The cleanliness, the AC has issues, also the bedsheets and had the marks or lipsticks stains

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our room at the hotel was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk staff helped us check in late with a smile, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh food. Its location was just a five-minute walk from the main square. I will definitely stay here again!

Very nice breakfast, but for veg and non veg both. i loved it. and very clean and nice rooms total value for money. i will take every time i go there.

Good hotel in budget for business/family travel

The hotel location is beautiful with a sai baba temple nearby. You can join in for bhajans. It's located in the midst of a residential area and is very peaceful. Nearby there's a park for running/jogging and also has facilities for children. It is located near to a few prominent malls as well. The food is exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and have all basic amenities. Even if something is missing you can simply call and they'll quickly bring it to you. The only thing missing is a pair of slippers for the restroom.

This hotel is a very popular choice for wedding and birthday celebrations. A large number of guests staying are usually part of the celebrations but the loud music after 10 pm is pretty disturbing for other guests trying to rest after a tiring day.

The overall look, room neatness, staff behavior, food and the affordable rent.

The toilet tiles and fittings are old with finishing lost.

When I reached the hotel, I was denied of availability of the rooms. The money has also not been refunded. The staff and managers were non-cooperative. Very harrassing experience.

Nothing was good . Just show off at the lobby and entrance.

Nasty and old toilet and bathroom, the whole night AC didn't work . Mosquitos in room . Staff is useless. Just humble , not solving any issues. Breakfast was horrible. Same dishes every day . Too many staff workers but useless. Reception employees not answering the phone . The manager was with an attitude. Horrible experience. Don't just look at their hotels pictures. The lobby and entrance was bright and clean . The rooms were pathetic. . Just show off for higher triffs. Don't trust their website hotels pictures. No fans in rooms . That was too weird. AC units old . Dirty bedding. Dirty room . Old refrigerators are not working well . Horrible Horrible experience.

I liked the peaceful environment which I was looking for as it was my leisure trip.

- bathroom amenities were broken. - room service even after 2 reminder calls didn't help us. - breakfast food was cold and the staff was ignorant

- Size of the room - Locality around is good

- Promptness of service - rooms are not serviced regularly . - No additional facilities (e.g Gym etc ) - They host too many parties , it becomes noisy at night .

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was so cooperative and everything was so comfortable.

1) Essentials like, towel, tooth paste/tooth brush should be kept in the room without calling at reception. The bathroom slope for water drainage is not correct. Water remains accumulated and hence surface is slippery. 2) The water is coming out from the bottom of W.C.pot. It should be prevented immediately. 3) There was no foot rub outside the bathroom. Hence a person has to come with wet foot in the room. 4) No spoon was provided near coffee maker.

Excellent location away from main road and good staff who did their best to accommodate requests.

Rooms are clean and neat

I booked all inclusive, but it was actually not! Only certain type of food is included otherwise you have to pay extra! That was not clear at all before booking. Breakfast is not great and not a lot of varieties. Overall food experience was not as expected and not worth it to book all inclusive.
