The property was up one of the mountains and it was extremely peaceful. The outdoor area of the pool was absolutely stunning and caught the wonderful sunset. The bed was comfy and the rooms were spacious they had an excellent balcony connected to the room with a huge space

Tout était parfait ! La vue est incroyable, les équipements sont top, les chambres très agréables, le petit-déjeuner excellent et la salle de sport est un vrai plus. Mention spéciale au personnel, adorable et aux petits soins +++ ! Si vous êtes de passage à Paros et que vous cherchez un endroit calme et de qualité pour vous reposer, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! ☀️

Great view of Parikia. Room had a large balcony (although given it was very windy we didn’t spend much time here). Room was generally quiet to sleep.

Room smelt of damp and the bathroom could have done with a deep clean. Breakfast was terrible for the price point - very basic, nothing fresh or cooked. We ended up eating out most days instead. Location is a bit too far to walk from the centre given it’s up a big hill (and a taxi from the port is a fixed charge of €36).

Het water deed het niet. Dit kan gebeuren maar er werd hier niks over gezegd tijdens het inchecken, hier moesten we zelf maar achter komen. Toen het de dag daarna het weer niet deed, werd er weer niks gemeld hier over en of we mogelijk flessen water nodig hadden gezien het water het meer als 24 uur niet deed. We hebben hier, na zelf hier een klacht over hebben ingediend, wel een compensatie voor gekregen. Het zwembad was te koud, je kamer werd niet opgeruimd door de housekeeping en personeel was niet vriendelijk. tenslotte was het ontbijt erg slecht. Niks werd vers gemaakt en alles kwam uit pakjes. Niet wat je verwacht als je zo veel per nacht betaald.

La piscina e soprattutto la vista hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Consiglio di sfruttare la piscina verso l’ora del tramonto e godersi uno dei loro buonissimi cocktail. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Se si ha un mezzo la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte dell’isola

Siamo stati benissimo ma forse l’aspetto su cui sono rimasta un po’ delusa è stato la pulizia sia della stanza ma anche per quanto riguarda la cura della struttura in generale. Un altro aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la colazione un po’ arrangiata e ripetitiva. È indispensabile avere un mezzo perché la strada per raggiungere l’hotel è abbastanza lunga e complessa. Considerando il costo del soggiorno potrebbe essere utile includere un servizio di navetta che faccia avanti e indietro dall’hotel alla base della strada.

Le petit déjeuner est assez simple bien qu’efficace. Il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place. Il faut prévoir une voiture pour accéder à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très passif et pour le prix on peut s’attendre à un peu plus de service.

Great location with amazing sunset views. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the hotel also has a nice gym. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great place to relax and enjoy the views.

A few areas could be improved. At check-in, it would have been helpful if the staff had spent a little more time explaining the different things to see and do in Paros, as well as sharing some local recommendations. The breakfast was fairly basic, we would have appreciated more options.

The property is beautifully designed, with a very pleasant atmosphere and an excellent location. The room was comfortable overall, and the staff were always polite and friendly in their interactions. We also appreciated that, after we shared our concerns, the management took the time to respond in detail, acknowledged several of the issues we experienced, and offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of accountability was appreciated.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the price point (around €300 per night). We experienced recurring issues with the room safe, which repeatedly stopped accepting our code and required several visits from reception to reset it. While the staff always came to help, there never seemed to be a permanent solution. There were also some operational shortcomings. On one occasion, there were no pool towels available, and although we were offered bath towels as an alternative, this is not what we would expect from a hotel in this category. The breakfast was another disappointment: the selection was quite limited, mostly cold items, and products that ran out were not always replenished consistently. The room itself could also have been better maintained. We noticed a stained bathroom mirror and a sink that drained very slowly throughout our stay. The biggest issue occurred when the hotel temporarily lost its water supply. We understand that the outage was caused by unforeseen circumstances on the island, but what disappointed us was the lack of communication. We only discovered there was no water after returning to the hotel and had to ask reception what was happening. This happened on my mother’s birthday, which unfortunately made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, our main criticism is not any single issue on its own, but rather that the experience did not consistently match the standards and attention to detail we expected from a hotel at this price level.

