Dormimos muy cómodamente, la ducha una delicia. El personal es muy amable y simpático, nos sentimos muy cómodos estando ahí con nuestras hijas pequeñas.

Staff were great. Room was modern lots of plugs , great for overnight charging phones etc. Great shower and toiletries . Although we didn’t have a dog many guests did.

Dat ze een beetje onderbezet waren, waardoor ik lang moest wachten

Sehr schönes Haus, große und bequeme Betten, hübscher Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück im Restaurant war über aus lecker. Abendessen gab es im Pub, hier trifft man an der Theke auch die Einheimischen. Alles in allem sehr gemütlich.

Wir hatten nur eine Nacht, da gab es nichts auszusetzen.

We stayed in the coach house. Lovely size room and bathroom. Bedding and mattress good. (Not too soft). Good shower. Good breakfast good choice and plentiful, well cooked and tasty. Meals in evening were well cooked, tasty and served with a smile. Good menu, lovely environment. Lovely staff. Good parking space. Would recommend. Would stay again.

Met douchen staat de halve baskamer vol water en de deur moet dicht anders gaat het brandalarm af. Miniatuur wastafel is niet handig.

Breakfast was tasty with a great range from the menu to choice from, as well as gluten free opts - coffee was delicious. Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Wee local items for sale in the lobby, including lovely pottery mugs.

The location is ideal for travellers to the NC500 or Western Isles. The Hotel has been refurbished to a high standard, especially the bedrooms and their ensuites. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming and helpful. We stayed on a Sunday night and ate in the bar restaurant, where it was lovely to see the local community dropping in for a meal. The food was very good indeed. It is great to see the hotel as the communal heart of the village. We loved the huge trees at the back of the hotel.

Staff were friendly and amicable. Rooms were well laid out with modern amenities. Breakfasts were well presented and tasty.

All rooms were located over an active pub. Being an old building there was very little noise cancellation. For our stay, this led to late outside patron noise and early kitchen preparedness noise, limiting our sleep. Internal doors did not offer enough sound proofing leading to our children being woken overnight by noisy guests. While not able to sample all of the evening meal choices, between the four of us, those we did all tasted like they had been cooked in an air fryer, regardless of what was chosen.

Tutto eccellente, a parte il servizio del ristorante, ma probabilmente una svista occasionale. Il cibo è arrivato non solo prima della bavande, ma addirittura prima delle posate. I bambini erano nervosi perché avevano fame e sete, e quando è arrivato il cibo sono dovuti rimanere a guardarlo raffreddarsi per l'assenza delle posate. Quando abbiamo sollecitato le bevande, è arrivato solo il vino, ed abbiamo dovuto ordinare di nuovo l'acqua per i bambini.

Friendly staff, warm and clean , good location for exploring area or going to Belladrum as we were ! Very good breakfast but pricing structure a bit mean …..see below!

Most of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and quiet, rooms comfortable, warm and clean. We only ate breakfast as we were at Belladrum all day. The only suggestions to improve and reflect the room rate we paid would have been - - have some chilled bottled water in the rooms - refresh rooms each day with clean towels , more teabags etc - perhaps have a little homemade tablet or similar in room. There was one packet of shortbread but didn’t feel very special - breakfast was the the main issue - the food from the menu was lovely, but when you have paid £400 for a 2 night stay I don’t expect to be charged for an extra breakfast if I want a small amount of fruit and yoghurt before my cooked breakfast! The buffet was sparse , only packets of cereal- no yogurts or fresh food other than a bowl of pears and tangerines. When I explained to the staff member I wanted a little yoghurt followed by a breakfast roll she said I would be charged for an extra breakfast even though breakfast was included in our room rate. I did challenge her on that and she said she would ask her manager. However on checkout, the “extra”breakfasts had been added on ! Just felt a little bit tight when most decent hotels would offer more on the buffet anyway!

Großes Zimmer, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, hervorragendes Wifi. Fenster lassen sich öffnen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut, das Frühstück ok. Man hat immer die Auswahl zwischen verschiedenen Eierspeisen bzw. Müsli/Pancake. Der Ort ist als Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu entdecken, ideal.

Nicht so gut fand ich, dass auf dem Frühstücksbuffet zwar Müslischalen und Müsli standen, aber keine Milch. Ebenso musste man immer nach Butter fragen. Zimmerreinigung wurde beim Check-in nicht erwähnt und dann konsequenterweise auch nicht durchgeführt. Ansonsten war alles ok.

Exceeded our expectations. Situated in good position. Excellent facilities, welcoming and friendly staff. Superb food.

Le personnel est fantastique, le petit déjeuner servi à l’assiette et tout fait maison (anglais uniquement) une tuerie , la nourriture est très bonne en règle générale

En bra alternativ när man är på väg upp eller ner från NC500. God mat, bra standard och trevlig frukost. Trevlig personal som hade mer än fullt upp vilket givetvis är positivt men ger lite långa väntetider för mat. Men när den kom var den utmärkt! Både middag och frukost.

Det var märkligt nog ett vansinnigt liv på måsarna mellan 03.30 och 05.00 (ovanligt varmt så fönstret öppet) och en besvikelse att Sticky Toffee puddingen inte hade nån butterskotch sås…men det var ändå en god kaka!

Our family had an exceptional experience at the Conon Bridge Hotel. The staff were welcoming, efficient and beyond accommodating. They truly treated us as honored guests. The hotel itself was very clean, tastefully appointed and comfortable. The patio space was a perfect summer oasis for taking meals or just sitting with drinks. The pub had friendly atmosphere and the bar staff were gregarious. The breakfast process of pre-ordering the night before went smoothly and the meals themselves were generous and well made. Even the souvenirs for sale were unique and well-curated. We had booked here as a last minute stay as our original travel plans had changed. But having been, I would now go out of my way to stay again. Kudos!

