L' hotel Astarta è un luogo fuori dal tempo, bellissimo. Il suo punto di forza è il personale magnifico e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante, è stato un viaggio nei sapori della Turchia Sud orientale. consigliatissimo.

A localização era maravilhosa a poucos metros do Balikligol. Área calma e residencial. A poucos metros do raro local da cidade em que se pode apreciar uma cerveja no calor de Sanliurfa. No quarto que escolhemos havia uma escada para o banheiro que requeria cuidado ao subir ou descer .

Tudo estava muito bom.

Very nice and kind people at the reception, they waited for us when we came around 11 pm and arrange the parking spot. Also the female owner of the hotel was very nice ( I forgot the name, sorry) They answered every question we had and gave good directions. Good breakfast and they also have a restaurant in the hotel. We recommend this hotel.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y precioso, que se ahorra las ruidosas turistadas. El trato es excelente pir parte del personal y la dueña , las habitaciones amplias e impolutas y la cocina muy buena, por encima de lo habitual, tienen un buen chef y el desayuno es espectacular asi como la presentación.

Estaría bien poder cenar y desayunar en la terraza ya que nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarla, aunque el comedor era muy agradable

Très bon séjour ! L’hôtel est propre, agréable et très bien situé. La chambre était confortable et le personnel accueillant, disponible et professionnel. Там просто идеальное обслуживание, великолепная подача, а сами блюда лучшие за всю 13 дневную поездку по 7 городам Турции. Отель рекомендую! Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel und wenn möglich wurde unser Auto im Schatten geparkt, die Innenstadt und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, das Personal war freundlich und wir bekamen beim Ankommen einen heißen türkischen Tee serviert...

wir konnten uns leider das Zimmer unserer Zimmerkategorie nicht selbst aussuchen - sondern es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen - der Wechsel in unser Favoritenzimmer war leider nicht möglich, das Bett war leider sehr hart und das türkische Frühstück war sehr gut, aber war leider nicht selbst auszuwählen sondern es wurde uns beide Tage das Gleiche serviert und Kaffee gab es leider auch keinen...

I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The staff was so very kind, the hotel itself is gorgeous and very clean, quiet and peaceful. The restaurant in the hotel was the best food I've had in all of my trips to Turkey - the chef is a culinary genius! I was actually sad about leaving this place. I will 100% come back to this city just to visit this hotel. I am in love!

Sehr gutes Frühstück und tolle Lage des Hotel. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch authentisch eingerichtet.

Otelin konumu, binası avlusu odaları çok güzeldi. Personel çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Fijn hotel met zeer behulpzame personeel en een zeer goed ontbijt. We hebben heerlijk genoten. Hotel ligt centraal en alles ligt op loopafstand.

Alles was perfect.

Tiene un restaurante excepcional de la mano de un buenísimo Chef. La iluminación nocturna del lugar es fascinante y la atención del personal y sus dueños es genial, muy amable y gratificante.

Если коротко - все очень понравилось. Расположение: все самое главное в ШанлыУрфе- в шаговой доступности - пещеры, пророки, музеи, базар, супермаркет. Рекомендую просто прогуляться по этому району - много ухоженных аутотентичных улочек, ароматных пекарен, интересных зданий. В отеле служащие сами паркуют автомобиль - это очень удобно на узкой улочке. В отеле работает очень хороший служащий, Рамазан, разговаривает по английски, по русски. Очень общительный, всегда очень помогает - объясняет что где находится, помогает со всякими бытовыми мелочами - наполнить термос, принести стаканы и т.д.. Я второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Решили поужинать наконец там где живем и оказалось, что кухня тут просто превосходная, а уж мы-то перепробовали много ресторанов. В этот второй приезд, точнее, в самый его отъезд, когда уже выносил чемоданы, познакомился с хозяевами отеля - они очень милые и интеллигентные люди. Жаль, что так поздно познакомились. Хозяин - сам археолог. Он занимается раскопками в Урфе и водит экскурсии. Всегда гораздо интереснее и познавательнее, когда экскурсии проводит тот, кто погружен в тему профессионально, чем тот, кто рассказывает на уровне рекламных буклетов.

Hotel caratteristico a due passi da Balikligol. Camere ampie dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale super disponibile, anche per posteggiare l’auto, sempre di fronte alla struttura. La colazione viene servita al piano di sopra, dove funge anche da ristorante, con una quantità impressionante di varianti tutte tipicamente turche. Nel raggio di 1 km troverete un ampio centro commerciale con negozi e punti ristoro.

