O escoamento da água do box de banho da suíte estava deficiente, acumulando água no Box. Dificuldade com o ponto de temperatura da água no banho. Pequena dificuldade para encontrar a localização do apartamento. Poderia ser encaminhado um mapa, inclusive para a vaga do carro.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Como nós chegamos em um voo a noite e nossa entrada no resort era somente as 15h do dia seguinte, o Oasis foi nota 10, muito próximo do aeroporto, local seguro, fácil de encontrar algo para jantar a noite na rua principal, comida a base de frango. Apartamento com cozinha completa, ar condicionado na sala e nos dois quartos, cada quarto com seu banheiro. Super recomendo.
Tudo estava de acordo, nossa estadia foi excelente !!!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Tive minhas roupas estragadas ao lavar as roupas. Entrou água com barro na máquina e perdi duas calças e um conjunto de uniforme do meu filho de 8 anos que ficou chorando ao ver a roupa nova danificada.
Eram nossas únicas roupas para usar no voo de volta. Tivemos elas toda manchadas após a lavagem. A acomodação não se responsabilizou. Disse ser uma situação que não poderiam prever. Manutenção da máquina deveria estar em dia para o hóspede usar.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Nos hospedamos una noche para estar cerca del aeropuerto al volver. Lugar súper tranquilo y seguro, al lado hay una estación de policía. El depto está súper equipado , aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Súper cómodo.

L'annonce dit service de navette, mais il n'y en avait pas. Le plus pratique a été de réserver un taxi via booking.

Terrible noise at 2 AM from upstairs neighborhs slamming doors and arguing. Sounded like it was inside our apartment. Doors could use a restore and the shower didn’t drain very well.

We were allocated an apartment that was already occupied. Host explained it was system fault and assigned us new unit, while apologizing profoundly. We understand that errors can happen but after 15 hrs journey, even a half an hour delay for a checkin was rather unpleasant.

Pred prihodom dobiš natančna navodila kako prispeti na lokacijo, kje parkirati in dobiš kodo za vhod v stanovanje. Stanovanje je prostorno, čisto in udobno.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026We only stayed for a night since our flight touched down late and we wanted to save a bit instead paying for a full day at the resort - having two washrooms was nice as well since my friends and I would proceed to have to split 1 bedroom for the rest of the week. Basketball court and soccer pitch is nice (having a ball in the room we could use would be a nice touch), we found a ball laying around outside and had fun while waiting to go to the resort the following morning. Rooms and beds are comfy and its spacious.
Area around was definitely a little intimidating when we first drove through - there's a lot of security though so wasn't worried at all inside. Biggest problem we had was getting uber eats guys to find our unit. Both separate times we ordered food they'd get the wrong manzana or building or just everything.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026The apartment is about a 12 minute drive from the international airport which was nice for a late night arrival in the city. The hostess was very responsive to our needs, polite in her replies and usually responded promptly to my questions. She explained the arrival process clearly as it initially seemed complicated, but was not. Two bathrooms was a nice feature for our group of three adults. Security staff at the entrance made the complex of apartments feel safe. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. Complimentary water bottles and a couple snacks were provided which was a nice welcoming touch.
The hot water ran out after one 5 minute shower which wasn’t a huge issue for our group of three adults as we were only there one night. The listing mentioned the apartment would have a kettle and toaster but our unit did not have these items. The hostess may have brought us one if we absolutely needed it, but we were ok without. Our apartment address got modified from the initial booking and although the lay out was the exact same and it was just a short distance from the original unit, it meant the address we’d provided to our shuttle service needed to be updated.

The TV includes Netflix, the air conditioning is modern, and everything feels high-quality and well maintained. The surroundings inside the gated community are great and feel safe and pleasant.
However, once you leave the gated area, it’s a very different story. There is a lot of rubbish along the roads, the area feels neglected, people tend to stare, and everything looks quite dirty and run-down. At night, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking those streets alone.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Teníamos una escala larga y necesitábamos un sitio cerca para dormir. De entre todo lo que había este nos parecía el más limpio. Está en un barrio privado con acceso restringido, lo que da seguridad ya que la zona no es muy buena. La comunicación con el personal fue muy rápida ya que necesitas claves de acceso para poder entrar. Es un apartamento bastante moderno situado en un bloque de pisos familiares, por lo que en general hay silencio y respeto.
No es fácil conseguir que te lleven (y que te recojan) de ese barrio, los taxis solo quieren ir y venir de las zonas de grandes hoteles. Estaba limpio pero había manchas y muchas marcas de humedad en las paredes.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Y a rien à côté loin des plages et mall l appartement est propre mais dehors sur le quartier sale et pas sécuritaire taxi cher pour l aéroport Et j'ai pas aimer mon premier jour j avais demander à rentrer vers 12h30 ou 13h00 il y avait une grosse pluie je suis rester dehors avec ma famille mon enfant jusqu'à 15h00 pour accéder à l appartement hotesse était pas compréhensive malgré que j ai dit que j était malade même si le nettoyage de l appartement n'était pas finis c était pas grave mais elle voulait rien savoir J aurais dû plus louer à côté de la plage bavaro ou centre ville punta cana y a plus de transport Toute fois je tiens à signaler que l appartement est confortable si c'est juste pour passer la nuit pour prendre un vol le lendemain mais pour un long séjour il faut avoir une voiture pour rester la bas

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Wir hatten die Unterkunft für die erste Nacht in Punta Cana gebucht, weil diese nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt war und wir am nächsten Tag erst weitergereist sind. Bianny war ein super Host und war sogar bei unserer späten Ankunft noch telefonisch erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
