We loved that we had a cave hot tub (even though our room did feel underground). *It should be noted we got a pretty good deal on our stay, so I doubt we had the best room available. Markella. We'd love to personally shout out Markella! She arranged an ATV for us (super convenient), gave us the most detailed list of things to do and restaurants to visit, was always available and ON IT! She is a BOSS and so lovely. Example, our AC unit wasn't working and before we knew it a gentleman was there to fix it for us and it worked without an issue the rest of the time. The room was spacious, comfy and once we figured out how to get there with the ATV, awesome.

I thought the bed was a little firm. The cave hot tub was super cool, and if you had one with a view, wow. I don't have much negative to say.

Centrally located, a beautiful cave house and a very different experience. Our host Markella was very hospitable, friendly and proactive with any issues we had.

I absolutely loved this accommodation! It was very close to the beautiful views, so the location was perfect. The room itself was beautiful and luxurious, I would honestly say it had the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever seen! The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was so comfortable, and everything was just great. I especially loved the jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing every evening. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza della proprietaria Markella, una ragazza super disponibile, ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. La struttura è carinissima, dotata di tutto il necessario, accogliente, comoda soprattutto per la posizione e la jacuzzi è la ciliegina sulla torta. Si raggiunge facilmente ed è vicinissima al centro. Se si affitta uno scooter/quad è possibile parcheggiare a due passi dall’appartamento, con una macchina diventa difficile in quanto c’è una piccola via e i posti finiscono subito.

L’appartamento risulta un po’ umido, soprattutto di sera/notte.

Η σουίτα ήταν πολύ καθαρή, ευρύχωρη και όμορφα διακοσμημένη! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική, ήσυχη και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικότατο! Μας έδωσαν προτάσεις για πράγματα που αξίζει να δούμε στο νησί και απάντησαν σε κάθε απορία μας. Μόνο θετικά πράγματα έχουμε να πούμε για την διαμονή μας. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Accoglienza e disponibilità della ragazza alla reception. Camera molto pulita e con i giusti spazi e una bella doccia grande. Jacuzzi pulita a pratica da utilizzare.

La vista non da sulla caldera ma dalla parte opposta quindi il tramonto non è visibile. Per il costo della camera e l’esperienza in generale, la colazione o alcuni drink inclusi sarebbero stati più corretti. In generale consigliato ma per una notte al massimo e comunque credo che allo stesso prezzo ci siano proposte migliori.

Tæt på bylivet i Fira. Virkelig fine lejligheder med god plads på værelserne og 2 flotte badeværelser. Meget rent og spa blev gjort helt ren og lækker hver dag. Sød vært og chauffør med gode råd til oplevelser på øen.

Der var ikke udsigt fra vores lejlighed, men det vidste vi godt ved booking. Hyggeligt lille gårdmiljø med spa, men med lidt støj fra diverse anlæg, der sikkert hører til aircondition og spa.

The apartment was incredibly beautiful, with local architecture and a simple yet well-maintained aesthetic. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows. The outdoor terrace was larger than expected, offering plenty of privacy, and the heated pool also exceeded expectations! Very pleasant during the day or night. The location is outside the center of Santorini, although close – a slightly more strenuous 5-10 minute walk in the heat, but worth it for the advantage of being away from the hustle and bustle. The hostess was very friendly and always available to help. I would return to this accommodation without hesitation.

A breakfast option would be a nice addition. Also, the apartment has plenty of space for a meal, a sink and fridge, and they were kind enough to suggest takeaway or delivery options – but there weren't any utensils beyond what was necessary for coffe, like a bowl or a knife. This would be an aspect to improve, especially for those traveling with children!

Idéalement situé au calme et à proximité immédiate du centre de Fira et de la Caldera. Les chambres sont superbement décorées et tres bien équipées. Le style troglodyte est une vraie réussite, et le jacuzzi avec vue sur mer est particulièrement agréable. Markella est une manageuse parfaite, agréable et particulièrement serviable. Elle sait tout faire ! Une super expérience avec mes filles, qui ont adoré !

Location, cleanliness, amenities, everything is 10/10. Manager Markella co-ordinated with us right from beginning helping us with transport, bus schedule, things to do and any other queries ensuring we had a great stay. The place is exceptionally clean and housekeeping was done everyday. The jacuzzi is very well maintained and clean. The location is very convinient and walkable from Santorini centre.

We loved everything! The cave suites were lovely. Markella was very accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed! We ended up having more people join us and she got the apartment cleaned and set up for them! The hot tubs were amazing! They also provided lots of water bottles daily which was a huge plus!

