Vielleicht ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag geht ans Frühstück. Es ist sehr asiatisch ausgerichtet. Ich weiß es ist in Kambodscha nicht einfach die sachen zu organisieren, aber ein bisschen mehr auf die Menschen aus dem Westen zugehen. Vielleicht ein bisschen Käse und Wurst anbieten. Aber trotzdem schmeckt das Frühstück auch so lecker

Gym was open area and can be seen by everyone on first floor (conference room) and also everyone eating on floor below. Also no AC so very hot at the gym. Room cleaning started from about 7:30/8 so no sleeping in as quite loud in corridor as well.

Tiene una impronta muy años 70, y quizás alguna alfombra sea de esa época, y en la TV sólo puede verse YouTube, pero no por mucho porque se cuelga y debe reiniciarse.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Frühstück war für asiatische Verhältnisse ok. Das Personal hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles was man so braucht. Die Lage verhältnismäßig gut.
Das Mobiliar ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen aber noch funktionabel. Die Sitzmöbel waren leider sehr fleckig. Der Balkon war ein Witz und sollte besser nicht genannt werden. Auf ca. einem Quadratmeter haben einem dann noch zwei Klimaanlagen den Aufenthalt mit dem Gebläse verschönert. Trinkgläser waren nicht vorhanden aber konnten an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden. Uns ist eins kaputt gegangen welches dann am Ende mit 3 Dollar berechnet wurde. So etwas kannte ich bis dato noch nicht.

After our stay we discovered that our GoPro Hero 13 Black was missing from our room. We are absolutely certain that we never took the camera out of the room during our stay — it was always kept inside the room and then suddenly disappeared. We contacted the hotel immediately. At first we received a short reply that nothing had been found. However, despite several polite follow-ups, the hotel has since stopped responding to us. We understand that items can sometimes be misplaced. However, the lack of communication and the unwillingness to seriously investigate the matter is very disappointing and concerning. We hope the hotel will improve its lost-and-found procedures and guest communication in the future.

The stuff is too chaotic and the roomcleaner are too loud and annoying as they block the only elevator and chat over the whole floor. Sometimes in the week a group of older locals believe they are alone on their table near the breakfast aera and destroy the whole buffet scenery. Outside dogs are barking the whole night.

Des claquettes déjà utilisées. Aucune chaîne de télé. Jus de fruit très sucré. Le frigo s'éteint dès qu'on quitte la chambre, donc on peut rien garder au frais, ce qui est embêtant pour l'eau mais surtout pour moi pour mon traitement médical.

Quelques bêtes trouvées dans la chambre (mais ça arrive...) Bruit de la rue très audible (même au 6e étage) Manager faussement aimable et in fine pas très aidant

La piscine en travaux, cela pourrait être préciser a la réservation car c'est un élément décisionnel lorsque on est en vacances.
