It was the wonderful experience staying in this property.
Location awesome, food good, service good, specially Mr, Raj Kumar take care of us while breakfast.
We went to Radisson Blu Resort Dharmsala in end of August 2026 and stayed for 3 nights, with our 6 month old daughter. The staff was very courteous & accommodating be it the housekeeping team of Mehak, Shilpa, and Aman or the cleaning lady, Santosh auntie, who always greeted us and asked about the well being of the baby. The resort has 2 restaurants, namely The Edge and The Italian Crust and a bar by the name of The All Out Bar. The food was delicious every time (except the Veg Biryani😕). We tried various items on the menu of The Edge including Club Sandwich, Spring Rolls, Hara Bhara Kebab, Dal Makhni and Madiyali Palak Sepuwadi which were served with breads. Each item was prepared fresh & was good in taste. We also tried the Veg & Non-Veg Thupkas which were again very soothing to the taste buds. We tried the Italian Crust restaurant with their Margherita pizza, Chicken Pizza and Cheese Garlic Bread and all of them were freshly made and were delicious. Rajkumar, Kunshuk & Lalita catered to every customisation we required while ordering food. All-Out bar obviously does not allow kids & infants inside, so we ordered a few drinks at the pool side. They had offers on some days, which offered a lucrative deal on alcohol. Special thanks to the Chef & his team to accommodate our request for preparation of baby food. The location of resort is almost on the top of a hill, and ample parking space is available near the entrance. There are carts which can take you to the rooms but you can also walk if you like. Overall the stay was comfortable for us, topped up with light rains which helped us relax.
Excellent experience and special thanks to Mr. Sahil who took exceptionally great care of us.Food and ambience was top notch.Would highly recommend Radisson for anyone visiting Dharamshala. We look forward to visiting Radisson again.
Everything was wonderful! The food was great, the staff- Lolita and chef Shamsher service was worm, welcoming and they really cared about us and even changed the room because we had noise problems. The spa was excellent and Sapna was really good and kind! I really recommend.
One of the best resorts in Dharamshala. Great hospitality, awesome staff and beautifully maintained. This place ia not less than a dream resort for anyone with many sit out areas with beautiful scenic views. I strongly suggest this place if you are planing a visit. The restaurant had good varieties with a mount watering taste. The staff specially Aman at the restaurant The Edge was very helpful and courteous.
Good ambience, good food and service. The server Rajkimar was attentive .
The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Always had a smile. Shilpa, mehak and Aman always asked if anything was required to make our stay more comfortable. Excellent view from the proper and food is great.
Exceptional property Must stay place in Dharamshala Excellent scenic view Excellent service We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will sure come back Staff was very helpfull and great service Mahak Shilpa Amit im cleaning Kunshuk and Manoj at restaurant
Best location for us to chill. Mehak aman and shilpa were very helpful
The experience was good. Mehak, Shilpa, Amit was co-operative. The hotel ambience was good
We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Radisson Blu Hotel Amritsar. We stayed in Room 709, which was spacious, cozy, clean, and well maintained. The room had a relaxing atmosphere and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. Whenever we needed any assistance, the service was prompt and professional. The overall hospitality was excellent and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel itself has a lovely ambience, and all the facilities and services were well managed. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
Thanks preeti and Amit in restaurant for the outstanding hospitality. You guys made us to come again thank you so much all team for high rated service
Calm and beautiful place for peaceful stay

Best experience with radison nd staff is also good mehak and shilpa
Great ambience, great hospitality ...special thanks to Mehak shilpa ..
Perfect location and rooms with an epic view of the valley. Service was excellent, food wonderful and our stay brings back many happy memories. The weather was still a little cold in the pool in April but we managed to swim.
Really enjoyed our time at Radisson Blu Dharamshala. The location in the pine trees is super peaceful, and the mountain views from the room were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Would definitely come back.
I would pick this property any day over any in dharamshala and I would even rate above many other resorts at prominent hill stations. Location is close to city/market, yet far to have peaceful environment. Rooms, service, views, facilities, recreation, food, staff courteousness all are at par with star resorts. Staff ensures in all possible ways that stay remains memorable. It’s just 10 mins bike ride away to main Kotwali market, close to many other viewpoints and peaceful encounter with river. Though this was solo trip, I would pick this place again for myself and for family trip as well.
