Sigue buscando otro lugar donde alojarte.... Ni te detengas en esta opción!!! En agosto del año 2026 elegí equivocadamente este lugar por una noche, y fue toda una pesadilla!!!: as habitaciones están llenas de CUCARACHAS.... y si eso no fuera poco: el Wi-Fi es malisimo y el ruido dentro y fuera del hotel no te deja dormir. Se salva el desayuno que es 1 sándwich con gaseosas. Pero debe haber hoteles mejores cercanos al aeropuerto de Punta Cana, no te ospedes aquí!!!!!!!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026No me gustó nada, tal vez que está cerca (a 10 min en automóvil) del sector de Bávaro. El sector alrrededor del hotel no es nada de agradable, mucho ruido ya que está al lado de una cancha.
Inslataciones antiguar, mal mantenidas, la tala del baño de salía, el piso estaba sucio. Dice que el desayuno está incluido, sin embargo, no cuentan con comedores, por lo que te llevan el desayuno a la habitación, desayuno comprado en un negocio, un trozo de pan de molde, un omelette enrroyado y frio, un jugo en caja en un envoltorio de papel. La chica Haitiana que te entrega el desayuno es muy mal eduacada, no responde preguntas y solo te deja las cosas en la puerta.

Eau de la piscine verte, on en voyait même pas le fond (1,2 mètres) Draps pas propres (miettes de nourriture et cheveux) Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre (alors que oui sur les photos) Internet qui coupe aux deux minutes Petit déjeuner inclus ridicule, trois tranches de salami, une pâtée indéfinissable et deux minis bananes Pour 50$ US la nuit c’est clairement du vol

Reviewed May 9, 2026No me gustó nada, primero por la zona que se nota que es peligrosa, luego había cerca un bar que tenía el volumen de la música muy alto hasta altas horas de la noche, adicionalmente pasaban personas en moto a gran velocidad haciendo ruido y por último el hotel estuvo sucio, encontré un calcetín sucio de otro huésped .
La suciedad, la zona peligrosa, la bulla del entorno.

No es un hotel para hacer escala antes de un vuelo como lo hicimos nosotros. Es un hotel apuntado a viajantes locales por trabajo, no turistas. Más allá de que no esperábamos un super lujo porque era escala para esperar el horario del vuelo, la realidad es que es muy basico. No nos pudimos duchar porque el baño estaba en malas condiciones. Incluso el tablero general eléctrico estaba adentro del baño.

Nous avons dû quitter l’établissement après une nuit alors que nous avions réservé 2 nuits. Arrivé dans la première chambre, morceaux de plâtre du plafond sur le lit et chambre sale, Nous avons été relogé dans la chambre voisine. Mais la deuxième chambre était insalubre et dangereuse : * Installation électrique apparente * Moisissures et manque d’hygiène * Équipements dégradés * Problème de sécurité (porte ne fermant pas correctement) * Fuite d'eau des toilettes sur le sol de la salle de bain * Restaurant fermé pour travaux, donc le petit déjeuner a été remplacé par une livraison d'un plat salé d'une boutique de bord de route accompagné d'une petite bouteille d'eau, pas de café ou autre boisson chaude. Et donc impossible de prendre le moindre repas sur place. De plus l'hôtel est a 10 mètres d'un terrain de basket fréquenté jusqu'à 1h du matin et 30 mètres d'un terrain de base-ball dont les matchs avec musique et mégaphone durent jusqu'à minuit Les conditions ne correspondaient absolument pas à l’annonce. Nous avons des photos comme preuves.

We were also grateful to the friendly staff, both the night staff and day staff. We missed the breakfast time, but the staff saved our breakfast in to-go containers.

Avoir un service de restauration à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Améliorer la qualité de la communication avec la clientèle en ayant des ressources qui peuvent se communiquer en plusieurs langues.

No water in the bathroom, had to go shower in a different room, no toilet paper on arrival, near a very busy road and very poorly insulated which means we could hear locals very loudly until very late. Electrical wired were exposed in the bathroom which didn't feel safe.

Reviewed Feb 29, 2024The staff were very friendly and spoke some English. The night person helped me find the pharmacy next door. The cafe at the front of the building was fantastic, though.
It was in a sketchy part of town and the room was something short of a horror movie. The lights were so dim it was as if they could only afford 10 watt bulbs. I would have had more light with my cell phone. For the money it did the job and got us close enough to the airport. The lobby was very clean, no elevator so we were on the 3rd floor and they are steep stairs. Some of the railings were loose and at night there was some really loud nightly music you could hear from down the street. No fault of the hotel. The room had peeling paint, no sheets just a bottom sheet and blanket. They gave us a bar of soap but I was so afraid to use the water for fear of comtamination.

I believe the comments posted are fake because this hotel is in a very bad neighborhood, it’s noisy, rooms are old and outdated like a bad Motel 6, not clean or tidy, i didn’t even want to use the sheets because it looked like pay by the hour hotel, breakfast was bad and no place outdoors to eat it. Definitely overpriced in every way.