Mrs Arzu runs a great place - we were there for one night only (but I wish we could have stayed longer) and every single detail was taken care of including a valet car service. We said we wanted to go to a traditional Urfa Sira Gecesi and Mrs Arzu booked us in to the best place in town where we had an amazing night. The location is superb as it is 5 mins walk from the historical sights of Urfa like Balikli Gol and the historic castle/old town/market. The room was very clean but modern with TV and modern bathroom, spotless as well. Breakfast was outstanding as was the in house restaurant with its own renowned chef (serving high quality lunch and dinner too). Will DEFFO be returning !

We had some issues with the water lambing in the room which was an inconvenience.

I felt very welcomed at the hotel. The staff was outstanding. When I drove up they took care of my car and always parked for me very nearby. The location was excellent. Nice quiet area but very close to walk to the main market and the areas I wanted to tour. The breakfast was lovely - a full Turkish breakfast (not standard hotel buffet). When I returned from the day - I felt at home, comfortable, and safe. The common areas - lobby and large courtyard were lovely. The rooms were so quiet and nicely appointed.

The room overall was a little cramped. The fridge did not seem to work - but I really didn't need it. The lighting in the room was not helpful to read in bed.

They greeted me by name and helped park my car for me. I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The room was very quiet and I slept wonderfully. The location is excellent - smaller street but very near the places I had wished to visit. The staff was the best. Very good English and helpful in every regard. Very stylish and pretty hotel. In the morning I had a lovely full Turkish breakfast included in the cost. I would certainly recommend it and stay here again!

The room was a little small. Shower was a bit unpredictable with the temperature control. I wish the hours of breakfast were expanded a little earlier. The restaurant had limited vegetarian options.

A new hotel very close to balikligöl in an old mansion renovated recently. Very comforrable and clean. Great value for money

A good breakfast. The location was very good, close to all the main sites.

We could hear some noise from the street adjacent to our room.

From the moment we pulled up to saved spaces in front of the property, every detail was perfection. Good location, easy to walk to tourist sites and museums. Spotlessly clean, rooms and fittings look brand new and high end. AC and WIFI work well. The team is what make this property very special. We felt like friends by the end of the stay. Good English from the owner and manager. Anything you need at all, just ask!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Astarte in Sanliurfa. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the museum, the castle, and the Pool of Abraham. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning traditional decoration that creates such an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and very well maintained. Breakfast was amazing, with delicious options to start the day, and the personnel were truly great—warm, helpful, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We especially loved the very helpful staff (especially Arzu!) and the terrace view over the city.

Absolutely beautiful and very well thought out. The details and design are very appealing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved the owner! She made the stay very personal and welcoming. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious and so well prepared!!! The area the hotel is located is so walkable with everything near!

The only negative thing is the pillows are so over stuffed that they hurt your neck and are uncomfortable.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en aardige kamer met daarin een enorm bad voor twee personen met bubbeloptie. Alleen was de waterdruk onvoldoende om het op redelijke termijn gevuld te krijgen. In de badkamer een heerlijke hamamdouche.

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und ich schreibe eigentlich selten Bewertungen – und wenn, dann eher negative. Dieses Hotel hat mich jedoch so positiv überrascht, dass ich unbedingt eine Ausnahme machen möchte. Es handelt sich um einen Familienbetrieb, bei dem man sofort merkt, dass alles bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht ist. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, die Atmosphäre herzlich und authentisch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Betreiber selbst – Historiker und Restaurator – der uns nicht nur spannende Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat, sondern auch mit seiner Leidenschaft beeindruckt. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alles ist schnell erreichbar, und das Frühstück war schlicht unglaublich – mit viel Liebe, Qualität und Auswahl zubereitet. Ein Haus mit Seele und Charakter, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

We loved everything. From - car parking was right outside the hotel and we were welcomed by the owner on arrival. We loved the courtyard as soon as we saw it and the room was perfect. The owner recommended us a place for dinner and the food was beautiful. The breakfast was stunning and we loved it all. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, all of whom were kind, friendly and welcoming. We would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone visiting, and we would definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing

All attractions are within 500 meters. You can park your car right in front of the hotel, and the hotel offers valet parking. The stone house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel staff is very welcoming and the service is excellent. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

We zijn afgelopen week 2 nachten in deze hotel verbleven. Arzu en Ibrahim hebben ons met open armen ontvangen, het personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk. Ontbijt was ook lekker. De kamer was ook netjes en proper. De locatie was ook top, in de buurt van Balikligöl en de bazaar van Urfa. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen!!! There isn't anything to dislike about this superb hotel sighted perfectly in the old city of Urfa. The owners and their team make you feel so welcome and are delighted to help you with recommendations for food , culture, and anything else you want. We will definitely be back. They were also very accommodating by keeping a parking space in front of the hotel too, which takes a lot of stress out of any trip. Big thanks for everything.