location is nice... right in middle of mcleodganj and dharamshala dining staff is very polite and helpful... special shoutout to santosh (cleaning lady) who very very sweet to our child and shinchuk.. who provided us with great food options during stay
the front desk and reception people are clueless about hotel facilities,,, they didnt even inform us during check in what all facilities are there in property and didn't communicate breakfast timings it took us 30 mins for check in (we reached hotel way after check in time at 3 pm) and 30 mins for checkout (we checked out promptly at 12 noon) front desk people need training on how to properly treat guests. they didnt even welcome us properly
Look no further and book this hotel. We had an exceptional 2 night stay, with great views, food, ambience, service and facilities. You will not be disappointed. The swimming pool was clean, had a nice gym, and food was simply delicious. The staff is warm and welcoming. We made the mistake of booking 1 night at another 5 star hotel and were hugely disappointed with their food, service and overall experience. Dont think other hotels can match up to Radisson in Dharamshala. We had absolutely no issues. They offer high service standards.
We had a really good experience with radisson blu, special appreciation for chef anshul and chef manoj they were so nice to us, really kind and took great care of us
Restaurant staff, specially Rohit, was hosting us very well.
Checkin experience was very bad
Restaurant experience was good
Checkin experience needs improvement
It was a good experience staying at this hotel in Dharamshala. People are nice and service with hospitality and with good gesture. I like the food in dinner buffet it was delicious and eye appealing. I recommend this hotel for the families planning their tour in Dharamshala.
I am enjoying my stay at Dharamshala in Radisson. It is a wonderful experience and me and my friend enjoying the stay, specially the swimming pool experience. This best place to stay if you are in Dharamshala We love it
Location was good. Atmosphere permit us to explore the property and plantation landscape was excellent. Room services were excellent. Very cooperative staff and we get promot room service from mehak & shilpa. One request to keep light in the main foire areas of lounge as it's very dark area and rain put us in trouble after the dinner.
An excellent resort in Dharamshala, I stayed with my family in June. It has many activities for kids and specially I liked indoor activity like pinecone and glass painting. Their Infinity pool is awesome and has amazing valley view while seating outside of Edge restaurant. Hotel staff is amazing specially manager Dilip and his team at the reception.
Very good Property and excellent team. Avinash and entire team gave exceptional service in the hotel, restaurant and check in team. Hates off.
This hotel is just hyped because of the IPL teams staying there during the matches. On the whole this property can't be a part of Radisson Blu cause they don't fit the bill to take care of this brand.Totally mediocre service & untrained staff.Cleanliness absolutely zero,i had to take videos & pics of the dust on the table & around the walls & send it to Ms.Preeti as proof & then things got cleaned. In room dining food very very average & quite expensive & quality & quantity cannot even be justified for the price. The room quite small for the price we paid & on arrival at the hotel the lazy, inefficient staff Arjun made my mother sit in the sun on the wheelchair all by herself outside when i was in the lobby checking in & he had no manners to get her in the lobby after she came out of the car.Ishan & Dilip were only there to make business & no humanitarian grounds when i requested fr an upgrade & they kept saying sorry it's chargeable.Fair enough they are doing their job but wht happened the next day when i received a call from Dilip if i wanted to change my room after i complained to Ms.Preeti.Suddenly the room was available free of cost.Being in hospitality there was nothing & no one really bothered to give impeccable service .The staff at the breakfast not trained, made to wait fr 1 tea fr 15 mins & was told that there is no milk available, seriously no milk available fr a room u paid 20,000Rs & the so called 5 star hotel has NO milk???? & The lady at the breakfast didn't even bother to come & check if we got the tea or inform us that because milk isnt available tea is taking a while. Was busy on the phone or just standing in 1 corner doing nothing cause she was new & didn't even know how to pour milk in a cup from another cup.Rishabh was the only one trained at the restaurant & kept me sane.Overall the most pathetic stay & wouldn't recommend this hotel.Totally disappointed.
Best staff, best resort ,Excellent service great view Mehak & Shilpa is the best room server
Had a wonderful family vacation,The resort is exceptionally clean and hygienic, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained swimming pool. The staff is courteous, professional, and always helpful. The food was delicious and the entertainment options made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable family getaway…🎉🎊👍
Very nice stay, food was great and service was excellent by Mr rishabh.
This June, I booked a standard room at a premium rate, expecting a comfortable stay. Instead, I was assigned a room on the ground floor, with a view of nothing but a wall covered in moss and dirt. For the price being charged, the quality of the room was far below expectations and certainly not comparable to what one would expect from a property positioned at this level. I raised my concern to the front desk and requested assistance, the management showed interest in resolving the issue and offered an upgrade which was a meaningful support by Abhishek Rana. I would recommend future guests to check the floor before booking standard room. The pricing reflects a high-end category, but unfortunately, the room quality does not.