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, la chambre offre tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Le petit plus : Markella est toujours disponible pour une question ou une réservation quelconque (Quad, taxi, information sur l'île), très attentive au besoin et au nettoyage des chambres, nous n'avons jamais été dérangé pendant ces 9 jours. SERVICE FANTASTIQUE. Les suites se situent à l'écart du bruit, du centre animé, mais reste très bien situé avec moins de 5 min de marche avant d'arriver au centre de Fira : situation géographique parfaite si vous cherchez du calme proche de centre.

This property’s rating is exceptional for a reason. I’ve been to Santorini multiple times and Ive never stayed anywhere better. The suite looks even nicer in person if that is possible. The staff - Markella - was incredible. Sweet, polite, helpful, stored our bags twice and freed up the room earlier to accommodate an early flight in. Housekeeping came every day and left everything spotless. The jacuzzi was cleaned twice a day - we used it again and again, it was amazing to relax in your own hot tub after a long day sightseeing. The bed must have been made of clouds, and the location was absolutely fantastic. 5 min walk to everything. We couldnt be more pleased, worth every penny!

We loved the properly. It was great cave suite with Jacuzzi, felt luxurious, very close to the centre. Markella helped us alot with all the necessary information we needed. She also managed to get our suite ready 2 hours before official check in time and arranged transport to pick up from oia at extra cost.

We were truly amazed at the quality of the suites. Very cozy but also spacious and with every amenity you might need. The location is also super central, just a quick walk to the village center. The manager is very helpful and super friendly. Truly one of the best stays we had in Greece!

We had a wonderful stay! The location in Fira was excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. I booked a last-minute suite just an hour before check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk team reached out to me via WhatsApp ahead of our arrival. The guest services agent was extremely responsive, promptly confirming that the room was ready and available. Upon arrival, she continued to be very helpful, offering thoughtful local recommendations and suggesting itineraries that made it easier for us to plan our stay. The suite itself was spacious and comfortable, and ending the day in the jacuzzi after exploring the island was truly the perfect way to unwind.

We stayed in the largest apartment which was so spacious and comfortable with my husband and two teenage children. The apartment was so beautifully stylish and spotlessly clean. Markella the manger could not have been more helpful from arranging our transfers to and from the airport, giving us helpful tips about the area. We absolutely loved our stay thank you Markella and team. They provided water daily and fresh coffee pods

Marbella was such a wonderful hostess! She made herself available to help with whatever we needed. She went above and beyond even after we left and my husband forgot his wallet and Keys, she helped arrange for us to have them returned. She made our experience in Santorini so pleasurable! The room was beautiful and the view magnificent!

Endroit très propre, bien placé avec toutes commodités ( cafetière réfrigérateur...) notre hôte était vraiment super et avec de bonnes recommandations. Le jacuzzi en cet saison est une super alternative.

We had a great stay at this beautiful property! The place has amazing, Instagram-worthy aesthetics and was very clean and well-sanitised, which made us feel super comfortable throughout. The location was perfect- close to everything we needed. We booked three suites, and each one had its own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. The Couple Cave Suite stood out with its unique design- it was stunning inside, although the hot tub was indoors and not in open air. Still, it was a lovely experience. A big thanks to Ms. Markella, who was very helpful and gave us some great local recommendations that really added to our trip. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a relaxing time.

The property manager, Markella, was incredibly helpful and very responsive. She gave us directions,a list of ways to get around the island and responded to any questions on WhatsApp in a timely fashion. The location was fantastic. The property is right in the middle of Fira which made everything walkable. We also liked the cave room. It was spacious and a great atmosphere unlike anything else I've stayed in.

We were incredibly excited for the hot tub in the room but whoever cleaned it used way too much chemicals and the fumes burned my eyes when I stayed in the hot tub for even a couple of minutes. We also had issues receiving house keeping. On the first day the house keeper came when we had the Do not Disturb on for our room. On the second day we did not receive house keeping when the Do not Disturb wasn't on. The reason this became an issue is because our water wasn't refilled and you can't use the water on the island. The rainfall shower was incredibly difficult to keep on and it kept reverting to the hand held one. Lastly, the room felt very warm even with the air conditioning turned up as high as it would go.

This is the most amazing place we stayed in Greece. Markella was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and provided us with a map of the island with personalized recommendations for our stay. The driver they arranged to pick us up from the port was also very friendly and described the top sights for us to see. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the bus stop and in a very quiet area. The room was beautiful and much bigger than I was expecting with a huge number of amenities provided (two bathrobes each, a dental kit, free bottled water, exfoliators, etc). Amazing place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

The jacuzzi can seem a little gross as dirt rises to the surface when the bubbles are on, but it's very easy to clear it.

It was a beautiful stay, a lovely room with air conditioning, private jacuzzi and outdoor area. Centrally located. Complementary water and coffee machine. The staff (Markella especially) were lovely and very helpful, arranging transfer from the port and allowing us to store our luggage on check out day.

Everything was fantastic. Limited kitchen facilities/ utensils, but no other issues!