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The accommodation is beautiful, very well maintained, and in an incredible location. The views are definitely the best part of the property. The location is absolutely amazing, with dreamy sunsets that make every evening unforgettable. Watching the sunset from the accommodation was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast is also really good, with a great variety and quality, and it’s a lovely way to start the day while enjoying the incredible surroundings. We would also like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. We absolutely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again. A 10/10 experience in Paros — beautiful views, unforgettable sunsets, great breakfast, and wonderful people. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Geschmackvolle Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und einem traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fitnessbereich war offen gestaltet mit der gleichen tollen Aussicht. Wir haben den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse mit einem Cocktail genossen. Ein Fahrzeug ist aufgrund der exponierten Lage dringend empfohlen.

Das Frühstück war schön angerichtet, allerdings hätte ich mir ein andere Auswahl gewünscht, wie beispielsweise frischen Obstsalat. Kaffee gab es nur aus der Nespresso Maschine. Wir hatten 2 unterschiedliche Kategorien Zimmer. In dem Zimmer ganz oben mit der großen Dachterrasse fehlte im Bad Ablagefläche. Das Waschbecken war winzig und man konnte kaum etwas abstellen.

Had an ant infestation that wasn’t cleaned after asking multiple times . No running water for almost 2 days we’re told we were getting a refund which we didn’t receive after paying a lot of money for this stay. Messages just being ignored about asking for details on the refund

Keine Kritik aber man braucht ein Auto , was wir sowieso gemietet haben. Wir würden wieder kommen.

From the hotel you get a spectacular view of Paros and its harbour. The rooms are stylish and minimalist, the bed is truly comfortable, the linens and towels are immaculate, and the bathroom is large and practical. One thing to be aware of: having a car here is essential.

Vue sur la baie de Parikia et piscine incroyables

Nous avons séjourné trois nuits dans cet hôtel et, clairement, le prix pratiqué en pleine saison est totalement déconnecté de la qualité réelle des prestations proposées. Certes, le personnel est très agréable et la vue est absolument incroyable. Malheureusement, cela ne suffit pas à justifier le standing et les tarifs affichés en haute saison (chambre à plus de 400€/nuit début août…). L’entretien général laisse vraiment à désirer : trous dans les murs de la chambre qui auraient largement pu être rebouchés et repeint avant le début de la saison, télévision et tringle a vêtements installée de travers… Même constat autour de la piscine, avec des équipements et transats mal entretenus, notamment des matelas déchirés. À ce niveau de prix, ce genre de négligence est difficilement acceptable. Plus préoccupant encore : dans notre chambre, la rambarde du balcon n’était pas correctement fixée. Heureusement que nous ne nous sommes pas appuyés dessus, car cela représente un véritable risque d’accident. Pour un établissement accueillant du public, c’est particulièrement inquiétant. Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant, avec des produits essentiellement industriels, bien loin de la qualité que l’on pourrait légitimement attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. Au final, une vue magnifique et un personnel sympathique, mais beaucoup trop de négligences dans l’entretien, les équipements et les finitions pour justifier les tarifs pratiqués. Si vous recherchez une véritable prestation haut de gamme, avec des équipements impeccablement entretenus et des finitions à la hauteur d’un établissement qui se veut luxueux, ce n’est clairement pas l’adresse que nous vous conseillerions. Un potentiel très inexploité, à ce niveau de prix, le standing attendu est très loin d’être pleinement au rendez-vous.

This property was SPECTACULAR! Views of the city and ocean all around were breathtaking. When we first arrived, we were concerned about the distance because the hotel is so high up. The first night we did not have a car and we walked down to the city center. It was easy to find our way but we decided to rent a car anyways for our stay. A MUST The staff was fantastic and helpful especially Kosta at the bar. Rooms were cleaned every day and we had fresh towels always! STUNNING pool area- quiet and relaxing! The hotel sadly had an issue with water twice during our stay ( most likely due to the fires)- they were so accommodating and they even managed to generously compensate us! I recommend this hotel 1000%!!! Excellent location 5 minute drive to Parikia the city center and the port hub! If you are island hopping, this is the best place to stay! Ferries and boats to travel are a few minutes away!