My experience at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala was extremely disappointing due to the consistently poor service and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. Throughout our stay, we had to repeatedly call for basic amenities, including room essentials that should have been provided in advance. The dining experience was equally frustrating—food orders were significantly delayed, and on one occasion, when we ordered two soups, only one arrived while the second took over 20–25 minutes, with the staff having no idea about its status when we followed up. Even a simple tea service arrived without cups, causing further delays. Basic hospitality standards, such as properly arranged cutlery, were overlooked, and the staff appeared poorly trained, uninformed, and lacking a sense of urgency. There was little coordination between departments, no proactive assistance, and almost every request required multiple reminders. For a premium resort carrying the Radisson Blu name, the level of service was far below expectations and significantly impacted our overall experience.
The food and ambiance was really great. Rishabh and Kinshuk served us the food and their behaviour was very welcoming.
Very good location and service
It was great experience in deed Mehak and shilpa gave us best look after our kids thanks
I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely disappointed. As we were checking out and rushing to catch our flight, we placed a very simple room service order at 1:00 PM—just one Rajma Rice and one Spaghetti. We clearly informed the team that we would be leaving by 2:00 PM and requested the food by 1:30 PM. We were assured that it wouldn't be a problem. As time passed, we called repeatedly—3 to 4 times—only to hear, "We'll get back to you." No one ever did. No explanation, no update, no apology. Eventually, we had to leave for the airport hungry, without receiving the food we had ordered. It wasn't about the meal anymore; it was about feeling completely ignored. What hurt even more was the response at reception. When we requested two bottles of water before leaving, we were simply told that they didn't have any and that we should get them ourselves from the restaurant. After spending our holiday at the property, this was the last thing we expected. Hospitality is not just about beautiful rooms and scenic views. It's about making guests feel cared for, especially during small moments when they need help the most. Sadly, throughout this experience, we felt like our concerns didn't matter. The only person who stood out was Dilip. His warmth, promptness, and willingness to help restored a little faith in the service standards we had hoped to experience. Thank you, Dilip, for being the one person who genuinely cared. We arrived with excitement and left with disappointment. Dharamshala is beautiful, but unfortunately, our memories of this stay will be overshadowed by the poor service and lack of basic courtesy we experienced. I sincerely hope the management takes guest feedback seriously so that others do not leave feeling the way we did.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Radisson Dharamshala, and it is truly one of the best Radisson properties I have ever experienced. I visited with my friends to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make the occasion special. A special mention goes to a young gentleman from the front desk—a small, slim staff member—who took great care in helping arrange a beautiful surprise birthday celebration for my friend. Although I unfortunately don't remember his name, his kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference and helped create a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and offered everything needed for a relaxing stay. The heated swimming pool was one of the highlights of our trip and added to the overall luxury of the experience. The hospitality, service, and overall ambiance were exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of the team made us feel welcome and valued. Thank you to the entire Radisson Dharamshala team for making our celebration so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dharamshala. Without a doubt, it is one of the finest Radisson properties I have stayed at, and I look forward to returning in the future.
I am currently staying at Radisson Blu Dharamshala, and this is my third visit to the property. I had stayed here approximately one year ago and again around three years ago. Both previous experiences were exceptional and left such a positive impression that I specifically chose to return once again. In fact, one of the primary reasons for revisiting Dharamshala was to enjoy the hotel itself, as there are limited sightseeing options compared to many other hill destinations. Unfortunately, this stay has been a major disappointment. During my earlier visits, the property had a vibrant atmosphere, live music, attentive staff, prompt service, and an overall luxury experience that justified the Radisson Blu brand. This time, however, the ambience feels significantly diminished. There was no live music even on a Saturday evening, and the overall energy and guest experience felt noticeably lacking. The kids' play area was another disappointment. The PlayStation was not functioning, and even the television intended for movies was not working. Such basic amenities being out of service is not something one expects from a five-star hotel belonging to a reputed international hospitality chain. Our disappointment began right from check-in. We were initially allotted a Deluxe Room that honestly felt more like a budget accommodation than a premium hotel room. It had very limited natural light, no balcony, and a poor view. Half the window overlooked part of the hotel building, while the other half faced generators and maintenance equipment. It was probably one of the least appealing rooms I have ever been offered in a Radisson property. To their credit, the staff did respond to our request and offered another room that was somewhat better, although it was still located away from the central area of the property. What was surprising was that the location and nature of these rooms cannot be properly understood while booking