Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown

The room itself was clean

-Third floor is not as up-to date and as classy as the rest of the floors - The bottom lock to the room had a faulty lock. Which left the door unable to lock fully - The coffee table closest to the door had some kind of paint or wood chipping on it -The bathroom was missing a close up mirror -There is also no ice machine on the third floor. Which means guest would have to travel to a different floor. - There was even a difference between lighting across the different floors. There were several noticeable difference between the floors between the multiple times that I have stayed at this hotel. Some of the difference also pose a risk to those who might be traveling by themselves. For the money that was spent, and the lack of consistency. I unfortunately will not be staying at this location again

Location. Location. Location.

TV.

The room and facilities were exceptional. I was very comfortable during my stay.

The hotel was excellent but the location was far from any shops or the suburbs. The hotel is located in the business district, which would be great for others but not the best for my stay.

Over priced

Taste of Food

We love the room set ups

The beds sheets were dirty. Had dirty flimsy comforters and was old black Covid mask

Very cleaning and welcoming staff.

No complaints.

The room was big

I hade trouble getting the room to be dark. Even with the door was closed, I did not understand the concept

Location was great. Rooms were very clean.

The drainage to sink and toilet flushed slow. Room was missing a chair to eat at table for two.

La limpieza y organización

No tenían para abrir una botella de vino ...un abre corcho

Clean, quiet, comfortable, close to venue

Had to leave!

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean

Riding my motorcycle down in the garage. Not safe. The slop goin in is dangerous. The hotel would be excellent if it did slop down.

Shower had good pressure 😁

Is the pool open

Location, staff

Fees we didn’t know about ( parking fee, breakfast)

The cleanness, the staff was very helpful

The parking ,

Room size & view

Area around hotel

Nice and clean

Lots of homeless people around the parameter

Comfortable bed

Front desk people had bad attitude, didn't make guests feel welcome. Parking is a headache. Some chairs at lobby were dirty and old. Doors, carpet, walls etc. need maintenance. I feel like I paid for a nice place, and stayed in just a $100 motel

Good location, spacious comfortable rooms.

Housekeeping and service staff inattentive and appeared not to care as request for fixing malfunctioning safe and shower head were not rectified in spite of bringing it to the attention of the front desk. Housekeeping came to clean and turn over the room @5p

It’s very nice and clean and family friendly

Good location. Street parking.

Pool was advertised in photos. There is no pool.

Location, Cleanliness and Amenities

THE ROOM AND FRONT DESK STAFF IS EXCELLENT. THE PARKING GARAGE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

The manager at the location has horrible customer service. Could not tell me about what the charges were for on my bill. Rude and no sympathy.

The front desk associate black male was very rude

Location

Terrible parking availability. Too small of set spaces

Hotel was nice

Parking My vehicle did fit parking which was not conveyed the height limit. And didnt know breakfast was not included.

Room was big and had a separating door

Nothing

Hey I’m

没有吃到早餐，看到图片有很多水果🍉希望能在酒店餐厅招待宾客。

Location and staff

Extremely old and unkept. TV didn’t work as well as A/C. Everything was rundown: room furniture, shower faucet, etc. Very disappointing.

Room was nice and big. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Could use some TLC as paint on the door was chipping.

Not a lot of close food places. I order food from the “restaurant” in the hotel but it was burnt so bad most of it was not edible. Way over priced for the low quality.

Cleanliness

Parking was too expensive.

Everything was nice

Nice, clean, and maintained!

Lots of construction in the parking garage.

Room is very spacious

A minor disappointment on the buffet breakfast schedule. The Marriott Bonboy website says open until 11 AM on the weekend. I came at 9:35 AM and at 9:55, the staff told us that buffet close at 10 AM. Had they informed me before I started eating, I wouldnt have eaten. Some guests even came at 9:45 and the staff didnt tell them until 9:56.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location.

I’ve been trying to reach a manager about additional charges made to my card I paid for my room through Booking, paid a non refundable pet fee at check in and I have a $200 charge directly from Sheraton, this is the second time I book through Booking. com and then the hotel charges me also !!! Going to skip Booking.com from now on

The theft of my funds

I was unable to even go to the property - I requested to get a room early because we were going to a wedding at 2 pm and we needed to get into a room to change after a long day of travel. I requested an early room a month in advance and then called the night before and they said it would be no problem and to just call again in the morning and when I did they said that it was not possible at all. The weather was so bad that we couldn’t stay overnight and the only reason we were gonna keep the room was to change before the wedding. I am just very frustrated. We could not get refunded which I understand but in general to be told we could get in early and then not, ruined our day of travel saturday.

Great overall experience for the time I spent in the room.

Better pillows

The bed it was so comfortable

Shower could use updating

For all that money they don’t offer breakfast kept running out of toilet paper housekeeping was rude

Took long with everything I needed help with tv in bedroom stopped working price to high to not be satisfied driving hours away from home

We liked the staff's accommodating responsiveness to address our concerns in the restaurant during our breakfast.

The hot food on the buffet bar was cold; however, the staff readily remedied the situation. The chef brought out hot food which was excellent service!

Being harassed by homeless soon as you come up to the property

Everything look like it been fixed up cheap

room layout was great (separate sleeping area from living room

Having to pay extra for everything (parking, breakfast).

My suite felt like home, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and I will be visiting again.

The shower needed new paint

Zentrale Lage. Gute Ausstattung.