No storage for your clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases. That was the ONLY negative. We managed especially that we were barely on our room.

Odaya eşimle ilk geldiğimizde akşam saat 5 gibi checkin yapmış olmamıza rağmen odada sıcak su olmadığını otel yönetimi farkında değildi. İlk gün sıcak su akmadı ama o gün tamir edildi. Fakat tamirat işlerinden sonra temizleyeceğiz denmesine rağmen temizlik olmadı. 2. Gün su çok az basınçlı vardı fakat sıcak su vardı. 3.gün su hiç akmadı, içme suyu kullandık hijyen için 4. Gün sabah yine sular kesikti. Önce bize oteldeki havuzda bir deneme yapıldığı söylendi, daha sonra adadaki yangından dolayı suların oraya yönlendirildiği söylendi. Otele ulaşmak için mutlaka bir araç, mümkünse bir araba gerekiyor, çünkü otel çok tepede. Yola alışmak gerekiyor fakat merkeze çok yakın. İlk geldiğimiz gün odada karıncalar vardı, temizlik zayıftı. Bavulu kendim merdivenlerden yukarı taşıdım. Bizi upgrade etmişler, teras eğer rüzgar izin verirse mükemmel bir manzaraya sahip.

Shower pressure (but really the only issue and very common in Greece)

L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal et offre une magnifique piscine avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Parikia, parfaite pour se détendre tout au long de la journée. Un barman sympathique est présent du matin au soir et prépare d’excellents cocktails.

Lors de notre arrivée, une chambre donnant directement sur la piscine nous a été attribuée, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre avec un balcon privé. Nous avons immédiatement signalé cette erreur à la réception, qui a heureusement accepté de nous changer de chambre. La chambre finalement attribuée était spacieuse, mais elle manquait de charme : décoration très minimaliste, ambiance assez froide et manque de luminosité. De plus, la salle de bain ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées sur Booking : robinetterie en mauvais état, petite vasque et absence de paroi de douche, ce qui est particulièrement décevant. Autre point négatif : le petit-déjeuner. Les produits étaient très industriels et le choix était extrêmement limité. Pour un hôtel bénéficiant d’un aussi bon emplacement, nous nous attendions à une prestation de bien meilleure qualité. Enfin, la musique diffusée autour de la piscine était beaucoup trop forte et présente en continu de 9h à 21h. Il était pratiquement impossible de profiter d’un moment de calme ou de détente, ce qui a fortement nui à notre expérience.

The view was really nice

The stay at Parea Blue Zone was disappointing. It’s being advertised as a luxury boutique hotel, and this is why we booked this over other hotels. Apart from the wonderful view since it sits atop the hill overlooking Parikia there is nothing else luxury about this hotel. From the very first moment we arrived, nobody helped us with our luggages and the stuff was just sitting there with their sunglasses on looking at us. The room was pleasant, nothing too special, it seemed a bit dated and sometimes there was an odour coming from the bathroom. The two biggest issues were the service and the breakfast. The breakfast was the absolute minimum with very very basic buffet. There was not even the ability to make tea or a cold coffee. When I asked, initially one of the members of the staff told me “no only hot with the nespresso machine you see here”. And thus brings me to the staff, even though they are employed there, they act like they own the place, they were constantly doing the bare minimum in terms of service (exception was Kostas who was really pleasant) from telling us 2-3 times that the towels are only for the pool and ideally we shouldn’t take them to the beach even though I’m sure they have multiple people asking this from an island (in any luxury boutique hotel this wouldn’t even need to be mentioned). Whenever we asked something it felt like we were annoying them and interrupting them from their phones. We asked for a bit later checkout until 13.00-13.15 and the one person said it was okay since they were not expecting somebody else in the room that day but then the next day we got multiple messages to complete our checkout even if it was before that time. In the end we checked out exactly at 13.15 and the person at the reception seemed very annoyed by this.

