Great location to beach and restaurants. Clean room.

Bed was uncomfortable, sloped on both sides of bed. Not a fan of sink not in washroom itself. Small space. Pretty loud next door, you can hear everything .

Really seamless process for check in and check out, clean and convenient. Staff was available via text and really responsive

Amazing location just across the street from Lake Okanagan. Very walkable to everything - restaurants, brew pubs, movie theater, shopping, Saturday market, etc. Easy cycling access to multiple entrances of the KVRail Trail. Efficient check in/check out via texts. Friendly and accommodating staff.

No AC outside of the bedroom. Super slippery tub that was difficult to get into and out of. No iron or ironing board. Very expensive for what was offered.

Location, amenities and cleanliness. Awesome firepit and tables. Super cute.

Parking is tight, need guided spots. Microwave would be great. Lots of bugs in room. A screen would be so helpful.

Overall great location, everything we needed for a few nights. It's not fancy but it was very clean.

The bathroom sink wasn't draining properly and the air conditioner was really loud. Neither of these were really a problem though.

Beachfront - OK - no lakeview tough🥴

NO daily room cleaning - in a ‚Beach Resort‘ (that‘s what they call themselfs) were you carry automatically sand in every day! There is a broomstick 🧹 and a bucket ready for you to clean the sand for 350 dollars 💵 a night. Extremly noisy (very loud!) air-condition - although they say rooms newly renovated: they put the aircondition in upside down!!! (Foto) NO blinding curtains - room is very sunny… therefore the room gets bright 5am - good morning👍 Jonathan is the good man👍 he loves to help you and fixes all the problems you‘ll face there - not like the Management/office stuff Smokers - NOT welcomed! No place to smoke - not even in the Parking lot 🅿️ besides you car 🚗 OPEN-AIR parking!!

Location was perfect , right across from beach and surrounded with great places to eat and drink. The room was beautiful decorated, clean and quiet, perfect for our little getaway. The staff are amazing , responded to our questions quickly and super helpful . Loved our stay and will come back!

Close to the waterfront of the lake, clean rooms, great location. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were pleasant and responsive.

The toilet and sink areas were raised and it was a large step up to get to them, which was difficult for my wife.

Super easy seamless self check-in, excellent location and responsive staff. Clean and relatively comfortable.

No blackout curtains and porch lights just outside of window blazing bright all night long. Made it practically daylight overnight inside the room so it was difficult to get good. Rest no way to turn off the porch light.

Very well located by the lake and multiple restaurants, Kettle Valley Beach Resort looked fresh and was very comfortable for our stay. We would definitely stay again when in Penticton.

I was worried we might hear noise, but had zero issues.

I liked the location it was quiet and easy parking

The fan on the washroom was really loud as was the air conditioning The tv operation takes a bit to understand Wouldn’t have minded a couple of notes on how it works But love the options once I figured it out

Check in was just a breeze. Restaurant on site was terrific with many options for a celiac.

Bedside lighting far too bright, lack of bathub mat (shouldn't have to ask for this), and running water wastage while waiting for the hot water.

The plumbing has it’s challenges, when neighbours flushed the toilets strange noises came from our washbasin. Other than that all good.

Clean, updated, full of charm - a beach cottage without the cottage price. If you want to stay on the beach - this is the place. The cleanest, most likely most updated motel there.

The heat was hard to regulate. No microwave and the hot pot is kind of broken. Would’ve preferred breakfast included. Really hard to turn around in the parking lot….

Extremely well kept and very very clean!! The staff were most accommodating with our requests as we were a young traveling family. The Beds were comfortable, warm rooms for the winter. We look forward in staying again in the future here.

Updated rooms, close to the beach, off busy road, so quiet. Bed was comfortable, new furniture. Kitchen had the basics to prep basic food on site.

While this might look like your typical motel from decades ago ,the rooms were recently renovated and are even better than on the pics. Warm and caring welcome from my host , Kendra. Great value for the money ( I was travelling early November )

The location was excellent. The suite has been renovated. Our bed was very comfortable.

The suite was a little smaller than I expected. It was a little tight. The sofa bed on which my son slept was quite hard and not very comfortable.

Very nice place to stay. Was weird not seeing anyone. It was all done electronic. We got quick responses when we asked questions. So it was good that way. Not seeing anyone was odd for us.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. An der Ecke des Hotels gab es ein kleines Restaurant/Cafe in dem man sehr gut frühstücken konnte. Der Blick war wunderschön.

There is no heat in the living area, and the weather was cool in the mornings

Personal hot tub was great!

A few things seemed to be broken or not working. Dishwasher out of order.. Batteries in several remotes for the TV's were dead. A button or two on the hot tub didn't work. First world problems.... ya know? Still clean, and a great stay.

Perfect spot, close to town and the beach. Rooms are clean and perfect for families. The outdoor space is perfect.

They did a great job with the renos, super cute and modern, and being walking distance to the beach and restaurants was awesome. Highly recommended 👍
