Staybridge Suites Wilmington Downtown by IHG

It’s always clean and comfy

Something bit me at night. Not sure if preventative maintenance is done on extermination but it should be.

good breakfast and central location.

Location and view was great

Needs to have room service for handicap clients

I never made it down for breakfast. But I love the location of my room

Sofa was uncomfortable needed pillows

chambre tres spacieuse avec lave vaisselle, grand frigo, kitchenette complete, grande salle de bain, tres bon petit dejeuner varié, hotel tres bien placé en centre ville

rien

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean & comfortable for a good night sleep.

It was the perfect spot for the jazz festival

Duże, dobrze wyposażone pokoje. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Hotel zlokalizowany w centrum, blisko rzeki i mijesc do spacerowania. Gorąco polecam :)

Amplias habitaciones, buen desayuno

Location

very nice accomidations nice area

not a lot to do being a tourist the parking situation not a very secure area foe evening walking

Location was good, the staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean

There was nothing I didn’t like except I could hear the people above me

Precio, desayuno y limpieza.

Personal del desayuno

Staff was very nice, the breakfast was good

The area and the room wasn’t cleaned well

our room was immaculate and very big - staff very friendly and helpful

Comfortable, nice staff

Would be nice if they have slippers for bath

It is a nicely built facility. My room smelled nice and fresh.

Hallway carpets should’ve been freshened up it had a not so fresh smell.

The BLUEBERRY SCONES for breakfast were so tasty! Very spacious and comfortable suite, views slightly marred by a very tall building! Staff were so helpful and friendly (especially Tracey). Great location for what we needed and parking was managed with the “on street” parking - just got to keep an eye on your timings

Not much not to like

We Loved this property. Location, reception staff and house keeping were all pleasant and accommodating. Answered all questions with a smile and a solution. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was phenomenal!

The room was spacious and very clean and all the staff that we encountered at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good every morning.

Parking was the only issue. One, it’s crazy expensive and it’s not very convenient for loading and unloading your bags or family, particularly when there’s bad weather which there was while we were there.

Everything

Loved the location, breakfast options were great, room clean and beds were comfy.

Paying for parking

Big rooms

Room was not made up room was to hot l couldn’t just temperature

Buona colazione.

Very clean facility. The kitchen test were very convenient. The breakfasts were nicely staffed and well done.

The parking situation was confusing and could be expensive.

Huge room, comfortable bed, great location, pretty town

Only one bedside table for double bed, snickers cost six bucks, hotel gives you two bottles of water with a sign saying “the first two bottles are on us” as if we’re supposed to think that’s generous. But basically apart from the bedside table deficit it was perfect

nice lobby and breakfast was excellent

parking was down the street in public lot and $25 day Housekeeping could be slightly cleaner on the floor

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were awesome!

Nothing

Very good

No ATM No good after hours eat will need to go to grocery store before entering suite Was not pleased at paying for parking

A good location in Willmington downtown with a really big room. The price is also good.

The parking fee is 25/day for hotel guests.

Nice ambiance. Included breakfast was better than expected

Housekeeping was very limited. Requests were not fulfilled. Light housekeeping means no housekeeping. Room attendant was unfriendly.

Nothing

The receptionist was very rude!!!!!!

Location very bad area… I checked out within hours of checking in. Did NOT stay the night actually after seeing surroundings

Went there with a group of veterans.great experience brilliant staff.

Nothing

Very nice suite

The beds are extremely comfortable!! The full size fridge and dishwasher was awesome. We loved the fully stocked kitchen. The room smelt clean and fresh. Great stay and will be back!

N/A

The staff was caring and attentive. When our autistic child eloped, they helped find her without judgement.

The food was tired. But, it was free.

Location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Mattress was not comfortable

It was very good. Clean, excellent breakfast, spacious.

All good. Beds were a tick too soft but all good.

I stayed at this hotel last night and had a terrible experience. The heating system in my room was not working at all, and the room was freezing the entire night. It was so cold that I couldn’t sleep and ended up feeling sick the next day.

Staff was not so nice. I didn’t get what I paid for and my room was a step down on what I asked for

The breakfast was not that great and the staff was no so nice

Clean, friendly

Convenient location for local events. Comfortable and quiet.

Na

Location, pleasant staff, good breakfast.

Having a dog barking in a nearby room early in the morning and dome times in the evening. Nobody told us dogs were in this hotel.

Great apartment, brilliant friendly staff. The Managers all work hard there to keep the customers happy.A big shout out to Richard who made my group so welcome.

Nothing

The lobby is beautiful and smells great. The rooms were clean and was a great price for the size room.

The parking isn’t the greatest.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was great (many amenities).

Was going for surgery the next day and the hotel was situated only a few blocks away. It also only a few blocks from the restaurant we went to.

Everything about the hotel was good overall 10 out of 10

Lit double petit

Everything

The staff were very helpful, and everything in the room was as it should be.

Staff

Parking

Room was spacious! Nice size kitchen with plenty of seating. Beds were extremely comfortable!! Staff was very belpful!!.

We overslept n missed the breakfast. It would be nice to.have it available longer, especially on weekends. Still having difficulty getting our $150.00 deposit returned.

Clean and inviting. View of the city from our room was awesome.

We were a late check in and weren’t sure where we were supposed to park at first. There is a parking lot next to the building. We were only stopping over for the night but if we had a lot of luggage it would have been difficult to get inside, especially traveling with kids.

The property was very nice, the staff was very friendly, and the bedding was fantastic and the amenities good as well. The heat was a problem !

From the moment I arrived in the room, the room temperature was 64°. I found a staff member who helped me set the heat higher. Never warmed the room. I then addressed this with the front desk who said she will send someone up to fix the heat. At that point I left and came back to the room much later and the room temperature was 56. At that point I needed to go to bed. But the room was freezing. I honestly don’t know if the heat is set back on purpose and can’t be adjusted because the hotel seemed very empty.
