The hotel is super clean and the staff super helpful and friendly.

It is about a 15 min walk to main area of town , but 5 min walk is a beach club (Carmelita) which you pay 200mxn and you can enjoy the pool, lagoon entrance, chairs etc and they give you a towel. I loved it.

Un lugar muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. El personal es excelente, son muy atentos y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. Eduardo nos ayudó con un tour y todo súper bien.

Un par de ocasiones se fue la luz, pero fue muy breve. No está muy cerca del centro pero los taxis son económicos.

Personnel très agréable. Jolie déco à l’accueil. Café offert. Chambre propre, bonne literie.

Chambres très petites avec peu de rangement pour 4 personnes. Terrasse sans intimité, grande proximité avec les voisins. Forte odeur d’égout lors de notre séjour. Un peu éloigné du centre de Bacalar. Attention des clous sur le parking

El servicio en recepción bastante bueno. Me encanta que tengan café caliente y agua a la mano (a cualquier hora) a disposición del huesped. La decoración y toques del hotel me gustaron mucho. El shampoo y acondiconador que encuentras en la ducha es excelente. (difícil encontrar algo bueno en los hoteles) y este es bastante bueno!!! :) nos encantó.

La limpieza no estaba del todo perfecta. El aire acondicionado no enfríaba muy bien. La cancelería hacia el balcón no tiene segurito. (Dio un poco de temor dejar nuestras cosas personales con confianza) porque los balcones colindan con la habitación del costado fácilmente. Deberían mejorar eso. Es un servicio de seguridad que a todo huesped le gusta. Ojalá pronto pavimenten la calle del hotel. Es bastante rudo manejar para entrar. Quizá comenzar con el área de estacionamiento.

Everything was great! The value of this hotel was wonderful, better than I expected given the price. The staff were wonderful. Stephy was sweet and super helpful and even helped us pick a quieter room, since I am a light sleeper. Carlos was also very helpful organizing taxis for us - all around great stay! Walking distance to a nice beach club, and 30 minutes from the center, with an easy path that walks alongside the laguna!

Es un hotel decorado con buen gusto y su personal es atento y amable. Especial mención merece Eduardo, nos orientó para conocer lo mejor de Bacalar.

Del hotel me gustó todo. Lo que sugiero es alquilar coche si te hospedas fuera del centro de Bacalar. Alma de Zorro tiene aparcamiento 🅿️

Hard to find on highway

Het is een mooi nieuw verblijf. Ze zijn nog wel aan het bouwen. Het is schoon en personeel is aardig. Gratis thee en goede koffie en water.

Communicatie verliep langzaam op Booking.com uiteindelijk geboekt omdat ik niet snel reactie kreeg op Airbnb. Het personeel was er al vroeg bij en maakte veel lawaai door veel met elkaar te praten onderling en te lachen om 8 uur in de ochtend. Ook ging het hotel muziekje aan zo vroeg. Alles is vrij gehorig. Het lijkt allemaal groter op de foto’s, er is een heel klein zwembadje en de rest zit nog in de verbouwing. Dat had wel in de advertentie benoemt kunnen worden. Kwa prijs vonden wij dit niet in verhouding.

Le personnel était top. L'hôtel était en travaux. Je pense qu'il sera vraiment sympa une fois fini!

Muy buena habitación, limpia y con detalles de un hotel de más categoría: las toallas, el café, la decoración. La ducha excelente. La entrada puede ser un poco oscura pero todo el resto vale mucho la pena. La atención: excelente!

Mooie plek met fijne kamers en comfortabele bedden. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en deelt graag tips voor de omgeving. Een auto is handig om het best ver uit het centrum ligt, maar een taxi is ook makkelijk besteld bij de receptie. Wij betaalden 50, 70 en 100 pesos voor hetzelfde ritje - dus stel vooraf even een prijs vast met de chauffeur. Het is er stil en rustig. Op loopafstand zit een eco lodge waar je kunt ontbijten en op maandagochtend 6:45 bij zonsopkomst gratis een yoga les kunt volgen.

What an spectacular hotel, the ambiance, location, rooms, everything is amazing. The service from all the staff is outstanding, they are very warm and helpful. We will come back to this wonderful place and I recommend it to all, it is simply amazing. Thank you to all the team!!

La nueva piscina y el dueño del lugar Eduardo un tipo muy simpático y atento

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, es bonito y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Está situado alrededor de la naturaleza con lo cual es muy tranquilo.

Está muy lejos del centro de Bacalar. A pie son 40 minutos, y los últimos 20 minutos son en camino de tierra sin luz. En taxi el hotel está a unos 7 min del centro, y cuesta unos 100 pesos.

El lugar está hermosamente decorado, un hotel boutique precioso con café ilimitado, habitaciones pequeñas pero muy cómodas. Tienen en sus planes expandir un poco más el hotel, tienen una increíble visión para esta expansión.

El personal. Cordial, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Posizione ottima per chi non vuole stare vicino al centro, strada per arrivare un po' sconnessa. La camera era grande, due letti matrimoniali molto comodi, terrazzino carino per riposarsi, staff cortese e disponibile.

La doccia perdeva di lato e proveniva un odore sgradevole dallo scarico del lavandino

Camera ottima e struttura molto molto bella e pulita. I gestori molto disponibili ci hanno consigliato attività e ristoranti. Non è in posizione centrale ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Con soli 70 pesos i taxi ti portano in città: la reception è sempre disponibile per prenotartene uno.

