Placering var perfekt. Tæt på stationen og lige ved en gade med god stemning om aftenen og liv.

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

房間很大，服務人員很貼心，有一些個人因素的訂房小問題，都能協助通融處理。

續住第三天時，清潔服務員有提供新的浴衣，但忘了收走浴衣，床上的小枕頭忘了放回床上，小枕頭放在電視後方😅，但瑕不掩瑜，應該是服務員太忙碌，不影響整體滿意。

ワンフロアの面積が非常に大きく、エレベーターから一番離れてるいる部屋まで200mくらいあるのではと思う。ちょっと遠すぎるなと感じた。次回利用するときは、エレベーターから近めの部屋をお願いしようと思う。

Many eateries & shopping around the hotel area

Bathroom has no privacy with transparent shower door facing a full length mirror & to the room itself. Not ideal to stay with friends or of the opposite gender. The Japanese breakfast is good & substantial but we are not used to eating rice/noodle in the morning. Hence hotel should provide some simple bread with butter & jam.

Everything, hotel was lovely. Staff were so kind and pleasant.

Onsen and Sauna service was pretty nice to enjoy. The facility was really clean and easy to use. The hotel is located near Umeda station and the center of the shopping street.

The spa was awesome, very large and spacious, so I went both morning and evening every day I stayed there. Location is convienent close to the Umeda station in Osaka, there is also large amount of restaurants very close by the hotel. Staff was also very friendly.

A chegada a partir da estação Umeda é pelo subsolo e no início não é fácil localizar. Na esquina do hotel ficam jovens fumando cigarro de noite e a calçada fica suja.

地點十分方便，能在車站附近購物完先回旅館放東西再出來逛真的很輕鬆，附近晚餐也有非常多選擇，想隨時買點心和飲料下樓就有便利商店。房間的寬敞度也能容納兩個大行李箱平放，公共澡堂和岩盤浴可以舒緩一整天走路和搭車的疲勞，接待人員也都很樂於主動提供服務和說明，對於外國客來講是個非常好的住宿選擇。

洗衣機僅有5F和7F共四台可供使用，入住的旅客較多時等待時間會非常久，甚至整趟行程無法洗到衣服，對於預計長住的旅客較為不便。早餐用餐時間只到10:00，樣式也固定以日式飯食為主，附近好吃的早餐其實不少，不一定需要加購。

朝食はビュッフェですが旅館みたいな美味しい朝食で素晴らしかった。 席もわざわざ案内していただき、スタッフの方々もみなさん親切で気持ち良く食事ができました。 こんな朝から気分良く出発できたホテルに泊まったのは初めてです。 部屋も掃除が行き届いていて、とてもキレイでした。 さすがヴィラフォンテーヌ！

Very central and close to main Uema Osaka station. The rooms are very nice, clean with a good bathroom / shower. The rooms are a bit small (probably standard japanese size). The staff however a lovely and very helpful. Had a package sent to the hotel and the staff were very helpful in checking the address was correct. Breakfast is nice but typical japanese and there are washing and vending machines on some floors if needed. They have a gym and big onsen, that we did not use unfortunately.

No complaints, will stay here again when in Osaka :)

Amazing facilities, spacious , clean and stylish room I love it so much. All staff are friendly , great service. Public bath and hot stones sauna are well maintained. Tons of restaurants nearby and of course convenient store and 2 mins walk to station. I will stay again if I go to Osaka. Thanks villa Fontaine you made my holiday very satisfying!!

空调不是中央空调，小挂机对着床吹，而且开着的话就控制不了湿度，太干。窗户隔音不太好，凌晨3点还能清楚听得到外面汽车飞驰声音。

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable bed, bathroom was good. The staff was attentive, helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice but it is Japanese style. Really good location in Umeda - close to convenience store, restaurants and train station. Really easy to get to Namba on the train. Would stay here again. There is a laundry there too which was super handy.