online, even for guests who have stayed here previously. The service experience was equally disappointing. We ordered a couple of drinks and a starter, and after repeated reminders to multiple staff members, the order finally arrived after approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Even then, only the starter arrived initially, while the drinks were delayed further. Since we were hungry, we ate the starter, which unfortunately had already become cold by the time it reached our table. When the drinks eventually arrived, there was nothing left to accompany them. Such delays and lack of coordination are unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The following day, the hotel made a thoughtful gesture by offering us a room closer to the main property and the central stage area. I genuinely appreciated this effort and viewed it as a positive attempt to improve our experience. However, when we went to inspect the newly allotted room, we discovered that it had not been prepared after the departure of the previous guest. The room was unmade, disorganized, and clearly not ready for occupancy. Before leaving for local sightseeing, I personally informed housekeeping, the manager, and other staff members about the situation and requested that the room be prepared while we were away. To our surprise, when we returned approximately three hours later, the room remained in exactly the same condition. The only change was that our luggage had been transferred from the previous room into the unprepared room. Everything else remained untouched. At this stage, I am still spending my second night at the hotel and genuinely do not know where the problem lies. Is the property severely understaffed? Is there a lack of training, communication, supervision, or accountability? Or is this indicative of a broader decline in standards? What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that Radisson Blu Dharamshala itself set very high expectations through the excellent experiences it delivered during my previous visits. Sadly, based on my current stay, the property appears to be moving in the opposite direction. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously because this hotel has the potential to be outstanding, but at present it is falling far short of the standards it once maintained.
That was wonderful. Food was wonderful environment. Wonderful terminate our top notch our family. Enjoyed it.
The resort is beautiful! Up on a hill but also without as much elevation as the other luxury resorts. This was important to us as Dad has a heart condition. Beautiful views from the rooms of the valley. The room was nice and quite adequate. Good temp control, good shower pressure and amenities and enough space. We had room service a few times. Whether at the Restaraunt or room service I asked for customized simple food - dal with simple tadka, specific sabjis simply made like aloo gobhi and aloo palak. All of it was followed exactly and was still delicious. Additionally I asked for packed parathas for day touring and those were delivered on time and were excellent too. The breakfast was fabulous. I had Jammu rajma chawal - first ever time in a breakfast - the chef said it was their take on baked beans which I loved. The service at breakfast and at free high tea was excellent. Reception staff was excellent. Also our tour guide - Anil was fantastic. +91-9780234705. On insta - feelmycitytours. He had toured Amritsar with us and I knew he would be wonderful. He brought his 7 seater new car and an additional driver so he could help us. I especially love that he took fantastic care of my dad who has dementia allowing my mom time to see everything. He spent so much time with mom explaining much more than Dharamshala sites..but also about Sikhism which we very much appreciated. We saw kangra fort and museum, nimbulinga museum, dalai lama monastery. We also went to a charity - Kranti India which rehabilitates girls from red light district in Mumbai. If you get a chance please contact them and visit them. It will warm your heart to see the love and care there.
Mehak and shilpa housekeeping. Very nice hospitality
It was a wonderful stay and excellent service by Ms. Mehak, Shilpa and sumit ji.
one if the best nd beautiful spot in dharmshala ❣️everyone must visit ❤️🔥 it s very safe place for kids nd family .i appreciate the service , rooms , food nd cleanliness
Tushar was efficient, helpful, and gave us great tips on local spots. The hotel itself is beautiful and serene—those morning bird sounds are a dream!
Our only critique is the food: we'd love to see more Western food options on the menu to balance out the Indian selection. Highly recommended overall!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced today. I ordered food for my baby over an hour ago, and it still has not been delivered. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child. Additionally, the staff has not been welcoming or attentive. Instead of addressing the concern with urgency and care, the overall attitude has been unprofessional and indifferent. I expected a much higher standard of service, and this experience has been very frustrating. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both your service efficiency and staff behaviour.

Wonderful staff!!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala, not just for the lovely pool, the scenery, the delicious food at the restaurant, most importantly, for the attentive staff who were professional, authentically friendly and warm, and went out of the way to ensure that we were well taken care of. Special thanks goes out to Tushar - whose friendly smile and service we experienced at various spots in the hotel, and his spot-on food recommendations, Abishek - for the wonderful chai, Vikas - for his attentive service at dinner, Aryan - our friendly bartender at the All Out bar, Rohit - for his attentive service at breakfast, Raj - for being our friendly buggy driver. And all the rest of the staff too! Thank you!
Everything was so good ,food was delicious Staff was very cooperative Stay was very cozy and warm Property was clean and very beautiful Kids playing area was also very good
Good property and very sumptuous and well made meals.
