house do not expect hotel experience.

The hotel is a few blocks away from the town center and all the activities. It's a nice old house with pretty good rooms (nothing fancy). I would have liked a heads up about the parking situation. I was lucky that I found a parking lot a block away that happened to be the one this hotel has a deal with, so I didn't have to pay for parking. There is very little room on the road, so it's not really possible to park to the side and get down to ask. Overall, it's a good inexpensive place to stay.

Don’t stay at this property as soon as you get back they close their doors living you outside . Waiting about 20 min to get someone to open the door for you to get into your room. We had to find another place to stay. I am requesting my refund for the 2 nights I didn’t stay at that hotel because of the their bad bad service.

Property is a good location near downtown, but the pillows were the worst ever . I just don’t understand how can you not spend $100 worth of new pillows for the rooms . It was terrible

Their secure parking was a public parking lot 1.5 blocks away, so I parked on the street instead. It would have been nice to have one larger king-size bed and to have foam toppers on the beds to soften them up (Costco has them).

The hotel suited its purpose , one night in Tequila on a road-trip. Beds were comfortable ,although no comforter or extra blankets available in room . Wifi was okay , moderate strength . Front desk staff was cordial and readily available to help . Parking is not on site , rather 1.5 blocks away. Safe to walk to/from , although only available during stay. Payed 30/pesos on hr past noon (checkout time) .
