In the middle of nowhere

Staff are nice. Facility is clean and safe. Highly recommended. My family was very satisfied!

One word: cockroaches. We saw two and that was it, we slept with the lights on. Also, upon arrival, the room smelled of mildew and the staff just sprayed a ton of perfume before handing us the key. Will never return that’s for sure!

The window in the room should be one way see trhough from the inside not the othwr way around. You cannot see the view outside. Viewing from the outside you can see the inside of the room.

Struggled to get to the place as there was road works being done - road was quite unsafe to walk on and especially with seniors. No prior info given about this.

Lack of info re: roadworks which means you will have to park your car quite a block away and walk on rumbled old cemented road with dips and deep holes one could fall into and die - this means you cant get out at night and risk falling and tripping and manifesting accidents waiting to happen. To get to the room - you have to negotiate several flights of stairs - again, no clear info was provided about this.

Friendly staff and clean room, they have new and easy to operate water heater.

No elevator and grumpy guard at the guard house.

The road is under construction. It is very scary to stay in that area.

1- There are a lot of small flying insects in the room 309 2- The bed mattress needs to either be flipped or replaced because you will feel the spring and its sound while sleeping room 309 3- It is necessary to have a garbage container outside the rooms for guests to place waste, especially food, instead of keeping it in the rooms

The Staff

So, I was given a 3rd floor room. It was very tiring going up and down the stairs when I needed something. No phone in the room. I was given a room with a balcony was used by all guest to smoke. The smoke came into my room everytime. I do not smoke. I could go on and on about this stay. In short I left 4 days early. The only good thing was the staff. They were very limited, but did the best they could. Don't stay here if your trying to find a good restaurant near by. They're aren't any. I had the order Grab, everyday for lunch and dinner.. Yes I was shown the room, but after a 15 hour flight I needed rest and usable to find other accommodations.

We experience multiple power interruptions (only our the buildinh does not have any power the rest of the community they have power) resulting of so many delays in our event. The management does not want to provide any compensations or to cover up for the hours of delays. This establishment is quite suck.

Cheap and yet comfortable to stay. The staff is accommodating and the place is safe.

The staff were very accommodating and the surroundings and rooms were clean.

The initial room we booked through Booking.com (×2 rooms for 4 pax/room) were given to walk in customers. Instead, we were given smaller rooms with additional portable beds and was charged at the same price. The hot shower wasn't working too.

you can clearly hear others talking from the hallway and from the other room (neighbor/s) - therefore they can easily hear your conversations as well if you’re a couple or group.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful.

The room was mostly clean, but it was dusty. There are few amenities. Our room had no windows. The lock on the door was not secure.

No elevator Traffic on the main road to hotel location is very bad Mattress was a little uncomfortable If you use Google maps to find this place the location is wrong. It is down the main road a little further and on opposite side...look for the OYO sign.

Was a very nice room. Just not alot of facilities nearby. 15-20mins walk to a shop or restaurant.

The rooms are really large and the whole building was kept neatly clean. WiFi is fairly fast and reliable, staff was helpful, gave me an umbrella and lighter when I was in need. Free hot/cold drinking water was included.

Some of the rooms don't have windows. I spent my first night in a windowless room.

Over-all we enjoyed our stay here. Very kind and accomodating staff and the place is so clean and smells so good. We will definitely comeback!

it was clean and quiet. I can work w/o interruptions. The staff are really friendly and this place is homey (which I like the most). I will definitely stay here again!