If you like fish and chips don’t order them here. Batter totally undercooked. It was inedible. It gave the impression that the fish was frozen when dropped in the deep fryer. They describe Salad, Scampi and chips. What you get is lettuce leaves, not a salad. Garbage Never again Complaint made no answer or explanation given. Avoid at all costs.

The room was very warm, no ac, dead bugs in the bathroom, room wasn't cleaned or checked. Room was facing the street and we received in the room ear plugs.

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig. Das Abendessen war fein und grosszügig. Die Lage des Hotels sehr sinnvoll für unsrem Trip. Das Scottish Frühstück und der Service war fantastisch.

Die beiden jungen Damen am Abend waren wohl aufgrund der Anzahl Gäste stark gefordert. Oder die Zuständigkeiten waren nicht gut geregelt. Wir mussten trotz regelmässigem Nachfragen 50 min auf unsere Getränke warten bis sie dann schliesslich gemerkt haben, dass das eine Getränk nicht vorrätig war. Auch dieses Getränk wurde erst nach dreimaligem Nachfragen geliefert. Sie waren sehr nett und bemüht aber wohl in dieser Situation nicht gut organisiert.

Všechno bylo skvělé! Komunikace, ubytování se psem v domečku za hotelem bylo úplně skvělé, parkování hned u budovy, personál moc milý a to jídlo! Prostě úžasné!

Accueil très sympathique. L'hôtel datant du 18è siècle a été très bien rénové et offre tout le confort. Très joliment décoré mettant en avant la culture et les traditions écossaises. Personnel très sympathique et prêt à aider et de bons conseils pour les ballades dans les environs. Nous nous sommes aussi régalés au restaurant. (voir la photo du Conon Chicken, une recette originale de blanc de poulet farci au hagish enrobé de jambon de parme)

Alles was prima geregeld, ontbijt a la carte plus de normale continental attributen. Niet heel luxe, wel gewoon in orde. Ook het avondeten wat daar kan, is prima in orde . Kamer zijn mooi en ruim, geen kluisje en de temperatuur loopt snel op. Het is een wat ouder gebouw met de nodige charmes, isolatie is minder. Er is geen airco. Badkamer en douche, helemaal top.

De warmte regulering in de kamer is iets wat beter kan maar is ook inherent aan het gebouw, wat prachtig is maar oud. Een kluisje op de kamer vind ik ook altijd wel prettig, dat is er niet.

We were here for 3 nights at the end of May. We opted for Deluxe King Suite to end our holiday in Scotland. And what a great choice that was!. We had a lovely spacious apartment with a little kitchenette, with basic items, but this was perfect as we knew that we would have cooked breakfast in the hotel and dinner too. So the kitchen was used for teas and coffees only. The bedroom had more than enough room, a little noisy which soon dissipated after 10pm when the pub closed. The staff here have to be commended, every person we came in contacted with were just so friendly, polite and welcoming. They enquired about our days sightseeing and also recommended places to see. Just genuinely interested. That leaves the food, which I can’t’ rate enough. Breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order, this meant that it was nice and hot. Again the dinner plentiful and flavoursome. We both enjoyed our meals. I know it’s pub grub but if it’s great it’s Great! Would I recommend a stay here? Yes I would definitely and we would come back too.

Great location on the start of the NC500. Quiet location and ample rear parking. Breakfast was tasty and staff friendly.

Hotel was great and just what we were looking for. Bar food was good too. Area around the hotel was quiet, so no other choices if you stay for a few days.

The staff were excellent. The room an absolute gem that appeared to have just been refurbished. The evening meal was excellent and the portions huge. In a way it's a real shame to have to leave and move on with the tour.

1) historic hotel which was completely refurbished in 2019, it felt very fresh and clean 2) it was pleasantly warm 3) well used restaurant and bar that were used by locals as well as tourists 4) professional, very friendly staff 5) nice lounge area to enjoy a glass of wine

1) my bed in room 4 was too soft and was a bit lumpy 2) I would have liked a better buffet at breakfast (fresh fruit, natural yogurt, decent bread) 3) the portions at dinner abd breakfast were too big 4) the food on offer was generally unhealthy (fish & chips, burgers, pies, sticky toffee pudding etc)

Pessoas impecáveis, super prestativas. O quarto super limpo e bonito, a casa de banho super limpa e um chuveiro incrível, super relaxante. Sobre o pequeno almoço é necessário escolher o pretendido no dia anterior, no entanto, esquecemo-nos e pedimos na hora e não houve problema. Efetivamente é necessário escolher um item na lista, mas para nós foi suficiente.

Very comfortable family room with a great bathroom. Staff made us feel very welcome and appreciated that breakfast came very promptly as we had a flight to catch. Would definitely go back.

Staff member leading us to our room offered no help as I struggled up several flights of stairs with two suitcases but other than that the staff were pleasant enough.

Amabilidad del personal, Sandy y Colette fueron estupendos, la comodidad, decoración, instalaciones cuidadas, el entorno, obsequios en la habitación. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno abundante, elaborado y rico aunque no mucha variedad. El suelo radiante del baño, calentito.

Por decir algo, estaría bien añadir una mini nevera y mesa para comer, pero aún así, estuvo todo genial!

The breakfasts are always plentiful, I can never finish them. The best produce from local farmers and butchers. Great home baking too by the chef in the hotel.

I feel the bathroom window in room 4 left anyone using the toilet feeling exposed at night, as although it has frosted window film, with the bright interior lights, the shape of the user would be very visible. I feel a blind or even 1/2 shutters would help.
