La ubicación, queda cerca del centro de fira y de la estación de bus.

Primero en ningún lado dice que son dos edificios separados, tenía dos habitaciones reservadas porque viajaba con una amiga, decidieron modificar la reserva y nos mandaron a edificios separados, no quisieron solucionarlo. El segundo edificio es A DOS CUADRAS. No están conectados, no está la pileta en el otro edificio como se ve en las fotos. La habitación no tenía ventanas por lo que había mucho olor a humedad, solo se podía ventilar dejando abierta la puerta y que todos te vean. Parece una pavada pero por la humedad las paredes chorreaban agua, un desastre no vale lo que te cobran. La chica de la recepción durante el día muy mala onda no te ayuda en nada te trata mal, el chico de la noche muy amable.

We loved our stay at white concept caves. All the staff were lovely and attentive. We really enjoyed our hot tub every evening and the pool was always inviting and very clean especially after a day of walking. The room was large and conformable for our family of 4. Plenty of room and space. Beds were comfy and we all got a good night sleep. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels for us all. Daily service of the rooms was wonderful and Kiria Dina made you feel like family as did all the staff. Would recommend white concept caves.

Tiles could get a little slippery when wet.

The location was very close to the center of Fira, only a 5-minute walk away. Our room was exceptional, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ambiente molto grande (90mq), perfetto per una famiglia con tre figli come la nostra. Lo spazio esterno con jacuzzi privata è sicuramente il fiore all’occhiello. Nel corso del soggiorno abbiamo provato anche il servizio colazione, ottimo. Pochi passi a piedi dal centro di Fira, ma in una posizione comoda anche per raggiungere la struttura in macchina.

The quiet location but also how close it is to city centre. Just about 8 mins walk to the centre. The convenience and how beautiful the place it.

The only thing I didn't like was the opening on the door of the room. There was a glass at the top of the door and sunlight gets in so the rooms become bright way too early. I am not able to sleep once a room is bright so I ended up waking up very early everyday instead of sleeping in for someone on a vacation. There should be a small curtain or blind there to give people the option of blocking the light or leaving it open.

The pool was a great addition to escape from the summer heat, the room was also very clean and modern. Although we did not use the communal sunbeds and pool they looked very nice and clean

Absolutely everything. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We had the best holiday here. Staff were so so amazing. The room was everything and more. The location is central. 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

The hotel was exceptional, loads of space in the rooms, big bathroom, nice outdoor area with a hot tub which was extremely hot the first night we arrived but the cleaning staff adjusted it the next day. Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The pool was really nice and at good depth for both adults and children without being too shallow or too deep. Beds were super comfortable, even the little sofa was very comfy. TV, fridge and a kettle in the unit. Short walk into centre via picturesque little alleyway, no cars but watch out for motorbikes and donkeys 😁 food delivery available via apps

No access via car you have to walk about 100-200 meters via a small cobbled street to access the hotel, It might be tricky if you have a lot of baggage. No poolside bar, nearest shop few minutes walk from the hotel.

The suite was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, the room stayed cool even during warm afternoons and everything was designed with guest comfort in mind. It was easy to relax here.

Before arriving, the hotel answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Everything was well organized, which made the arrival process completely stress-free.

My girls enjoyed the pool setting , we had a gorgeous room , however a bad experience with the rooftop jacuzzi leaking down into our room at 2am. I had to move all the bed and bedding , placed buckets to catch water and mopped up the water until we left 2 days later . Reception staff were amazing and not their fault at all . Could have been dealt with better by whoever owns the place , no compensation

Struttura con un grande potenziale, purtroppo completamente vanificato dalla scarsa manutenzione e dalla totale mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli. Le aree esterne erano molto sporche: i divanetti apparivano usurati e la piscina era in condizioni poco curate, con persino pezzi di intonaco che galleggiavano nell’acqua. Anche la pulizia della camera è stata decisamente deludente. Ogni giorno mancava qualcosa: carta igienica, shampoo o altri prodotti di cortesia non venivano riforniti regolarmente. Gli asciugamani, inoltre, presentavano ancora capelli attaccati, segno di una pulizia davvero insufficiente. L’unica nota positiva è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza di un ragazzo dello staff, che ogni volta si è adoperato per rimediare alle continue mancanze, dimostrando professionalità e cortesia. Nel complesso, un soggiorno che non rispecchia minimamente il prezzo richiesto. È un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe tutte le potenzialità per offrire un’esperienza di tutt’altro livello.

