Zed Smart Property Airport by Airstay

It was convenient to the airport. Clean and I like that it had an outdoor area to sit.

We couldn’t figure out the coffee maker to have coffee. I think the area near there is a little economically struggling. But we walked down further and had a nice meal and it was a quaint area and the people were very kind and nice.

Overall, I was skeptical at first about this property. Yet, once self-check in was completed (similiar to an Airbnb) I was at ease with all the property had to offer. Cleaniness, comfort, hot running water, spacious room and peace and quiet behind secured property lines.

My only downfall was undertstanding how to order food for delivery without a Greek number per the restaurant at Pizza fan, he instructed me he could not fulfill my order without a Greek number. Sad face with a hungry stomach.

Muito bom para passar a noite entre voos, perto do aeroporto, simples e confortável. Táxi cobra 30 euros, 10/15 min do aeroporto. Instruções claras para check in fornecidas com antecedência. Café Nespresso e água.

Recebi um link do hotel para reservar táxi, paguei 5 euros pra garantir a reserva, tudo combinado e o motorista não apareceu nem deu notícia nenhuma . Nem tive como reclamar, não tinha como falar com ninguém...

Location is great, very clean, elegant and safe surroundings and is just 17mins away from the Athens Airport with a high technology doors..all informations needed are all provided in email..very organized airstay.. I am highly reccommending it! My rate is 11 out of 10

I like the fact that the air stay was only 10 minutes from the airport. One excellent thing was that in the room, we found an advertisement for a restaurant, which would pick you up and take you back to your room. The restaurant turned out to be in an excellent location, right on the beach, and the food was very good.

the room was too warm, even with the air-conditioning running. And the neighbors were rather noisy at 2 AM.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι βολική καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο. Επίσης, η πρόσβαση στο δωμάτιο ήταν εύκολη, χρησιμοποιώντας τους κωδικούς που είχαν αποσταλεί ηλεκτρονικά.

Πρώτον, είχαμε δωμάτιο για ΑΜΕΑ και όλα τα είδη υγιεινής (νιπτήρας, τουαλέτα) ήταν σε χαμηλότερο ύψος συγκριτικά με αυτό που έχουμε συνηθίσει. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε ένα σημείο όπου να μπορούμε να τοποθετήσουμε μπουκαλάκια με κρέμες, φακούς επαφής κλπ. Η ντουζιέρα βούλωσε πολύ εύκολα και τα νερά έβγαιναν έξω. Οσον αφορά το δωμάτιο, το στρώμα ήταν πολύ άβολο. Επίσης, η καθαριότητα ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Ολες οι πρίζες και τα πόμολα ήταν βρώμικα και είχαν σκόνη, θεωρητικά είχαν να καθαριστούν πάρα πολύ καιρό!

The location is excellent, easy access, everything is clean. We didn't meet the staff but we really enjoy coming back to you every time.

The blanket in the bed was dirty. It was close to the airport but other than that it was not really a great stay for the price.

The air conditioning unit could not cool down the room. The room was very warm and made sleeping difficult. The walls are also very thin. Guests were generally quiet, but we were able to hear guests checking in very late at night.

Lovely and easy no fuss very clean and excellent facilities in the room. Good location for an easy taxi to and from the airport.

SOOO LOUD. I got no sleep constant banging and it’s in the middle of no where so it was all inside the hotel. Then I finally went back to sleep and housekeeping tried to enter my room at 8 am and woke me up again even though checkout was at 11 am.

Formidable position, comfortable, clean, practical, competitive and almost unbeatable price-quality level.

The nerdy, impersonal, somewhat tricky access-procedure to the structure, unless you terribly enjoy playing with codes, apps, links and similar tiresome practicalities is rather annoying. A bit more of a human touch would be a major asset to this place which for the rest is quite near to perfection.

It was a little sterile and there is no staff on site. The location is great for getting some sleep near the airport, but the neighborhood is lackluster. It’s really just a good place to shower, sleep and chill or work online

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du lit. Le matelas était parfait, très confortable et très grand. Le fait que la chambre soit également spacieuse était un vrai point positif.

L’isolation acoustique n’était pas du tout bonne : on entendait régulièrement les bruits de la chambre voisine, les conduites de la douche et les pas dans les couloirs.Le ménage n’était pas non plus impeccable : certains endroits n’étaient pas bien nettoyés. De plus, il n’y avait pas de bouteille d’eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur. Pour le prix de la chambre, je trouve cela peu acceptable de devoir se contenter d’une carafe d’eau.

the entire selling point of this place is being close to the airport which implies you'll be able to rest for your flight- this was far from the experience.. the AC barely worked, the bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable and we barely managed to rest at all.. such a disappointing experience

The only thing I liked about the hotel is how close it was to the Athens airport. We had a layover overnight so it was convinient, so we thought...

