Property was well maintained, open air showers and bathtub were a plus. Definitely I will stay back again if I come back to Bali.

Add a shuttle to the BEACHWALK mall would be beneficial to the guests. Otherwise nothing to complain about

Bien dans l ensemble mais pourrait y avoir des améliorations, la piscine de la villa est froide alors on ne peut pas se baigner , pourtant j y étais en juillet mais impossible de se baigner dans l eau froide , c est dommage car j avais louer pour cela , de plus elle n était pas nettoyer Les installations de la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement

Le lieu est magnifique, les villas sont incroyable . Pour les enfants tout est géniale , vélo trottinette à disposition, ping poing , mini golf … Merci pour ce superbe séjour , le personnel est adorable 😍

I could not fault anything. The grounds and villa were immaculate, the food was delicious, the location was great. The staff were fantastic and could not enough for you. I wish I stayed longer and I will definitely be returning.

Gestion du restaurant le soir. Possibilité de commander jusqu’à 21h mais le plat+dessert sont alors servis ensemble... Le standing de l’etablissement n’est pas à la hauteur sur l’organisation de leur restaurant. Prix du service blanchisserie est élevé.

The privacy and calmness, together with the amazing atmosphere and kindness of your staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we experienced your warm Balinese hospitality and a true sense of peace. Our villa was breathtaking, clean and incredibly spacious and our bathroom felt like a private spa. The highlight of our trip was our surprisingly large private pool where we could disconnect and relax. The food at your restaurant was simple and delicious and the staff is incredible, making our stay so comfortable. The shuttle service you provided was a standout. We cannot recommend your private pool villas highly enough. We had a week of ultimate relaxation and will encourage a stay at your retreat with great enthusiasm and support. We will be back! Thank you for your expert service and for making us feel so welcome.

Villa was very clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and attentive. Lunch and dinner was also very good.

I didn't love that breakfast was buffet style. We also had issues with the toilet flushing and water pressure but I think it may have been a one off due to a water pump issue.

- Die E-Butler App ,wird beim Check In eingerichtet. Man kann hier Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen, Ausflüge buchen, Transfers etc. Ebenfalls mit der Rezeption chatten - Shuttle zu Jimbaran Beach wird angeboten - Man hat Fahrräder, um durch die kleine Anlage zu fahren - Riesiger Pool vom Hotel - Zimmerservice hat 1A funktioniert. Essen war innerhalb von 20 Min in der Villa. - Das Zimmer an sich war wirklich riesig. Sehr gemütliches Bett - Eine gefüllte Minibar mit Obst und mehreren Getränken konnte ohne Kosten genutzt werden - Offener Duschbereich war schön eingerichtet

- relativ abgelegen von allem. Ohne Grab / Taxi kommt man nicht wirklich vom Fleck - Im Restaurant wird ein Buffet angeboten, leider keine rotierende Auswahl - Badewanne leider nicht wirklich nutzbar. Nach einiger Zeit war kein heißes Wasser mehr vorhanden und es dauert gefühlt 1h bis genug Wasser drin ist. - Bis nach Uluwatu knapp 40 Min mit Grab, da die Straßen sehr marode sind

I think it’s the best place to be for a perfect get away. After a day or night out in Bali, that’s where you want to be. So peaceful and quiet! But close to best entertainment in Bali

The outdoor shower has some inconveniences. Coming back late at night, it was windy and it was hard to use the shower. And you’re having a shower and a monkey walking on the wall looking at you!

The private pool was a highlight, offering a great space to unwind in total seclusion. I also particularly enjoyed the open-air shower, which provided a refreshing and unique experience that connected well with the tropical setting. Furthermore, the service staff were consistently polite and friendly, making the stay feel welcoming and well-attended.

Everything was well-managed and the experience met my expectations for a relaxing retreat.

We wanted a few days of total relaxation, so if you’re looking for something out of the main areas this is an ideal location as you can not walk to anything from here. Very well maintained grounds, beautiful villas with private pools and outdoor bathrooms.

The restaurant onsite was below average, with a basic menu and bland food. The breakfast was poor with limited options. As this resort is out of the way, should you want to eat out you will need to book a taxi or scooter, there is nothing in walking distance except a basic convenience store by the resort entrance

Avery comfortable stay here in the private villas the pool was excellent with a huge room and outdoor dining, the breakfast was ok at first but as the week wore on it gradually went down serving cold food and long wait time not good for a hotel that wasn’t busy, the dining menu was quite good with a good selection but we didn’t eat there too much All the staff at Vivara were excellent and very friendly and helpful

Location is a bit out but their shuttle service was very good to local area only Bed linen was only changed on request I would like to see it changed daily And a fan in the outdoor dining would be good it can get a bit hot under there

he pool water was clean, the villa was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were all lovely and helpful. Among all the great things, the free shuttle service was a real bonus — thanks to the amazing staff, we saved a lot of time and money on transportation. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant and breakfast didn’t quite match the high standard of the villa and other facilities. The juice tasted a bit bitter, and some of the food wasn’t very fresh. I stayed for more than a week, and breakfast was the main area of concern. Also, inside the Villa the kitchenware can be improved, the Villia room I was staying the knife was a bit rusty.

The best part of villa was huge private pool! It was amazing! The entire area looked very nice and well-maintained. There was privacy between the villas, which is a big plus.

Breakfast! We didn’t buy breakfast package and it was very good decision. One day we took floating breakfast and it was only good for photo.

This is the best stay we have ever had. Booked Vivara as part of our honeymoon and we wish we stayed here the whole time. Staff are incredibly kind and go above and beyond to make guests stay more comforting. And the villas are next level and exceed expectations. Resort facilities are great and the food from the buffet breakfast and restaraunt are delicious. Definitely coming back and cannot recommend Vivara enough. Massive guest pool, world class staff, wonderful spa services, amazing restaraunt and villas that photographs cannot capture their luxury and beauty.

Die private Villa war traumhaft schön. Man war in seiner eigenen kleinen Oase und konnte alles wirklich genießen.

Da das Badezimmer auch im freien war, kamen leider öfters kleine Insekten überall hin.

Very nice and spacious bungalows (we had the type with two bedrooms), with 100% privacy. Little or non interaction was needed with staff or other guests, everything was very smooth.

Location is quite close to some beaches, but you still need to walk or get a taxi. You basically use the bungalows mainly for sleep, We did not use / see the restaurant or other facilities.

Not much. Location was a bit away from everything - so had to take a grab everywhere.

From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

This property is good for a day or two, however anything for long duration, it can become boring, as the menu in inhouse restaurant is very limited and repetitive. The property needs a refresh as well, as the amenities are showing its age. The kitchen is basically useless as its a camping stove and the utensils were so smashed up ;) The only saving grace is the lovely staff who are promptly available at the service

We wanted a place to stay that was out of the way, no hustle and bustle. Perfect for what we wanted
