Honestly, everything. Fairmont was exceptional from beginning to end and is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and attention to detail were incredible. We were greeted so warmly, with refreshing towels, tea and biscuits, and the staff were consistently professional, kind and attentive. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. Our view was amazing, the pool was gorgeous, and everything felt luxurious and extremely well maintained. Breakfast was spectacular — genuinely one of the highlights of our stay, with an incredible selection and quality. There wasn’t one part of the experience that disappointed us. I only wish we had booked more nights because one night was nowhere near enough!

Honestly, nothing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Everything exceeded our expectations.

J'ai clairement ressenti que le personnel était très bien formé. Tous serviables, gentil, souriant, du personnel de nettoyage en passant par la réception,les serveurs ainsi que le le personnel de sécurité a l'entrée.Petit déjeuner excellent. Je salue Nordine le serveur à la terrasse qui fait son travail admirablement bien.Les chambres sont aussi top.

Attention au bavardages la nuit a l'extérieur sous les balcons des logements, les discussions du personnel m'ont dérangé plus d'une fois pendant mon sommeil.

l'hotel est magnifique. le personnel rien a dire. accueil chaleureux, personnels tres gentils et serviables sans oublier le petit dejeuner tres varié et tres bon.

It is breathtaking! A special thank you goes to Yves, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and remembered the exact preferences of every member of our family. His kindness, professionalism, and personal attention made every breakfast a pleasure and truly stood out. The rest of the staff was equally warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you all for a fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. We would be delighted to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rabat.

Nous avons cette journée, il y a trois ans donc l’hôtel était intéressant ça sentait hyper bon. Très bon accueil le petit déjeuner. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel connaissait déjà notre nom. Bref l’hôtel m’avait vraiment marqué dans son ensemble. Et cette fois-ci j’ai aimé pareil le personnel, le personnel reste aussi aussi agréable. Y’a pas de problème.

Alors ce que je n’ai pas aimé, j’ai l’impression que l’endroit commence à être de moins en moins entretenue, c’est-à-dire que l’odeur dans les couloirs n’est pas l’odeur du début. Les moquettes ne doivent pas être lavé souvent dans la chambre Fuite au niveau des toilettes on a tiré la chasse, il y a eu une fuite quand on rentre se doucher , Douche italienne tout l’eau ressort en dessous de la baie vitrée donc pas de brosse à dents ni de dentifrice. Les matelas étaient pas du tout confortable. les serviettes étaient lavées mais je n’ai pas envie de dire propre habituellement. C’est comme du neuf là ça se voyait que c’était utilisé depuis longtemps lavé et relaver. Le blanc n’était plus aussi blanc que auparavant. En tout cas c’est une grosse déception cette fois-ci.

Service incroyable personnels agréables vue incroyable confort et propreté incroyable

Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, professionnel, à l’écoute et très serviable. Les serveurs sont toujours impeccablement habillés et très présentables, ce qui reflète le sérieux de l’établissement. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable et sent toujours bon, ce qui m’a particulièrement marquée. Les chambres sont confortables et très calmes malgré la proximité du boulevard. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et complet. La piscine est très propre et les maîtres-nageurs sont eux aussi très gentils, accueillants et attentifs. Je le recommande sans hésitation, que ce soit pour un séjour en famille, pour se reposer ou pour un déplacement professionnel. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le mini-réfrigérateur de la chambre, qui ne rafraîchit pas suffisamment.

Noua avons passé un excellent séjour en famille hôtel est magnifique , très propre ,moderne et idéalement situé .le personnel est exceptionnel : accueillant, professionnel et toujours souriant. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement la réceptionniste qui nous a offert un surclassement a notre arrivée. malheureusement je ne me souviens pas de son prénom , mais sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable .un grand merci également a toute l équipe .Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Très moyen pour un 5 * et la chaîne Fairmont L’emplacement est sans intérêt et éloigné du centre de Rabat Le personnel n’est pas très qualifié L’insonorisation des chambres sur l’extérieur est inexistante Chambres soit disant avec vue sur océan donnent sur la route avec au loin un petit bout de la rivière, nous cherchons encore l’océan. À près de 500€ la chambre, on est en droit d’attendre bien mieux.

Personnel un peu amateur Les chambres à plus de 5000 DH ne correspondent pas à ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre. Nous avons séjourné dans la même semaine dans d’autres 5 * de Rabat pour moins cher et beaucoup plus qualitatif en prestations en qualité des chambres et du service. Bref cela ne vous laissera le goût d’une expérience unique….. Dommage

Très bel hôtel avec des installations modernes et une atmosphère agréable. La chambre était confortable, spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel était accueillant, professionnel et attentif. L’emplacement au bord de la marina est idéal et le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Amazing staff, always smiling and welcoming, from the security guard to the hotel team. The pool deck offered a fantastic view of the city and the Atlantic Ocean. A truly wonderful stay.

We just spent 3 days at the Fairmont. The breakfast was such a disappointment. Any ibis styles hotel offers a better spread. Cheap ingredients, no fresh fruits, a rip off for the price. Service friendly but as in many other hotels in Morocco painful…slow or absent. The dining tables were sticky as the first layer of varnish is peeling of. Rooms are beautiful and the tile work on the floors is absolutely stunning but covered in a grease film that makes every barefoot step dangerous. We asked for it to be cleaned again but it did not solve the problem. I am a big Accor hotels fan, reliable and similar standards everywhere so really sad that the Fairmont Rabat is not able to offer the same quality.

The reception staff are really helpful and kind. From the moment we arrived until we left, all were attentive and went above and beyond to assist. Layla's breakfast team made our breakfast time so special, serving us countless teas and coffees with beaming smiles. The Spa, Sauna and the Gym team needs a mention too. They made us feel welcome. Providing all amenities and assistance if needed. Thank you Fairmont for making our holiday so special. We will be using your hotel branches whenever we go on holiday.

I don’t know where to begin with this review. Everything about this place was amazing: the location, the dining areas, the design and architecture, but most of all the friendly, professional and overall AMAZING staff. They speak English, French and obviously Arabic, so you probably won’t have any issues with communication. The complimentary hand towels and Moroccan tea they provide really sets the tone for what kind of experience you will have at this Fairmont. I specifically remember Jafar, Rabi Buno and Marwa at the front desk area. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are so relaxing. The bathrooms are amazing, with all the spa amenities you need to feel pampered. I did not get to see any housekeeping except for Fouzia, who did an amazing job and went above and beyond. The La Verrière - Hive on the bottom floor is perfect for lounging around and having a quick bite or drink. I mostly saw El Mehdi and he was amazing!! The Dahlia is perfect for some classic Moroccan cuisine—the tajines are phenomenal. For some Mediterranean flavor, Le Deck on the top floor has great food and the most amazing view of the Rabat Salé Marina. Mohamed Shakir was a phenomenal server. The Fairmont La Marina is a wonderful place to stay and definitely worth the trip!!

Very disappointing experience. After a 17-hour flight, we arrived to a suite with flies and no hot water. Multiple staff confirmed the issue but no immediate solution was offered. We were told we’d be moved within 30 minutes, but waited over 2 hours with no update and had to go back to the lobby ourselves. Poor communication, disorganized staff, and not the level of service expected from a Fairmont. Would not recommend.
