Staff gentile e disponibile, giardino molto curato, ogni stanza é dotata di un piccolo spazio esterno con lavandino attrezzato, frigorifero, tavolino e sedie, apprezzata la smart tv, comodo il parcheggio.

La colazione non é nulla di che, c’é a disposizione un fornetto per tostare il pane, ma avrei gradito qualcosa in più. Personalmente non prenoterei questa struttura se non avessi l’auto, un pò fuori dal centro e difficile da raggiungere a piedi. Guardando la posizione sulla mappa pensavo ci fosse un accesso diretto alla laguna, ma il mio pensiero era sbagliato.

Prima locatie. Hou wel rekening met de afstand naar het centrum. In dat geval is een auto welkom.

No está tan cerca del centro pero no es un problema. La población tiene buenos servicios de taxis y muy cerca hay lugares para comer y para visitar la laguna.

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon in einem paradiesischen Garten. Man bekommt gute Tipps von der Vermieterin.

Man muss ein Stück gehen, um an den See zu gelangen, was in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft nicht möglich ist. Dafür kann man zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Bacalar spazieren in ca. 20 Minuten.

Sehr schön und originell gestaltete kleine Anlage mit Außenkitchenett. Rings herum ist es sehr grün. Die Wirtin Flora ist sehr freundlich und hat gute Tipps für die Gegend.

Es gibt leider außer dem Zimmer keine weiteren Bereiche, die Aufenthaltsqualität haben, weder im Innen- noch im Außenbereich. Die in Luftlinie nur wenige zig Meter entfernte Lagune ist leider wg. Zäunen etc. nicht erreichbar.

We enjoyed the accommodation to the fullest and Flor was the kindest host you could imagine. The place met all our expectations and Flor fulfilled all our wishes in the very second. No matter if it was a wish for a massage or recommendations for the beautiful area of Bacalar. We highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was a bit modest but we could talk to our lovely host and she brought additional items afterwards.

Clean and comfortable basic room. Quiet location tucked away with minimal traffic noise at night. The grounds have lovely plants and it feels safe and secluded. Breakfast concept is good but really you need to supplement what is on offer with extra purchases yourself. The lagoon is close by but access is limited. Own personal transport is almost essential for getting into Bacalar town and back. Communication with our host via watsapp was very good but we did not meet anyone in person at this accommodation in the two nights we stayed here.

J ai beaucoup aimé le cadre et la décoration, on entre dans un autre monde lorsqu’on arrive. On est en retrait de la ville, il faut une voiture pour y aller mais ça en vaut la peine car c est très calme comparé au centre-ville qui est très animé et bruyant.

Quaint jungle vibe, effective air con, comfortable bed and good terrace. Host was very good at sorting issues and keeping informed. I e complimentary breakfast included.

Location - although knew was far from centre and needed a car/taxi, we thought happy with 45min walk. But the it’s a rubble path, full of pot holes and no lighting so not safe to walk to town. Bear that in mind transport is a must to get to centre. Shower, the shower head was not great although the host got this fixed as was spraying everywhere, but the shower base/tray still overflowed. The soap dispensers were not great either. And the bathroom often smelled strongly of drains.

L'endroit est très joli, très boisé, et assez proche de bacalar si vous êtes en voiture. C'est très calme et propre. Les lits étaient confortables et il y a quelques équipements dans la chambre (cafetière, bouilloire et une carafe d'eau). On a reçu beaucoup de recommandation de notre hôte pour des lieux à visiter.

Otroligt fint hotell! Känns som att bo i en sagodjungel. Värden är alltid hjälpsam och trevlig. Hon skickade mycket tips på allt möjligt i Bacalar vilket gjorde vår resa bättre och smidigare! Utmärkt städning.

Läget var lite utanför, men om man har cykel eller bil är det inga problem. Wifiet var lite långtsamg ibland.

I was worried about the access road but it was all ok in our little Nissan March :) the breakfast is basic and not to our taste - I don’t really think it’s necessary though seeing you have a fridge and kitchenette and can just shop for your own things so all good.

The hotel is to the north of the town and so is a decent walk or taxi ride to downtown but the peace and quiet are well worth it. The owners (Flore in particular) could not have been more helpful.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Ganze Haus mit Garten so liebevoll dekoriert. Mann fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Kleines aber feines Frühstück zum selbst machen und am Balkon zu genießen. Wir haben sehr viele Tipps bekommen für die Umgebung. Es war so viel, dass wir eine Nacht verlängert hatten.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber, was mir persönlich immer sehr wichtig ist. Sie ist schön angelegt und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Allein auch durch die super herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie gab mir Tipp, war zu jeder Zeit per WhatsApp erreichbar, wenn ich Fragen hatte und hat mir beim Buchen von einem Segel-Trip geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen. Sie ist nicht direkt im kleinen Ort, weshalb man 20 Minuten laufen muss. Für mich persönlich kein Minuspunkt, weil ich gerne ein bisschen weg vom Trubel bin und es im Urlaub mag, viel zu laufen.

