The aparthotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. There is on-site parking with surveillance, which was convenient for us. I would visit the hotel again and highly recommend it.

Camera molto spaziosa, confortevole e pulitissima. Staff molto cordiale. Comodo parcheggio disponibile dietro la strada principale. Negozi nelle vicinanze.

La colazione era abbondante ma poco varia, l'oscuramento della stanza molto migliorabile, cucina non attrezzata, prodotti per caffè scaduti.

Staff super accogliente, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La posizione è ottima soprattutto se si viaggia in auto, comoda per gli spostamenti. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e abbiamo apprezzato l’ospitalità e la disponibilità. Sicuramente lo consiglierò e ci tornerei volentieri!

Nella nostra stanza c’era una doccia walk-in, ma ogni volta che la usavamo l’acqua usciva dalla zona doccia. Come piccolo suggerimento, si potrebbe mettere un rialzino o qualcosa che aiuti a contenere l’acqua. Per il resto, nulla da segnalare!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα, άνετα και καλαίσθητα. Το μπάνιο πολυ καθαρό. Ο κήπος πολυ όμορφος και περιποιημενος.

Το πρωινό ήταν για τις δικές μου ανάγκες πολυ κακό. Έλειπαν πολυ βασικά πράγματα όπως πορτοκαλάδα, γιαούρτι, γάλα. Το μηχανημα του καφέ έφτιαχνε πολυ κακής ποιότητας καφέ. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό ήταν στο σαλόνι, εγώ θα προτιμούσα να ήταν στο υπνοδωμάτιο.

To był jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w jakich mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać. Wszystko było na najwyższym poziomie – hotel niezwykle czysty i zadbany, a personel wyjątkowo miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Z okna naszego pokoju mogliśmy podziwiać przepiękne widoki, a o poranku nawet balony unoszące się nad Kapadocją. Śniadania były pyszne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne. Cały hotel został urządzony z ogromnym wyczuciem – panuje w nim ciepła, rodzinna atmosfera, dzięki której można poczuć się jak w domu. Z całego serca polecamy to miejsce i z pewnością chętnie tu wrócimy!

Todo, la ubicación me pareció ideal, en el pueblo de Abanos, alejado de todo el hervidero de las zonas más turísticas, el uso del aparcamiento, un hotel pequeñito y familiar y un personal que se desvivía por el huésped. Ahmed incluso me estuvo buscando la manera de ver el partido de España del mundial, dedicando todo su tiempo y esfuerzo a que estuviese cómodo con este tema también.

Por buscar algún defecto dentro de lo a gusto que estuvimos, igual el desayuno es poco variado, y la ducha tiene una orientación en el suelo que hace que se salga bastante el agua. Por lo demás, estupendo

The rooms are spacious, large, and very clean. I loved everything about the place. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Our group of girls visited, and we all loved it. It’s more than just a room,it’s more like a suite.

Staying at Pearl of Cappadocia felt like stepping into a dream. Every corner was immaculate, the rooms perfectly equipped, and the breakfast a delightful start to the day. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. Even the smallest details, like the warm water at the toilet—a first for me—added to the sense of thoughtful luxury. It was a stay that delighted all the senses and left a lasting impression.

Hardly anything to complain about; everything was excellent. Perhaps a bit more variety at breakfast could be nice, but overall everything was flawless.

Ottima posizione per visitare goreme e la Cappadocia con possibilità di parcheggio, un po lontano dal centro di Avanos ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Stanze comode e grandi

Hotel is located in calm street. Rooms are very spacious, nicely decorated and spotless. They have a parking lot, so it’s very convenient if you have a car and you are close to all main attractions.

Excellente adresse si on dispose d'un moyen de locomotion et que l'on ne veut pas être au centre des villes ultra-touristiques comme Goreme. Avanos est une bonne base pour rayonner dans la région. Nous avions un vaste appartement bien décoré. Le meilleur logement de notre séjour de 3 semaines en Turquie. Très bonne literie. Très calme (séjour en Avril).

L'appartement dispose d'un meuble de cuisine aménagée mais il n'y a aucun moyen de cuisiner ni de manger (pas de couverts). C'est resté un mystère pour nous mais heureusement nous n'en avions pas besoin.

It’s just as the photos show. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast is the usual Turkish breakfast + a pastry of the day (we stayed for 2 nights, I liked both parties)

The doors to the balcony are not getting sealed properly, so cold air comes (it was especially noticeable since it was windy and raining when we stayed) That being said, the room was still pretty warm, but it would be a lot cheaper to heat the room if the door was getting sealed properly. Another thing that kind of surprised my was that the door to the reception was locked when we arrived at the hotel, luckily the receptionist was right there to unlock it but it was a weird thing to do.

