The lavatories were not clean, and smelly, broken parts and water was closed, there were few cockroachs, no toiletteries

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very bad. There was no water in the toilet to flush, and the shower only had cold water. We found hair on the pillows and the bed sheets were dirty. The towels were strange, almost rubber-like, and barely absorbed any water. The room also smelled strongly of mold, and there was extremely loud music coming from the street, which made it very difficult to rest. The area around the hotel is unattractive and honestly felt quite scary, especially at night. I would definitely not recommend staying here, even if the price seems attractive. It is simply not worth it. Also, the description and photos on Booking.com do not accurately represent what the hotel is really like.

Le receptionniste était bien courtois Pas de meubles dans la chambre, sinon un sofa et une table de chevet, le robinet des toilettes est brisé, il n'y avait pas de savon pour la douche, pas de petit dejeuner comme mentionné sur le site, pas une bouteille d'eau, je suis obligé de traverser la rue pour m'acheter ume bouteille d'eau et du savon pour la douche

Personnel et chambre. Pas d'eau chaude.

El aviso de booking decía desayuno incluido y restaurante. No había nada de eso estaba cerrado. Lo que nos generó inconvenientes.

Divergência grave na classificação de hospedagem! Gostaria de registrar minha profunda insatisfação com a plataforma Booking.com. É inadmissível que este estabelecimento seja classificado como "5 estrelas". Trata-se de um local simples, cujas características condizem com, no máximo, uma ou duas estrelas. Tal discrepância revela falta de responsabilidade e de critério na curadoria dos hotéis ofertados. Embora a equipe seja educada e os quartos extremamente limpos, as acomodações são excessivamente singelas. Além disso, a localização causa insegurança devido à má iluminação e ao ruído excessivo, sem contar a ausência de café da manhã ou opções gastronômicas no entorno. A Booking deve ser responsabilizada pela veracidade das informações que veicula. O serviço prestado foi péssimo e a propaganda, enganosa.

No tiene agua caliente, varias horas sin agua en lavado de manos. Las sábanas sucias o manchadas , los trapos que uso en mi casa están mejor que las sábanas. Heladera no funciona. Caro por lo que brindan. El barrio bastante regular.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. I went because it currently has a 7/10 review score. The bathroom was dirty everywhere, and outside was very loud due to traffic, motorcycles, cars honking, etc.

Booking made an error with price and the hotel was not even able to make a small gesture for the mistake while it was storming outside

This hotel was located on the outskirts of punta cana. When I checked my gps it said we were in bávaro and on Expedia this property was advertised in punta cana. The neighbourhood was very unsafe, vendors were dishonest and took pay from us. The property had no swimming pool or restaurant and even shuttle bus to transport us to and from the airport. Our room had NO HOT WATER, the toilet seat was broken. I will never recommend anyone come to this hotel ever!!!!!!!

La limpieza del baño era falta, la ducha tenía hongos en las paredes y el piso

Relación calidad - precio es la correcta. Imposible poder descansar, se escucha demasiado ruido por fiestas cercanas, los autobuses y motos, el drenaje, hasta un gallo canta en las madrugadas, tampoco estaba en funcionamiento el restaurante.

There was no running water, and the electricity cut out multiple times. The environment was extremely noisy, with constant traffic from motorcycles and people shouting on the walkway. The bathroom shower was dirty and had no water, and the WiFi connection was terrible

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were dirty with mold, the sink smelled musty, and the entire room had a strong moldy odor. Many of the fixtures were rusty. It was so uncomfortable that I stayed for less than an hour and had to rent an Airbnb instead. Despite the great staff, the property itself needs major improvements.

Los alrededores son excesivamente ruidosos. Dentro del cuarto era como tener la bocina a todo volumen dentro. Prometen WiFi y no hay.

Die sehr laute Lage, das unfreundliche Personal, kein fließendes Wasser, auch nicht im WC. (Wurde später behoben). Noch nicht einmal Kaffee war zu kriegen.

Las sábanas sucias , el sillón sucio. No tenían ni jabón para las manos , no servía ka TV , no había internet en el cuarto , Tuve que ir a recepción a pedir papel de baño y jabón oara manos , y buscar una botellita para que me pusieran el jabón !!

The checking crew was very nice! Location was not too far from the airport. Not hot waters at all.

Well staff was friendly but sink water did not work and shower had missing knob so the only way I was able to shower and rinse was with filling a plastic bottle and doing it that way. Definitely would not stay here again.

