It was an outstanding experience. The hotel is located right in front of War Memorial, so prime location. The overall atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and all basic amenities are aptly provided. A serene atmosphere is maintained throughout. Cleanliness is great as well! Overall an amazing place to stay!

Spent 2 nights here on a tour, location very good, nice smaller hotel with a personal touch. Amazing room with a balcony, brilliant for watching the world go by. All the staff we met were polite and helpful. The food was delicious and a good selection on offer. The bar had a good ambience. Too cold for the pool though sadly. Good spot for seeing local sights. A few shops close by. Nice selection of snacks (chargeable) in room.

Had our stay here which went the best and more than which who made it best was the service of the stay which was every well and good enough to recommend specially Sagar,Gurleen and Ashu they treated the best under the guidance of their manager Mr.Jagmohan sir

The location is mesmerizing. The staff was so polite and helpful. Rooms were luxurious and clean. It is real value for money. The atmosphere is like a 5 star luxurious hotel. The view from our window was breath taking. We were served tea in the morning and our baby was given delicious baby food.

Our stay at Infinitea Centric was very pleasant and the location is close to Dharamshala Cricket ground which is a must visit for all tourists if you are a cricket lover. The staff were great and always attending to the needs carefully and the food at the restaurant was exemplary as well. Highly recommend the stay as the property has neat and clean rooms and good view of the mountains.

I visited Dharamshala in Dec 2025 and I booked this hotel for my 3 N 4 D stay. I am absolutely in love with this hotel. I booked Premium peaks with balcony room.The room had the breathtaking view from the balcony as I expected. The staff is extremely professional and polite. The rooms and hotel premises is very clean and well maintained. Inhouse food is also delicious. The hotel location is exact opposite to the War Memorial, so best location to travel to other sight seeing as well. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful experience.

The ambience of this place is amazing especially their rooftop bar. The hosts Avinash and Anubhav were very helpful and generous. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place with my eyes closed. Cheers

What a mesmerizing experience of the view that we had from our room... I don't have exact words or right words to express my feelings The restaurant staff Tarun, Rohit and Gaurav all three of them are so caring and that you really feel at home Even at the time of breakfast buffet everything they were trying to serve at the table I would like to mention about the homemade Ginger masala tea which we had for all three days is amazing and must have.. I regularly visit Dharamshala and saw this hotel in front of war memorial. It looked amazing and I thought i will be staying here this time. A beautiful and luxurious looking hotel with a roof top swimming pool. I also celebrated my child’s first bday party here. We came with the family it was amazing experience. The views form the window, the service and the hospitality was amazing. The buffet breakfast was amazing and even the cheff was very helpful in cooking specific things for my 1 year old boy. Mr. Gaurav, Mohit and Rohit were amazing and very kind and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable. We planned to stay here for 3 days but loved it so much that we extended the stay for 2 more days. Will surely stay here again when we visit Dharamsha.

I recently stayed at Hotel Infonitea in Dharamshala for 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were very polite and well-behaved throughout my stay.

A new, modern and clean property in the centre of the city. Everything around Dharamshala is accessible from here including Mcleodganj, Norgulinka monastery and this hotel is right opposite the War Memorial park and museum. The staff at the hotel is very warm and ensure your comfort. The staff at the restaurant Nutmegg, especially, Rohit, Nikhil, Gaurav, Munish are very helpful and prompt always in serving the best food. Nutmegg, their restaurant, serves awesome food and a has a good variety of dishes including continental and Indian. Rooms in the hotel are modern and spacious with a balcony attached for a scenic view of the hills. It’s very close to the Dharamshala cricket stadium which is walking distance from here, so u case you coming to watch cricket, Thai could be your place of stay.

We had a wonderful experience at Infinitea, Dharamshala. The rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and so was the overall service. I was offered an umbrella when I had to go out in the rain. In the restaurant section, everyone was helpful, especially Gaurav Singh, who went out of his way to make things comfortable. Would recommend it.

The hotel was in a beautiful place surrounded by mountains and just around 20 mins drive from the Kangra airport. The staff were very warm and friendly. The service and hospitality extended is really appreciated. The rooms were clean and well maintained overlooking the mountains. The balcony in the room had a beautiful sit out ideal for gazing at the mountains with the morning tea. The breakfast served included all our preferences and was a mix of cuisines. We also dined out in the restaurant and the food was amazing. Thank you for the great experience. We would love to stay in your hotel the next time we visit Dharamshala.

The most amazing experience and service. We have been to every five star / four star hotel and cafe in Dharamshala and McLeodganj, but this place is our favourite destination with family. The reason being the amazing experience and service along with the most delicious cusine.
