We book at Delano and less than 24 h they send email that’s it’s closed for maintenance this is not acceptable at all and should be removed from booking ! I’m very upset

I didnt like that after i booked the hotel i had a call from the management and they inform me that the hotel is closed since may ! And they told me that they booked me in another hotel !! Its not appropriate for me who already paid and ready to stay at the hotel, i booked the hotel and paid full amount before my flight take off , and they called me once i reached dubai !!!

Swimming pool, room very comfortable, staff were very cooperative.

Very disappointing stay – not worth the price We stayed at the Delano Hotel and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say is that the service staff were kind and polite, but everything else was far below expectations. We paid around €700 per night and stayed with our two children, yet we were given an extremely small room, which was really not suitable for a family. Because of the situation in the Middle East our flight was cancelled, so we asked if we could keep the room until 22:00 in the evening just to shower before leaving. The hotel said we could keep it for a “special price” of €700, which was basically the same price as the nightly rate. Honestly, that felt quite unreasonable and not very considerate given the situation. For such an expensive hotel, the amenities were very poor. The shampoo and soap were in large shared dispensers, which felt cheap and not very hygienic. There were no small individual bottles, and even basic things like toothbrushes or vanity kits were not provided. Overall, the hotel felt very overpriced with the quality of a much cheaper hotel. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not return.

Beautiful room, amazing pool, delicious food and more importantly friendly attentive staff throughout the hotel - booking again ☺️🙌🏻❤️

В номере 134 две ночи подряд очень плохо работал кондиционер, вызывали техника дважды, сказали, что все будет хорошо. Хорошо не было . Было жарко и тяжело спать

Qualität und Bauweise. Zimmerservice und allgemein das Zimmer. Atmosphäre auch sehr schön.

Keine Sauna, Sehr viele viele Kinder am Pool. War teilweise recht nervig. Laut und schmutzig dadurch.

Everything about my stay at the hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and the high level of care they provided. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location and service!

From March 22 to March 22, I stayed at the Delano Hotel in Dubai. I would like to share my experience and warn other travelers about some issues with this hotel. It was not a pleasant stay and definitely not at the level we expected from this hotel. Cons: Very weak breakfasts. Not up to 5-star standards. Very poor selection of dishes, minimal amount of fruit, everything tasted bad and was of low quality. In any café outside the hotel, you will get much better food and breakfast quality. Fresh orange juice was mixed with packaged juice — this is something you would expect from a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star hotel. Delano — do you not have the budget for proper fresh juice? Only two types of cheese, two types of cold cuts, minimal fruit of very low quality — this is terrible. There are essentially no proper breakfasts at this hotel. The salted salmon was of the lowest quality, and the Eggs Benedict was simply awful. The pool is terrible — either there is no filtration system or it does not work. The water is cloudy, with a film on top, and dirt collects in the corners. It is actually scary to go into this pool — you feel like you might catch something. The room is a separate issue. We took one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel with a terrace — but it was impossible to use the terrace. The floors were extremely dirty, as if they had never been cleaned. After stepping onto the terrace, our feet turned black. This is completely unacceptable. And finally, the worst part — we arrived with our own car and handed it over to valet parking clean and spotless. They returned it to us in terrible dirty condition, explaining that it had rained and they do not have covered parking. Delano — this is unacceptable.

Amazing hotel with great spacious rooms and pool area

It’s located at Blue waters island which has the best beach and nice sea. The design in the hotel and of the rooms is quite simple but stylish, the staff were very polite and helpful, they gave us a small upgrade and a late checkout which was very nice of them. The rooms had very nice body products from brand Byredo. The bed was very comfy. Overall it was good experience

The only thing I didn't understand about the bathroom design was that they didn't have any towel drying racks, only two small hooks, but you can't dry your towels on them, it was weird.

Mooie locatie

Wil je graag een plaats in de zon, aan het zwembad en alles is volzet? Dan kan je nog op een cabana…. Wel op voorwaarde, en jaja hoe je vast! Als je op die paar uurtjes op je cabana een mooie 300€ verbruikt/dag of halve dag. Na een 30 tal cappuccino’s kom je er netjes aan of je kan ook natuurlijk 4 kreeften van de grill aan het strand naar binnen duwen! Zie je dat toch niet zitten om “mede aandeelhouder” te worden. Kan je nog altijd op het strand op een zitzak gaan liggen/zitten. Vanaf het wat te druk word, zie je er geen kat meer om je verder te helpen. Zijn de glazen op, geen probleem. Dan krijg in dit sterrenhotel een kartonnen beker aangeboden die daar ergens aan de kant stof staat te vergaren. Druk ontbijt = koude eieren van het aangeboden à la carte menu Al veel ervaren in Dubai, maar dit was het geld niet waard!

We loved everything at the hotel. Food was amazing for breakfast, location was good (shopping mall and a lot of restaurants near by), comfort. Really exclusive.

Цена/качество не соответствует реальности. Полагаю такая цена из-за того что это блювотерс? Поехала только из-за того, что блогеры рекламировали и было интересно. У меня было заселение в 3 дня, мне предложили 2 номера первый по букингу с видом на море (от вида там только пальмы перекрывающие море) и второй вид лучше но номер для людей с ограниченными возможностями. В общем все детали долго расписывать. Мне не понравилось, что не предложили при заселении ничего комплиментарного пока ожидаешь (освежающее полотенце, коктейль, финики, воды) после заселения в номер заселении были ощущения что меня тут никто и не ждал, не было приветственного письма, ни комплиментарных десертов, их принесли уже вечером. Убирались в номере ну скажем так себе, зашторить к вечеру шторы и всё? В отелях такого уровня обычно тапочки рядом с кроватью хоть оставляют. Я уже молчу если у человека присутствует легкий бардак, как у меня была разложена косметика, её обычно собирают аккуратно на небольшое полотенце. В данном отеле всё осталось как и прежде. Персонал не всегда был приветлив, понимаю, было начало рамадана и некоторым сложно. Ок. Но все эти мелочи оставили неприятный осадок, не буду останавливаться тут более.

L’emplacement en retrait des buildings, endroit calme et paisible avec piscine et plage. Personnel discret et attentionné, chambre magnifique, petit déjeuner un vrai régal, service impeccable. Très bel hôtel.

Фантастичний готель. Розташування ідеальне, чудово все- починаючи від комунікації ще до check in, закінчуючи check out. Пляж красивий, море, басейн, ресторани, сніданки дуже хороші. В номерах є абсолютне все, халати, тапочки, все дуже естетичне, матраси зручні. Продумано усе до найменших деталей- сонцезахисний і зволожуючий крем на пляжі та біля басейнів для всіх в доступі. Персонал привітний, намагається створити приємну атмосферу. Обслуговування на сніданках дуже корисне. Високий рівень сервісу. Це був наш найкращий готельний досвід у Дубай
