The place is clean and spacious, with a Migros supermarket conveniently located next door. Shops and restaurants are just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was good, and laundry service is available by the machine load.

One small improvement would be to provide a box of tissues in the room.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming, organised a ballon tour and a welcome platter of fruit and nuts. It looks just the the photos, book it you want regret it

A fost cea mai minunata cazare de cand merg in Turcia! Totul impecabil de curat , angajații minunați,Micul dejun excelent. In prima seara ne au primit cu un platou de fructe și în ultimă seara ne au adus din nou în camera un platou cu fructe și o scrisoare de mulțumire atât în limba engleză cât și în limba română. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber, sehr geräumig und mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Хотела е доста хубав, стаите са големи, леглата са удобни. Персонала е много любезен. Разположението е добро, на 10 минути от центъра и крепостта Учхисар. Пред хотела спокойно може да се паркира има камери, за спокойствието на посетителите. Доста е тихо и приятно за спане.

It is a spacious and clean suite. The furniture and carved doors are special elements, which give the location originality. The mattresses are comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We highly recommend.

Ambiente gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

L’accueil et le personnel très agréable. La décoration et la propreté de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner plus que correct, assez diversifié. L’aide du réceptionniste pour la réservation de nos activités.

Service de blanchisserie un peu chère ( 3000TL) pour 2 machines, mais malgré le prix notre linge était impeccable ( linge bien trié : couleur et blanc , repassé) merci beaucoup.

Büyük yataktaki gıcırdamalar oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Onun haricinde herşey çok güzeldi.

Ailecek sürekli kaldigimiz otel. Tertemiz, güleryüzlü personel, kahvaltisi harika. Odalarin tasarimi cok iyi.

Otelin konumu , temizliği ve kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Sadece otele ilk girişte genç resepsiyonist arkadaş biraz suratsız ve ilgisizdi onu da işin aslı pek onemsemedik. Bunun dışında hiç bir sıkıntı sorun yaşamadık . Hatta sabah kahvaltısında görevli olan kadın personel gayet nazik ve kibardi , kahvaltı sonrası Türk kahvesi ikramı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar olsa yine tercih etmekten çekinmeyiz.

Excellent location friendly and helpful staff good breakfast and far enough away from Goreme for peace and quiet. Just a 15 minute walk to Uchisar castle.

Would recommend this hotel without reservation!

My partner and I stayed in two different rooms across two days, we truly enjoyed our stay here! Not only is the pool room clean, spacious, and modern, the staffs are also super friendly and helpful - everything from accommodating our earlier breakfast request, to delivering us fruit platter in the evening highlight just how attentive the staffs are, which has made our stay memorable. This has been the best hotel we have experienced in our 9 days trip to Turkey, would highly recommend!

The most beautiful little hotel, we had booked the suite with a pool and it exceeded expectations. We arrived to our room decorated for our honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly, and the little dog was an added bonus! Thank you Louis for giving us a perfect end to our wedding weekend ❤️

Wir hatten das Zimmer gleich am Eingang, das ging gar nicht. Sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn beim reden, fernsehen oder Duschen. Mitarbeiter sitzen draußen vor der Rezeption oder in der Lounge wo die Hängeschaukel sind, unterhalten sich was ja auch oke ist aber dadurch kommt die Lärmbelastung im Zimmer, teilweise spät in die Nacht. Musik von der anderen Anlage sehr laut, kein Parkplatz vorhanden, Auto wird auf der Straße geparkt wo freier Platz vorhanden ist. Alles in allem würden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen, hier stimmte für uns vieles nicht, was sehr schade ist da wir nicht sehr wählerisch sind.

1 gece konaklama için tercih ettik. Gayet temizdi , merkezi konumda her yere ulaştım kolaydı. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ,personellerde güleryüzlüydü. Yeniden tercih edeceğim bir konaklama oldu .

Wir haben uns im Louis Cappadocia sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmergröße und die Einrichtung haben uns sprachlos gemacht, man erkennt sofort die Qualität und liebe, die in dieses Hotel investiert wurde. Das Frühstück war toll, vielleicht könnte man in Zukunft auch an die Gäste mit einer Laktose - und Gluten Intoleranz denken, das hat uns leider etwas gefehlt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sympathisch, man kann in dem Ort alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und man hat tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir sind froh, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt im Louis Cappadocia gewählt haben und ich werde dieses Hotel liebend gerne an meine Familie und Freunde weiterempfehlen. Selbstverständlich kommen wir gerne wieder ins Louis Cappadocia.