The rooms were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind. The hotel is right in the old city center, very close to the bazaar, and has a fantastic location. The breakfast was also amazing everything was incredibly delicious. Thanks to the hospitality of the owner, Ms. Arzu, her husband, and the staff, we truly felt at home. This makes it hard to sleep. Everything else was lovely and the staff were friendly. Your room is not cleaned unless you specifically request it, but they do do laundry.

I would advise anyone staying to avoid the Romm called Sare as the pipes in the bathroom scream everytime someone in the hotel uses a tap.

It’s a unique property in an ancient building. The staff were really helpful and the room was spacious.

The hosts were so lovely. They parked our rental car for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to all the main attractions. The breakfast was included and was delicious.

Wow, what a great place this is. Staff is so friendly, breakfast superb, and there is a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy the sun and the many birds. We had a typical stone house family room. Location is conveniently close to all the main venues as well.

The toilet leaked a bit, and there’s no ventilation in the bathroom but that was absolutely no issue for us.

The building is 500 hundred years old . You are staying in a piece of history . Do not expect all mod cons and standard type rooms . The house is built around a central court yard . The windows over look this , all are extremely different and window sizes also differ . The house was built to withstand the heat and protect those living there . You could not ask for more delightful staff , who go way beyond to make your stay unforgettable . Hear , personally we ate the finest breakfast we have ever eaten in our lives each morning . The Anatolian breakfast was a gastronomic delight . The location in the old part of the city is also excellent . Easily accessible by car and you can walk and visit all the sights and museums . This is an extraordinary and wonderful place that we look forward to returning to.

The hot water was set to a threshold which is not okay. We ran out of hot water when we were showering.

Otel balıklıgöle yürüme 10 dk mesafede. Eski bir yerleşim bölgesinde olduğundan özellikle daha önce doğu illerinde yaşamadıysanız garip gelebilir ancak korkmayınız; Urfa merkez zaten böyle bir yer. Biz güvenlik açısından hiçbir kötü durumla karşılaşmadık. Aksine halk ve esnaf güleryüzlü idi. Bölgede doğalgaz hattı yok ısınma klima ile mümkün oluyor, bu sebeple kış aylarında gidecek misafirlere (biz Ocak ayında gittik ) önerim biraz sıkı giyinmeleri çünkü oda hemen ısınmıyor. Odada el dokuması nevresimler, yün yorgan ve yastıklar var yani uyurken kesinlikle üşümezsiniz. Otel, geleneksel urfa evlerini yansıtan bir mimaride, biz özellikle o sebeple burada kalmak istedik ve beklentimizi karşıladı. Bahçesindeki limon ağacıncaki yaramaz kuşların seslerine bayıldık. Otelin sahipleri ve tüm çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltıda yöresel lezzetler var ben özellikler siverek peyniri ve kırma yeşil zeytini beğendim. Temizlikle ilgili tek olumsuz yorumum, duş biraz daha temiz olmalıydı. Başka bir olumsuzluk görmedik. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik , teşekkür ediyoruz.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those wishing to visit the Balikligol area as it is situated in the old town maybe 150 meters from the Balikligol area. The hotel itself is a renovated old (I think) Armenian house with an inner courtyard where you have your breakfast (a generous one at that). I got one of the larger rooms with the jacuzzi in it, which was great to relax in after a long day sight-seeing.

They are still working to complete a large kitchen and restaurant on the first floor above the entrance area. I think this will be great as guests will be able to have their lunch and dinner at the hotel. We went out for dinner at night and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Beautiful property conveniently located in the middle of Urfa’s old town, near the necropolis, the pool of Abraham, the castle, and the bazaar. The staff were super nice and always offered us tea, and the breakfast was delicious and abundant.