La posizione: è in una zona periferica ed in fase di sviluppo quindi non ci sono molti servizi (ristoranti, bar, ecc). Stanno costruendo molte nuove strutture nella zona - nei prossimi anni probabilmente la posizione non sarà più un grande problema perché sarà inglobata e ci saranno molti più servizi nelle vicinanze

Todo esta muy a gusto pero lo mejor es la tranquilidad y espacio de la habitación lo hacen ser un lugar excepcional para tu descanso. Ademas hay un lugar hermoso a 50 metros en la laguna con kayaks, desayuno y privacidad. mejor no pudo haber estado. Ademas la alberca esta super adhoc al lugar.

Piscine toute petite (plutôt une grande baignoire), odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain, accès compliqué (100m de chemin tout terrain) et loin de la ville

Es un hotel hecho con cariño y buen gusto. Hemos estado 3 noches y nos ha encantado lo tranquilo que es, los productos de baño (el acondicionador me dejó el pelo increíble), la limpieza en todas las estancias,… pero por encima de todo: el personal. Muchas gracias a todos, sobre todo a Alejandro.

El hotel es ideal si lo que buscas es relajarte del ruido y sumergirte en la tranquidad , a 5 min del centro y rodeado de vegetacion , habitaciones muy comodas , chic decoracion y lugar muy limpio con estupenda atencion

L hôtel est charmant, la décoration soignée.

L emplacement est le gros point faible de cet hôtel. L accès se fait via à chemin très endommagé. L hôtel est cerné par les travaux et situé en bordure de la route, c est très bruyant. Pas d accès à la lagune, il faut se rapprocher du centre. La piscine est minuscule.

Pensé que era como en las fotos y al final no es así.

El acceso al hotel está un desastre, las fotos de Booking no son como está en persona, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia, por el precio hubiese encontrado algo mejor.

El lugar es muy bonito, la alberca súper agradable. Lo que no me gustó es que la limpieza deja mucho que desear y por las noches hay mucho ruido. Además, la luz es inestable.

Ett väldigt trevligt, litet mysigt och praktiskt hotell, enda problemet är att det ligger lite utanför själva staden

We stayed for one night, everything was clean. AC worked just fine, the only thing was the water in the shower it never came out hot just somewhat warm. Overall a safe and quiet stay

The Hotel is quite beautiful and full of antiques, it feels like a walk into history and complete world apart from the outside. The 24h coffee station is a wonder.

The pool is quite small, bugs and mosquitoes in the room and distance to town center is a bit far and due to it's closeness to the highway you can hear the noise of the trucks passing by.

Located on the periphery to Bacalar, we weren’t suffocated by the crowd; providing proper breathing room. Our Service animal was accepted without question, becoming popular amongst the staff. We are grateful for the wonderful memories to reminisce and laugh

Perfect for a couple of nights.

Me dijeron que las obras de al lado empezaban a las 7.30 de la mañana, que la piscina era muy pequeña y daba directamente a las habitaciones de abajo, por lo que no era muy buena, y que la vista desde su ventana daba directamente a una valla y a la casa de los vecinos. Tuvieron un problema con el agua que se solucionó y después tuvimos que volver a abrir la bomba ayer sobre las 11 de la noche y volvimos a preguntar al hotel por qué no tenían agua. Se quejaron de que tampoco había secador y de que la ruta para llegar era un camino de tierra con muchas piedras.

I really liked this hotel, perfect location, nice facilities and the staff is super nice. The price was very fair, I do recommend this hotel in the beautiful Bacalar.

Muy serviciales pero sin la capacidad de atender a mas personas No tienen terminal bancaria por lo que solo puedes pagar en efectivo o transferencia La entrada es feita. Mi carro sufrio .... Pero ya adentro del lugar esta bien

El hotel es lindo, las habitaciones dobles son camas matrimoniales q se me hicieron muy justas para 2 adultos y 2 niños, creo que deberían ser tamaño Queen. La calle de acceso no está pavimentada y nos ensuciamos mucho los zapatos y maletas en la tierra mojada, muy solo al rededor, no cuenta con estacionamiento.

Magnifique ! Personnel très sérieux et agréable. Point négatif le bruit de la route lié au passage des nombreux camions qui travaillent au projet du chemin de fer.

The hotel itself was beautiful and stylish. The staff was super friendly. There was air conditioning and a fan. The shower worked properly, with warm water and good pressure. Our room also had a quite large balcony where we could just sit in the evenings

The hotel was far from the city, and there were no places to stroll around nearby. The entrance road to the hotel was in very poor condition. The safe in the room couldn't lock. The hotel did not have a bar or the option to even buy soft drinks. The TV in our room was not working.

This boutique hotel was a hidden gem! We loved the small and quaint feel while still having all the amenities needed and more! Would absolutely stay here again. It is on the outskirts of town and thus we found some restaurents we probably wouldnt have visited had we not stayed on this side of town!

It is a bit far from the town centre, therefore if you dont have a mode of transportation (i.e a car or bike) then you will have to either walk (30 mins) or call a taxi

El hotel nos agrado muchísimo, la ubicación fue un tanto complicada ubicarla, y en la carretera su letrero es algo pequeño y sin iluminación para poder dar con ella fácilmente por las noches, de la habitación todo me pareció perfecto, cama super cómoda igual que las almohadas, el único inconveniente fue que las puertas de la regadera no se podían cerrar del todo bien y al usar la regadera toda el agua acaba en el resto del baño, y la puerta de la habitación que me tocó rechinaban demasiado, luegsr muy bonito y agradable, golveris nuevamente

En general bien, pero la alberca estuvo fría y no pudimos usarla y también en el cuarto hacía frío y mucho ruido de la carretera y camiones en la noche.
