The Second bathroom needs some work, the microwave had something burned it and had a strong smell.

It was not clearly explained in pre-booking info that not only is the electricity supply rationed, but also the amount of power assigned was not sufficient to provide adequate heating during the very cold winter nights. Toward the end of the rental period I was informed that the electricity supply would be cut off if I didn’t pay for more power. Clients from Europe and America should be warned in advance of this third-world practice.

On booking it says housekeeping everyday but they only do housekeeping after 3 days. Towels are only changed after 4 days. Deposit box was locked, when informed they came with wrong master keys at 9pm to attend. Since the key was wrong they went back and never came back untill I checked out.

They kept in contact through WhatsApp and so helpful, especially when our flights were changed to arriving in the early hours of the morning and recommended a driver to pick us up. Especially, being scared Australians travelling on their own. A very safe area, the apartment was lovely.
Not having the staff on sight, as that was what was on their facilities when I booked it.

They do not respond to phone calls nor WhatsApps prior to checking in. There is a lack of clarity on where the reception is and where one should park. It took a whole hour since we arrived before we could enter the apartment, due to the lack of clarity on the check-in process. We encountered cleaning staff and rubbish bags in the unit upon checking in, 90 minutes after checking-in time!

Reviewed May 13, 2026Great apartment! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The apartment was clean and fully equipped to meet all your needs: washing machine, iron, power adapter, vacuum cleaner, clother rack and space heater. The area is absolutely safe and the mall is very close.
In winter the apartment can be quite cold, and for some people the two small heaters can be insufficient. I had to work all day so for me it was quite cold, but if you are on holiday and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment you won’t have this issue

We would have liked to have 2 sets of keys for the flat, as they are also needed to get in and out the main door and we weren't together at all times; and we would have preferred to have a sponge for our small dishwashing rather than someone coming every single day to clean the flat in our absence. There was an electrical problem in the bathroom that was solved on the third day of our stay.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Arrived at the property at 6:30pm and stayed outside for a whole 2hours in the cold The owner of the place left keys in the apartment and never bothered to communicate with us or the security The owner switched off their phone and was not reachable throughout the evening We tried to reach out via email yet no response Security wouldn’t allow us in because they insisted we need keys to enter the apartment We later insisted to go and physically check if doors were locked only to find the door unlocked and keys on kitchen counter Poor communication from the owner and security causing all unnecessary inconveniences Be careful to spend all night outside as the owner doesn’t care not even to check on their guests
Owner need to communicate and keep check of guests if they have managed to check in The reason for giving eta is for such occurrences

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026The location is fantastic. It is right on top of the mall. Easy to access everything. You cannot be more central. The flat is spacious and the beds are comfortable.
It can become noisy over weekends. The balcony could have been cleaner and things packed away. We had no toaster in the unit. Also wished that we had a city view rather than looking out over Rosebank Mall.

I believe since it's a two bedroom, it would've been helpful to have been issued two keys from the start. We faced issues with trying to leave at different times and were told by the doorman that we couldn't do that.

Very noisy outdoors till late hours of the night/morning.Location is not that peaceful. Not enough toilet paper/cleaning utensils provided. A very limited amount of cutlery and crockery in the apartment not ideal for cooking or hosting more than 3 people unless guests bring their own things. Area has a foul sewage smell outdoors as well as in the apartment bathrooms.

They were fussing to change towels daily. Our balcony door could not lock. There were holes in the lounge mat. The toilet flusher was broken. The zips on most of the cushions were broken.