The rooms are luxurious, spacious, modernly designed, and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the atmosphere in the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is professional, always smiling, and ready to help at any moment. The breakfast is excellent, rich, and delicious. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Cappadocia and all its attractions. Our stay was unforgettable, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to everyone who wants luxury, comfort, and top-quality service!

Spacious and bright suite with lounge area combined with a kitchenette and lovely balcony. The bedroom was large, the bed comfortable and plenty of storage cupboards for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Everything is decorated in a lavish Tirkish style The staff were really excellent - very helpful and friendly The breakfast was plentiful and included both savoury and sweet things but was exactly the same on each morning

The hotel is very good! The room is big, have big wardrobe, bed very comfortable, nice shower and another leaving room separate with a kettle and coffe/tea, what make the experience great! It is beautiful.

The breakfast was poor. No many options.

We enjoyed the generous spaciousness of the apartments, the quality of the finishes, and the fun faux Rococo ritziness. We liked the view of the sky, the balloons drifting across in the early morning. We loved being in Avanos - it’s so much more pleasant a place to be than Göreme. We would happily stay here again.

The breakfast is acceptable, and far better than you would get in an Australian motel. However, given the excellent quality of local fresh produce that we saw in the Friday markets, there is potential to easily do something much better. Also, we think 9am is a late starting time for breakfast.

Ottimo struttura a 15min dal centro di avanos, parcheggio privato,la camera era molto grande ,kit di benvenuto nel frigo con acqua, coca cola aranciata e thè ,nel bagno oltre ai soliti bagnoschiuma e shampoo era presente anche una crema corpo.la camera veniva pulita e rifornita di acqua e prodotti bagno tt i giorni. Buona la colazione tipica turca ma a buffet anche se inizia un po' tardi alle 9

Vorrei dire nulla ma devo segnalare sperando che troviate una soluzione, le tende oscuranti presenti se pur belle e scenografiche nn fanno il loro lavoro , risultato luce in camera già dall'alba.

Die Lage

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Techniker erst am nächsten Tag kommen könnten. Einen Ventilator hat man uns auf unsere Bitte hin ebenfalls nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. So mussten wir eine Nacht bei über 30 °C mit offenem Fenster und entsprechendem Lärm verbringen. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir zwar ein anderes, kleineres Zimmer, jedoch gab es in der gesamten Einheit nur eine einzige Klimaanlage. Diese musste dauerhaft laufen, um das Apartment zu kühlen. Zudem gab es pro Zimmer nur eine Karte, die gleichzeitig die Stromversorgung aktivierte. Das bedeutete, dass die Karte immer im Stromsteckplatz bleiben musste und wir die Hotelangestellten jedes Mal bitten mussten, das Zimmer für uns aufzuschließen.

Everything else is superb

Keep in mind: breakfast at the hotel starts at 9 a.m. And all the nearby cafes and shops also open at 9. So if you have an early departure like we did, you’ll be leaving hungry.

Our stay at Pearl of Cappadocia was truly exceptional. The service and staff were outstanding always available, kind, and genuinely caring. It’s the best service we’ve experienced. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable it really feels like home. We’ve already come back three times, and every stay has been just amazing. It’s without a doubt our favorite hotel in Cappadocia. Can only recommend this place and a big thank you to the wonderful team at Pearl of Cappadocia for having us.

Odamızdan çok memnun kaldık çok geniş ve temiz. İnce ayrıntıları da düşünmüşler. Kahvaltıyı otelde yapmadık. O yüzden bu konuda yorum yapmayacağım.

tahmin ettiğimizden çok daha güzel rahat ve keyifliydi. Hotel her anlamda çok tatmin ediciydi fiyatına göre olağanüstü denebilir odalar çok geniş tam bir aile teli hatta lüx bir aile oteli denebilir. Çok temiz ve konforluydu kendimizi evimizde olduğumuzdan daha rahat hissettik diyebilirim çok memnun kaldık hergün gitsem hergün burada konaklarım.. Çalışanlar da oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdiler. Burada konaklayıp da memnun olmayan olur mu bilemiyorum doğrusu.. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim

Otel temizliği ve konforu çok iyiydi. Personel çok iyi ilgilendiler. Yeni bir bina , apart otel tarzında , daireler çok geniş,amerikan tarzı küçük bir mutfağı da var. Ailecek kaldığımız bir otel idi. Çoçuklar içinde çok konforlu idi. Avanosdan, sabah erkenden sıcak hava balonlarının kalktığı yere de çok yakın mesafede. Kesinlikle öneririm.

Ailemle konakladım, odalar çok temizdi. İşletenler oldukça yardımseverdi. Çok memnun kaldık.