The property location was very convenient. The uchisar castle is located within a walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It had all the utilities needed such as towels, toileteries, a kettle, iron etc. Very pleased with our stay.

For some, location might not be quite enough 'in the thick of things'.

2.Defa yine tercihimiz oldu. Gerçekten temiz ve güler yüzlü bir hizmeti var. Odalar geniş, dekoru çok hoşumuza gitti. Odalarda çift klima var ve yeni tavan klimasi. Kahvaltisi yine çok hoşumuza gitti. Açik bufe ama özensiz değil mutlaka menude ekstralari var. Personellerine samimiyetlerinden dolayi ayrica teşekkurler.

Ac were not working and manager was not cooperating with us as they give us 60$ off because ac were not working then he charges us 60$ again

Personel kibar ve ilgiliydi fakat otel tam bir hüsran oldu bizim için klima sürekli arızalandı mobilyalar bakım istiyor 2 yıllık bir otel nasıl bu halde olabilir anlamadım ama kesinlikle bi daha gelmeyeceğim bu oteli hoşgeldin içeceği falan yazıyordu hiçbiri yoktu

Spacious rooms, convenient location next to lots of eating places as well as convenience store next door. Lots of reasonably priced activities available for booking through the hotel too.

We were offered an exceptional clean and authentic room made if stone. The room was large with one bedroom and living room. The bathroom was clean and big.

The team at the hotel is amazing, they helped with all our needs, my daughter had her birthday during our stay and hotel team arranged a cake and also decorated the room for us. They also helped arrange hot air balloon ride and horse back riding trips for us which was very helpful as well. Since hotel is closer to road, if you need quiter room please ask for a room on the backside of the property.

Well located and close to Goreme and restaurants and Uchisar Castle but away from the hustle and bustle. It is well presented and the rooms are spacious and was perfect for a family of four.

Our room was basically suite. We had a proper living-room with comfortable sofas a tv, fridge etc. The bedroom was spacious with a large comfortable bed. We also loved the wooden forniture and the modern bathroom. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very very nice with great quality of food. The location of the hotel is great. A few mins walking from Uchisar castle and many restaurants. We did tours of Cappadocia and guides could easily pick us up from the hotel. Uchisar also offers great view points for the balloons and the landscape in general. The highlight of the hotel, however, is the staff! Everyone was lovely and they went above and beyond to help us and make us feel at home (booking airport transport, providing us with loads of options for tours, making us packed lunch for our last day, bringing us fruit to our room and more). Every day they checked with us whether we needed anything, and whatever we needed they provided. A final shoutout to the little dog who made everything even more special. Thank you all for a magic stay, we hope to come back.

We liked everything

The room was huge and the hotel is quite centrally located with great restaurants around the area. The staff was very helpful in arranging tours for us.

The staff must be able to communicate in english properly as it leads to creating confusion otherwise.

Room is spacious and clean. Love the interior and furniture. Leaving roo has two sofa bed it's comfortable. We had free upgrades room on the day. It was really lovely to stay. Hotel in not tourist busy street , so it was quite. Small shop Infront of hotel was convenient. Thank you.

Beautifully decorated and spacious room. Bathroom had a fancy-looking turkish bath that was a nice touch. Good filling breakfast. Very short drive to town good if you have your own car. Loved the place and would stay again.

Such a wonderful place to stay for our 3 nights in Cappadocia! The service was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted from wine to snacks to toiletries were easy to request through a WhatsApp message to the staff. The place exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean, the shower and Turkish hammam in the bathroom were excellent. The hotel had an amazing terrace to eat your Turkish breakfast every morning. And the location was wonderful. An easy walk to Uchasir Castle and local restaurants, ATMs and more. The place felt quiet and safe. The price and service could not be beat! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Louis Cappadocia for 2 nights in July 2023 and loved it! Hotel and rooms have been very tastefully decorated. Staff is very helpful and accommodating in helping plan local excursions and airport transfers. Breakfast was great with the option to have it in common area or have it delivered to the rooms. We would definitely consider staying here again.