No salía agua del lava manos, la ducha estaba rota, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, el frigobar no funcionaba y para terminar una iglesia con música a un volumen COMPLETAMENTE INNECESARIO no nos permitió descansar. Tampoco brinda elementos de higiene necesarios. Una pésima experiencia.

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The bed sheets were stained, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and had rust on the fixtures, and the floor throughout the room was also dirty. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless the management makes significant improvements to their cleaning standards.

La atención en My Home Hotel muy bien. Un excelente para el chico que nos atendió ( Ney) Preocupado por todo y muy amable. Todos los que nos atendieron muy bien. Y el agua no faltó en el baño que era mi preocupación. Aire acondicionado y wifi.

Muy buena experiencia, el Joven de Lobby muy amable y atento, el hotel es pequeño pero muy cálido y todo muy limpio y en orden y muy cómodo. :D

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mes amies et nous avons été vraiment ravies ! L’accueil était chaleureux, les chambres propres et confortables, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le réceptionniste Marc. Il a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour,toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à nous aider pour quoi que ce soit. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été encore plus agréable. Un grand merci Marc pour ton professionnalisme et ta bienveillance ! Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %, et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

The property was comfortable, one of the best experience. Food was great and in abundance, never short of anything. Cleanliness of Resort was superb, grounds were well manicured. Beach had more than enough chairs to kick back and enjoy.

The place is located very strategically however, food is limited. The staff is very helpful and the room was good for the price. Good A/C. WiFi was a little weak but working

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room with AC. It was easy to find the hotel location on Google Maps as well as identify it on the Uber App. The Bavaro Express and other intercity buses will stop a few blocks away. The on-site restaurant was good.

Not within walking distance of the tourist areas, but Uber picked up quickly and it was fairly quick to get a motoconcho/taxi.

Ficamos apenas uma noite pois voaríamos muito cedo. O quarto tinha algumas infiltrações e móveis eram simples ( e antigos), porém perfeito para que precisávamos. Muitos lances de escadas para subir c malas mas atendente nos ajudou ( sou pcd). O hotel está todo reformado na parte externa.

The location of this hotel is far from ideal. The room was clean and bedbug free. There were absolutely no amenities. The door lock was very difficult to open or close. There was no working WiFi(although advertised). The shower had cold water only. The noise from the street and nearby establishments was so loud it was impossible to get a good nights sleep (and I was exhausted). English was very limited. The person on the desk was very helpful and obliging. If it wasn’t for him this experience could have been a whole lot worse.

The area sourrounding the hotel is very sketchy, a lot of noise from the street.

The towels and the bathroom was terrible, other than their courtesy of the attendant which was very pleasant, the property is a no no.

No hot water. Water presure at the shower is almost none, hard to get a shower. A Cockroach went under the door while door was closed. TV remote receiver sensor was not working, so no TV. One good thing... very close to the airport.

Language was an issue. But place was good for only one night stay.

Para uma noite quebra um galho, mas o quarto tem cheiro de mofo, os atendentes não ajudam com mala e só dá pra subir de escada. Sem falar que o chuveiro do quarto tava quebrado.

Room was not so clean, shower was not functioning and there was no hot water. Food quality at the restaurant was very low. They charge 18% tax when paying with credit card

1er día no hubo servicio de limpieza. Se justificaron diciendo que había que avisarles que queríamos limpieza. Para el día 2 si hubo limpieza. 2.- día 2 no hubo agua, "la bomba no servía". Sin agua caliente. Levemente tibia. 3.- Se trabo el dispensador de papel de baño y a pesar de solicitar su corrección se dejó así. 4.- 1er día había en el frigobar dos aguas y dos minerales. Después ya no se repusieron las aguas. (Estaba sin conectar) 5.- La ropería de cama no le ajustaba bien y se Buenas. Si tiene aire acondicionado.

Mi estancia en este hotel no fue muy agradable, al lado del hotel estaban trabajando maquinaria pesada y había demasiado ruido, no pudimos descansar bien. La habitación esta muy austera y no tenía ventilador, solo aire acondicionado, buena limpieza aunque un poco de polvo y las sabanas y toallas no tenían olor agradable. La ventaja de este hotel es su cercanía al aeropuerto de Punta Cana, solo nos quedamos por una noche, antes de regresar a nuestra Ciudad de origen, después de 10 días hospedados en la playa de Punta Cana.