大浴場が広く、ゆったりとリラックスできました。客室にも十分な広さがあり、快適に過ごせました。 朝食は和食中心で、焼き魚を選べるのがよかったです。佃煮などの副菜も充実しており、ごはんが進みました。 スタッフの方に夕食のお店を提案してもらいました。さすが地域を知り尽くしているだけあって、リクエスト通りのお店に入ることができました。またスタッフの皆さんは私たち宿泊客の動線を先回りして、エレベーターのボタンを押してくださったり、声をかけていただいたり、心配りがとても嬉しかったです。

Como aspecto positivo, disfrutamos mucho el onsen del hotel. Es un espacio muy agradable, limpio y relajante. Nos gustaron especialmente las tinas individuales, donde mi hija y yo pudimos disfrutar de un momento muy cómodo y tranquilo. Además, las pijamas que proporciona el hotel son muy cómodas.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante. Lo primero que nos sorprendió fue que el taxi no puede llegar hasta la entrada del hotel. Tuvimos que bajarnos en la calle y caminar aproximadamente tres minutos con todo el equipaje, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una calle a la que no pueden acceder los vehículos. Es un detalle importante que deberían informar con anticipación. Al hacer el check-in nos comentaron que el hospedaje incluía bebidas de cortesía, pero la selección era muy limitada y poco atractiva. La atención del personal de recepción fue amable y siempre trataron de ayudarnos. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia con el encargado del restaurante fue completamente diferente. La recepcionista nos indicó que podíamos pasar a comer nuestro almuerzo, pero cuando mi hija intentó entrar, el encargado literalmente le cerró la puerta en la cara. Su actitud fue muy grosera, poco profesional y nos hizo sentir muy incómodos. Otro aspecto negativo es que el hotel tiene alfombras en varias áreas y se percibe un olor desagradable. Aunque el hotel se anuncia como cercano a la estación de Osaka, en la práctica el acceso no es tan cómodo. Hay que subir y bajar varias escaleras para llegar, lo que resulta complicado cuando se viaja con maletas. Además, la zona donde se encuentra el hotel no nos dio una buena impresión. Está rodeada de casinos y establecimientos de entretenimiento para adultos, y por la noche el ambiente se siente poco agradable para familias. Se observan grupos de hombres vestidos de negro permaneciendo en las calles, lo que hizo que no nos sintiéramos del todo cómodos al caminar por la zona. En general, no fue una experiencia que repetiríamos ni un hotel que recomendaríamos para quienes viajan en familia.

房間是沒有氣密窗的，晚上會被經過旁邊的高架橋汽機車吵醒（重機或是大車）

Although the shower and toilet were private, step out of the shower and it was not a private area. Beds were not very comfortable. One side was pushed up against the wall and the end of the bed had very little room to get out. Mattress protector/sheet kept sliding off.

Great location - umeda colorful district and 3-minute walk from osaka station - with direct metro lines to all osaka within 20-minutes range 🎯 Their breakfasf buffet is the most delicious one I had in 16 days stay in Japan - wide variety of fresh japanese cuisine in buffet style 😋 Cleanliness is another advantage of this hotel - a heart-full care of daily changing and cleaning. Even my son's toys were nicely organized 😁 To be honedt - I didnt try their spa & bath facilities - looks great with lots of options, but we didnt have time to try because there is such a variety and action outside the hotel 🎉🎉🎉

Maybe it's me or it is not common in this area - I found it lacking the absence of other dining options along the day and evening - no room service (could be great for a night-snack after partying in vivid osaka) or an option for in-house dinner (when tired to go out or when I had to wake up early at the next day).

The location is perfect. The place is spotless. We had everything we needed. The breakfast is amazing.

convenient to many restaurants & shops, close to metro as well. staff are very friendly at the reception. The SPA facilities are good but the staff are rude. The single bed double room has bed frame which are not safe to the occupant. I was hurt by the frame when got off the bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fontaine Grand Osaka Umeda. The hotel was excellent, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms that made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location was very convenient for exploring Osaka. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Good location near the subway station Umeda Higashi. Walkable underground to other subway lines and JR Osaka station. Many department stores for last minute shopping. Good street and pubs upon exit. Short walk to big Don Quixote. Has nice public bath and hot stone sauna.