The view is incredible from any place at this hotel even the room balconies! They have the best spritz (Apple cinnamon spritz) and the included breakfast was really good. I recommend renting a buggy from Paros Summer Travellers to explore the island, they dropped it off and picked it up at the hotel for us even and it made our experience so much better!

L’emplacement et la vue sont très sympas, le mobilier est joli bien que minimaliste. Le petit déjeuner est sympa.

Nous avons eu plein de problème au niveau des toilettes, de la douche… Et à partir de 10h il n’y a plus personne dans l’hôtel, donc on ne peut rien faire. La piscine était vraiment très froide compliqué de s’y baigner.

El precio del hotel no tiene relación con lo que ofrece. Es un hotel que no debería valer más de 250usd la noche en el mejor de los casos. Tanto en Mykonos y en Santorini fuimos a hoteles más baratos, mejor ubicados y más lindos. La habitación está ok y listo, no es una habitación y baño lindo. No hay un mueble para apoyar las cosas. El desayuno es un desastre. No hay nada de comida caliente, ej huevos y el resto de la comida es de mala calidad (ej el yogurt es feo y eso que es fácil conseguir uno rico en Grecia) y para el precio que se paga se espera un buen desayuno.

The view is spectacular from everywhere in the hotel. The sunset was not to be missed! Staff were all very accommodating.

We booked a balcony room and were given the one room that directly walks out to the pool/sun beds. Unfortunately it didn’t give us the privacy we were after and the music from the pool area was quite loud. The staff were amazing though and moved us to a smaller but more private room.

La struttura non rispecchia quello che si vede dalle immagini. La nostra camera al terzo piano con vista mare era piccola e c’erano evidenti segni di usura (finestre usurate, muro bucato) e il bagno era davvero troppo piccolo (non com’e nemmeno spazio per il beauty personale). La colazione era scarsa e sempre identica. Di notte non c’è assistenza, potrebbe entrare qualsiasi persona. Rapporto qualità prezzo 0. Troppo costosa per la realtà di ciò che è.

Let's start with the breathtaking view. It was absolutely stunning in the morning, throughout the day, and especially at sunset. Combined with the beautiful infinity pool, which was spacious, clean, and incredibly relaxing, it was honestly hard to leave the hotel because I enjoyed spending time there so much. The rooms were wonderful as well. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were spotless, and the bathroom was spacious with excellent hot water and great water pressure-everything I could have asked for. The breakfast was delicious and had everything I needed, and the gym was simple but perfect, with an incredible view that made every workout special. It truly feels like a boutique hotel. And finally, the best part (even though everything else was already amazing): the incredible staff. They are a team of young, kind, and professional people who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They were always thoughtful, caring, and genuinely attentive. Marisa, Angeliki, Kostas, and Georgia-you are an amazing team! I actually tried to extend my stay three different times because I loved the hotel so much, but unfortunately, there were no available rooms. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking at least three nights so you can fully enjoy the experience. I would happily stay here again

One important thing to know: you'll definitely need a car to stay here. The drive up to the hotel is quite steep and can feel a little intimidating at first, but if you're driving an automatic car, you'll get used to it after a couple of times.

Parea Blue Zone was the perfect place to stay if you also want to spend a relaxing day by the pool. The location is absolutely breathtaking, and we truly enjoyed spending a few hours each day relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings. We were also wonderfully looked after by the bartender, who was always friendly and attentive—special thanks to him for making our stay even more enjoyable! The room was always spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

One small suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast experience. While the breakfast buffet was varied and offered plenty of options, a more personal touch would have made it even more enjoyable. Specialty coffees had to be prepared by yourself, only hard boiled eggs were available and we missed having a fresh fruit salad available. Although fresh fruit was provided, it still needed to be cut by the guests. Also, we would have loved an evening in the hot tub but we think it’s a seasonal one because it was cold during our stay😅

The location is 5 minutes from the main port. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendly.