All good
Our stay at Radisson Blu Dharamshala was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, warm, and thoughtfully curated. What truly stood out was the incredible staff and their attention to detail. A heartfelt thank you to: Rahul – for his attentive and courteous service during our dining experience Santosh – for maintaining impeccable cleanliness in the restaurant Vishal – at the reception, for his prompt assistance and welcoming approach One of the most special touches was reserving a cabana for us during breakfast, which made the experience feel intimate and memorable. It’s these thoughtful gestures that elevate a stay from good to exceptional. The service throughout was extremely prompt, and every interaction reflected genuine warmth and hospitality. Honestly, we found no negatives during our stay, everything was handled with such care that it made our time there truly special. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and heartfelt experience in Dharamshala. We stayed in room no 403, which had a beautiful view, and a very cozy cottage vibe.
The resort is very good specially for a family with kids. Staffs are always eager to help and very polite.
We stayed at this lovely resort hotel in at the end of March, beginning of April. Its a splendid hotel located just south of Dharmshala near the Himalayas with beautiful views all around and an infinity pool overlooking Dharamshala. You can even spot the HPCA cricket stadium voted most picturesque by international cricketers! Indeed, the theme of the restaurants, bars and facilities are named after cricketing terms- it used to be known as The Pavilion before it was refurbished and rebranded in its current luxury resort iteration. The rooms are luxurious and the spa facilities very good indeed with gym, sauna and steam facilities. The staff were very helpful, courteous and keen to please guests. The hotel room was beautifully decorated with a complimentary birthday cake! A special mention to Abhishek, Neha in reception, as well as Shilpa and Mehal who kept our rooms tidy and well stocked. We were treated with warm hospitality by the All Out barman, Akash, Abhishek?, who regaled us with his experience of meeting his cricketing heroes at the resort. The resort layout and grounds nestle in the hilly terrain providing a most restful, therapeutic and beautiful environment to relax. It provides a good base to explore the Buddhist sanctuary of the exiled Tibetans in Dharamshala while complimenting the peaceful message of their faith. We would recommend this resort wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Dharamshala.
Excellent service, excellent staff and wonderful property. My family loved this property. Big thanks to Sumit, mehak, Shilpa, Sakshi, Tushar and all other staff for their support and help.

Very nice stay. We were really happy with the hospitality specifically “Rishabh Vashist “ at the restaurant , he was really helpful and we really appreciate his efforts and care towards making us feel comfortable in dining as we had our baby with us.
Such a beautiful property with heavenly surroundings, absolutely near clean and charming place! Staff is so so courteous and helpful, our block supervisor Mr sumit and Caretaker Ms mahak and shilpa were extremely helpful and friendly. Loved it!!
Our stay at Radisson Blu Dharamshala was exceptional in every way. The hotel offers true luxury/ spotless rooms, outstanding housekeeping, and breathtaking views. What truly sets this place apart is the people. Every staff member was warm, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Special thanks to Manoj, Aman, Rishaub, Santosh, Chef Anil, Kritika, Vineet, Rahul, and the entire team - service was consistently outstanding. I wish I could remember everyone name. They went above and beyond for our family- from kindly allowing us to take food to our room when our daughter was tired, to everyone who checked with my family when I was unwell on the last day and offering to prepare special food. A special mention to Rajkumar, who sourced medicine for me early on the morning of our departure - an act of genuine care we will never forget. The spa was wonderful, the food excellent (we loved the buffet and high tea - the endless masala cha), and the overall atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. Dharamshala and Himachal Pradesh are simply stunning - one of the most beautiful places in the world. We left feeling emotional and will miss it deeply. Truly a 5-star experience in every sense
Excellent experience, the staff is friendly, very very efficient and always ready to help. The food is delicious and will come again soon and recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Shilpa and Mehak Ma’am From : Mehak Dass from Amritsar Punjab

Location and ambience
No elevator to reach higher rooms
Had an amazing lunch experience. Tushar offered us a great service and food was very good. Had authentic Himachali food - chambyali rajma and palak sepuwadi. Must try
Hi- I along with my wife stayed for 2 nights to celebrate new year. It was an excellent experience. The hospitality is too good. We enjoyed food at restaurant and in room dining. The staff was very helpful. The new year program was too good from decor to entertainment. The hotel is on the top of mountain, gives a breathtaking view. The infinity pool is very beautiful. It is away from the crowd of city.
The staff at the check-in counter was not friendly and appeared to have little or no information about the hotel. Their approach seemed overly focused on money, and there was a clear lack of care and professionalism during the check-in process.