No direct drop off point. You will be exposed to the weather. Was raining during my stay.

宿泊者は大浴場と岩盤浴が無料で使えること

大浴場の洗い場が少なくて(5つ)混雑時は洗い場待ちの行列が出来る。タオル補充や脱衣室の掃除回数が足りていない様に思えた。時間をコントロール出来るなら部屋で混雑情報は必ず確認した方が良い。

朝食はとても美味しかったが、もう少し料理を選べると尚良いと思いました。

Schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Sehr kleine Zimmer, schwaches Internet vorallem am Abend, Frühstück eher schwache Auswahl und vorallem sehr asiatisch orientiert, was keine Kritik sein soll da wir uns in Japan befinden. Doch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, gab es hier keine Auswahl für Personen die anstatt Sushi oder Tempura einfach mal ein Brot mit Butter haben wollen

駅からのアクセスが初めてであったので少し迷いました

有提供免費SPA 開放時間 早上6:00-半夜1:00，時間相當長，且房間有提供SPA的衣服可以直接穿。地理位置也相當方便，樓下的商店街應有盡有，離各種交通站距離也很近。

好像有跳蚤，連續睡了三天，身上跟臉上都紅紅癢癢的。

房間大，舒適，整理行李方便，乾濕分離衛浴

但沒有浴缸（飯店有SPA設施），而且沒有隔廉或門，若不是情侶會很害羞

The location was perfect for city stay, a few steps away from Family mart!

The room type we chose was a bit too small but it is typical for Japan I suppose, the corridor was really warm and lack of ventilation.

The hardware is okay - the room is spacious by Japanese standard.

The operation is a mess. The check-in process felt cold. Don't really understand the point of using a self check-in machine. Poor use of staff members. There is a staff member who greets customers by the lift. In the meantime the only staff member at the spa/public bath area was clearly overworked. That staff member at the public bath was visibly annoyed and not friendly at all, which was understandable - why do you need a overly complicated check in machine when people just want to use the public bath and relax? The staff member was impatient and somehow angry with us when we pressed the wrong button, oblivious to the fact we were constantly distracted by a toddler. It completely ruined our mood, and we didn't bother going to the public bath for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was underwhelming. Very limited choices of food, below average quality. The staff in the restaurant were friendly. Unfortunately that didn't make up the disappointment from the food. We didn't need room cleaning and put our nicely tided trash bag outside the room. We expected some new towels, complimentary bottled water and a new trash bag to be provided. Nothing. This is not up to standard. When customers don't need room cleaning at least you can leave them a trash bag (or put a few spare ones in the room to begin with)? There was music being played at the long, long corridor from the room to the lifts. That was disturbing and could feel weird when at night. The music was not soothing or relaxing or classical, and the volume was too low to listen to but too loud to ignore. Some customers also didn't behave their best when in the public area. If you just need a hotel room at a good location to stay and are not planning to interact with anyone, this hotel is fine. Otherwise look for another one. By the way, it's not as close to the Umeda station as shown on the map, given the confusing pedestrian walks/footbridges outside Umeda.

This a good hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are not huge but a decent size for Osaka. The room and the hotel generally is very clean and kept in a good condition. Also the breakfast is very good and well worth having. I would be happy to stay here again

Das Hotel lag in einem riesigen Gebäude, wo mehrere Firmen etc. auch liegen. Es war leider etwas versteckt und etwas schwer zu finden. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten zu bieten. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hatte auch die Möglichkeit in dem Spa-Bereich zu entspannen. Das Frühstück bot leider nur rein japanische Küche an und man erhielt nur Stäbchen zum Essen. Zum Bahnhof Osaka sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, wo man überall gut hinkommt. Man hat in der Nähe ausreichend viele Supermärkte und Restaurants zur Auswahl.

Die Fenster waren sehr dünn, man hörte sehr viel Straßenlärm von draußen. Es lag etwas versteckt, auch Google maps hatte seine Probleme einen dort hinzuführen.