We were on the first floor, we could hear absolutely everything going on outside, in the halls, next to us, not sound proof at all we could not sleep. People screaming, beds banging, all the doors opening and closing. Second, there was a COCKAROACH in the room in the curtains and windows. We called customer service about 10 times, no response. They do not have 24h service as they state on their site given to us. They eventually answered the booking chat where they said they will solve the problem 'tomorrow' with the cleaning team. We were staying ONE night, we wanted the problem solved RIGHT AWAY to be able to have somewhat of a peaceful sleep. Asked to change rooms, nothing they can do of course. It was 12am and we were stuck, not even being able to sleep. Showers were horrible, all we wanted to do was shower and sleep. The water was going everywhere on the floor all over the bathroom. Not only disgusting insects, there was spider webs in the corner of the rooms, spiders, etc. I understand we are summer, but there is a minimum of cleanliness expected. To top it all of, they thought they were generous giving a 12$ refund from a 200+$ room for one night and called it 'very generous', I think the opposite but they said they could not do more. DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!! Pay more somewhere else and actually get a peaceful nights sleep if you have a layover in Athens, do not recommend for the life of me.

It was clean

The walls are very thin. I couldn’t sleep all night from the traffic noise and also the cleaning staff whose room was next to ours. Voices in the hallway are so loud. The location is horrible there is nothing around this place. The air conditioning unit and the safe didn’t work. No shower head. No reception.

We arrived to your property around Monday morning 3:00 AM after flying since Saturday night, switching airports, taking trains,…. Needless to say we were so tired. How awesome to arrive to your property with easy access to our self check in room! The room had all the essentials we needed. It was clean, comfortable bed, hot, shower, hot beverages, tv, WiFi,… A nice feature was the slippers you provided. Your email directions were easy to follow. Another great feature were the very reasonably priced lockers provided after checkout that allowed security while we walked to a cafe for breakfast.

It was not close to the airport, which wasn’t ideal for our quick overnight. Also it is not manned by people so if you have a problem no one is onsite. There was a gentleman when we were leaving who was trying to access his room. We tried to help him figure it out but it would have been nice if staff were around.

My friend and I stayed one night before an early flight from the Athens airport. It is very easy to set up transportation between the Zed Airstay and the airport, they send a link once you check in online with all the information needed. The room was clean with a nice bathroom. The neighborhood seems safe and quiet. Our favorite part was the partner restaurant! You can order food by delivery, or the hotel will offer free transportation between the restaurant and the hotel. The restaurant was BEAUTIFUL, on the beach with excellent food options! It was a pleasant surprise and a beautiful way to spend our last night in Greece!

There isn’t too much walkability, but the hotel offers free transportation to a restaurant nearby which makes up for it.

Es ist nah am Flughafen und hat alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Self Check-in war sehr gut und klar. Die Automaten mit Essen, Getränke etc. im Gang sowie Schliessfächer fanden wir einfach top!

We stayed at Zed Hotel in Spata for one night after our flight was cancelled. While it served its purpose for an unexpected overnight stay, I wouldn't recommend it for anything longer. The hotel is located in a very remote area, about 7 kilometres from Athens Airport. There are no convenience stores, restaurants, or other amenities within walking distance, so we had to take a taxi to get food, which took about 20 minutes each way. The accommodations are very basic but generally clean. The room had a small terrace, which was a nice feature. However, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom was also lacking some basic conveniences, such as hooks for hanging towels and electrical outlets suitable for using a hair dryer. What we found most impersonal was the lack of a reception desk. Access to both the building and your room is by code only. We arrived before check-in and had to call the booking office to gain access to the lobby while waiting for our room to be cleaned. The staff on the phone were very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the on-site cleaning staff did not speak English, making communication difficult. Whenever we needed assistance, we had to call the booking office. Overall, the hotel was clean and adequate for a single night in an emergency, but because of its isolated location, minimal amenities, and lack of on-site guest services, I would not recommend it for an extended stay.

Didn't have the breakfast but the rooms were super clean / updated appliances and the environment felt extremely safe.

Check in instructions were a bit wearisome as it was a lot to read and digest in the moment, standing outside the door after we have had a long flight and it was dark, phones were about to die, etc.

Excellent stay for a stopover to the airport. It is well organized and w easy to navigate. The room is big and has every you could need. I would definitely use this again.

Было очень чисто комфортно и уютно. В номере было кофе чай сахар и бутылка воды в холодильнике. Есть шампунь и гель для душа, мыло, полотенца и одноразовые тапочки. Всё понравилось рекомендую. Очень удобно и быстро самому попасть в номер и так же быстро его покинуть всё было просто и понятно.