It is a bit of a walk to the city center and dining options. Rental bicycles would be a great update. If you don't mind taking taxis every day it's not a big deal.

Molte zanzare purtroppo, ma questo non è colpa della struttura ovviamente. Non ci è piaciuta la "spiaggia" consigliata per l'accesso alla laguna (zuccherificio), mentre sembra molto più bella quella subito dopo

Muy atenta y amable la responsable. El lugar aunque pequeño está bonito y están pendientes por si necesitas algo.

Instalaciones, pieza cómoda, con refrigerador, hervidor, aire acondicionado. Personal amable y atento.

Mal olor de las cañerías en el baño. Ducha con chorro irregular y mojaba todo el piso del baño. Escaleras inseguras para niños.

La patronne est très affable. Les chambres sont propres. La literie est bonne. L'originalité de la construction.

Le petit déjeuner est très succinct. Il est servi la veille dans un frigo à l'extérieur. le pain surtout manque un peu de fraîcheur. Il manque une partie commune pour partager des moments et pouvoir se poser. Au rez de chaussée, l'espace extérieur est très limité. C'est le principal point négatif.

El hotel es pequeño y encantador. Es altamente recomendable si llevas vehículo ya que no se encuentra en el centro. Limpio, seguro y cómodo. Te dejan un par de piezas de pan de caja, mantequilla, mermelada y manzanas que puedes tomar con café al desayuno. En general mi estancia fue agradable.

El jardín es muy lindo, no hay ruido. El cuarto también fue muy lindo.

Lo único que podríamos decir es la localización, pero porque no teníamos auto. Sino es un muy lindo hotel, muy tranquilo

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, y los ventiladores no eran suficientes para el calor que hacía, buena atención de los dueños

Todo bien, en realidad se descansa muy agradable, algunas deficiencias en cuanto a la atención a la habitación, todas las dudas se hacía en de forma remota, falta una persona que esté las 24 horas ya que todas la dudas se hacías por watsap, al di de hoy sigo esperando la factura que solicité y aún no me la han enviado

Es un lugar acojedor, limpió , seguro, buenas condiciones, cuenta con mucha vegetación, no lo catálogo como Hotel porque no hay recepción es más como Airbnb. Al rededor no encontré muchas opciones para acceder a la laguna y comer.

No me gustó que ofrezcan algo que no es para nada un desayuno, además no hay acceso a la laguna y perdimos el amanecer al estar buscando por donde entrar a la laguna.

Molto bella l' atmosfera generale della struttura immersa in un piccolo ma coloratissimo giardino curato nei minimi dettagli. Le camere piccole ma molto accoglienti con balcone e possibilità di vista sulla laguna. Bagno grande e pulito come anche la stanza. Personale gentile ed accogliente.

La colazione è descritta come continentale e, forse errore mio, mi aspettavo un buffet ma in realtà è composta da frutta, pane, marmellata e miele che si trovano nel minibar della stanza. Detto questo essenziale ma passabile.

J’ai passé six jours à Maison Bacalar et ce fut une très belle expérience. L’hôtel est superbe, conçu et entretenu avec beaucoup de soin et d’amour. Calme, paisible, et pourtant tout près du meilleur de Bacalar. Un grand merci à Flor, toujours souriante et prête à aider. Je reviendrai, c’est sûr !

Beautifully designed building with nice jungle garden. Kind hosts. Last couple of roads to the place are bumpy, unpaved, a bit tricky at night. It´s a 8 minute drive to the center of town. Airconditioner had an issue one of the nights.

Simply amazing, was sceptical at first but please go for it definitely recommend it !

Te weinig handdoeken, de weg naar het hotel was verschrikkelijk. Voor 100 euro per nacht mag dat wel vlot zijn. Ontbijt was heel basic maar ok. Onthaal kon beter, ik moest ETA doorgeven , en kon dat moeilijk zeggen en moest dan zelf wachten op iemand die ons moeilijk te woord kon staan. Maar geen drama.

Petit déjeuner basique, dommage d'avoir des pommes alors que le Mexique regorge d'excellents fruits !! Tranches de pain de mie, confiture et miel en barquette individuelle.. On entend les chiens qui aboient donc bien fermer les fenêtres !
