Reviewed Dec 18, 2022Hotel stuff refused to check in us as we are not Indian citizens even we paid reservation fee and we received confirmation of our stay. We didn’t receive any info regarding this “small” detail in advance. Hotel’s management is ignoring us and denying to return reservation fee. Booking Customer Service is also useless as they saying they can not help here. Honestly I’m pretty surprised of Booking’s behavior in particular situation as I thought it is client oriented and professional company.

Reviewed Nov 17, 2022when I visited Ahinsa Residency for the first time in my life. Ahinsa's staff are highly trained and professional. The room service at Ahinsa Residency is the ultimate and best. You will feel a great vibe over there. In summer, they have refreshing drinks, and the air conditioning is damn good. Whether it is day or night, the polite staff is there to attend to you every time. Therefore, I’d suggest staying in Ahinsa Residency whenever you wish to stay in Gurgaon.