The staff John was extremely sweet and very professional. He went over and above and should be rewarded for his customer service. An absolute star. We are travelling from Australia and will ensure we recommend this not only because the accommodation is lovely but also because of John and also the cleaning lady was very lovely and happy.

È stato tutto molto fantastico... iniziamo nel dire che abbiamo trovato lo staff più amorevole al mondo..Ringrazio i ragazzi Giannis, Marina, Dina and Xaraa..!! TUTTO ALLA PERFEZIONE!!! Posto molto accogliente silenzioso e dove puoi rilassarti nella vasche idromassaggio riscladate nel totale relax..Tornerò!! Ringrazio lo staff che ci ha coccolati per qualsiasi cosa!!! Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, niedaleko głównego placu i przystanku autobusowego, gdzie można wsiąść w busa na lotnisko. Baseny czyste, przyjemne do pływania. Pokoje również czyste. Na plus woda w pokoju.

Bardzo głośna i słabo działająca klimatyzacja. W pokoju było po prostu duszno. Myśmy miały pokój na samym dole, więc może dlatego odczucia były średnie.

The entire hotel was amazing and was in a fantastic spot for either uber pickup, drop off, or just being in a generally central location for Fira.

The stairs when leaving luggage after checkout were a bit excessive however the staff were eager to help out which was great. Additionally, some advice on how to get to the property would be good as we had to go through some alleys first, which is normal for Greece but still reassurance would be nice.

The location

I booked this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but unfortunately it fell well below that standard. The biggest issue was that the cleaners got bleach over three items of my clothing, completely ruining them. When I raised this with reception, instead of apologising or trying to resolve the situation, the man at reception tried to suggest that I had somehow caused the bleach damage myself. He was incredibly unhelpful, offered no solutions, and showed no empathy. Since returning home, my emails have been ignored and I have received no compensation. I have never stayed at a hotel where staff damage multiple items of a guest's clothing, fail to apologise, and then simply ignore the complaint. The housekeeping standards were also questionable. When we arrived, there was no toilet roll in our room, which is a basic expectation at any hotel, let alone one advertising itself as 5-star. The cave rooms also have no windows, making them feel very dark and lacking fresh air. While this is part of the cave concept, it would have been helpful for the hotel to make this much clearer before booking. Another disappointment was that many rooms don't have pools nearby. Ours was a considerable walk away, involving lots of steps and a steep hill, something that isn't made clear when booking. Finally, there are no shower facilities available for guests after checkout. If you have a late flight and want to spend the day by the pool, you're left with no way to freshen up before travelling. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. A 5-star hotel should take responsibility when it damages guests' belongings, provide professional customer service, and make every effort to resolve complaints. Instead, I experienced poor housekeeping, dismissive staff, and complete disregard for customer care. I would not recommend staying here. Also the wifi doesn't work in the room, which is very annoying.

Location of the property is very convenient. The style of the hotel is elegant and modern. Staff is very polite and always with a smile. Jacuzzi in the room was a nice experience.

The only thing that needs an upgrade is breakfast. Very limited choices. At least add some cheese and butter.

La posizione centrale a 5 minuti a piedi della caldera Il ragazzo alla reception molto gentile

Prezzo troppo alto per la struttura che è . La stanza non era molto pulita abbiamo trovato in giro capelli e sia le lenzuola che le asciugamani presentavano delle macchie . Durante la notte va in continuo una ventola e questo disturba il sonno. Materasso scomodo. Altra pecca la luce del bagno va con un sensore e ce la porta a vetro quindi se uno va in bagno durante la notte sveglia tutti quanti.

Obiekt znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji i jest bardzo ciekawie zaplanowany wizualnie. Prywatne jacuzzi przy pokoju nadaje dużego klimatu temu miejscu.

Niestety czystość basenu i pokoju wymaga poprawy. Śniadanie również bardzo słabe większość rzeczy nie jadalna w cenie 15€ za osobę.
